GoodTimesOrganics It's done, the first own cross has landed in the soil.
It's a cross between the legendary Blue Dream (Blueberry x Super Silver Haze - female) and a (Gelato x Wedding Cake x Crockets Haze - male)
The seeds were germinated using the paper towel method and the germination rate is 100%
At first, the little seedlings will be raised in the greenhouse and then selected when initiating pre-flowering.
Expected genotype is a powerful sweet hybrid with blue coloring.
Let's see if the project succeeds.

GoodTimesOrganics After week two, the plants were repotted into larger pots.
The growth form corresponds to that of regular plants.
The leaf shape currently still has a thicker form, which indicates the influence of the Indica genetics.
Overall, a homogeneous growth pattern is emerging.
For fertilization, I would invite a collaboration with Weedefix this time.
The company is rooted in a long tradition of organic farming in southern Germany (Mack) and brings a lot of experience in natural gardening.
Therefore, I think the results will be impressive!

GoodTimesOrganics So guys, in my experiment, I've now selected two females that have shown the strongest growth.
One of them (on the right by the tent wall) looks particularly uniform. After the topping, the shoots are now growing quite evenly.
With the other one, itâs taking a bit longer since itâs two days younger (I suspect). It was also a bit shorter in height because it was in a smaller pot.
The plants are growing very nicely and evenly.
And the fertilizer from Weedefix is really doing its job.
I will now add this in addition to using a Livingsoil to further enhance the potential of the soil. All the bio-stimulants and bacteria will additionally support the Livingsoil.
Starting next week, the ladies will go under the SCROG net. đĽŚđ

GoodTimesOrganics The Blue Cream Haze has had another little growth spurt, and it was time to weave the ladies under the net.
Currently, the top 15 cm are now above the net.
The plant has been completely thinned out at the bottom, as is proper for the SCROG method. There will be further adjustments until week 3 of flowering.
The current temperature is always between 22.5°C and 24°C, and due to the recent heavy rain, the humidity is always between 60% RH and 63% RH, which is perfectly fine for the beginning of flowering.
Flowering was initiated on July 25, 2025.

GoodTimesOrganics Welcome back!
After flowering week 1 and the recurring task of tucking the branches under the net, it's now time to let the plant do its work.
I've adjusted the plant every other day, woven it back under the net, and trimmed the leaves and branches below the net accordingly.
This way, the plant can direct its energy into the upper branches and develop beautifully.
This is my second proper SCROG grow, and from the first one, I learned that you should only tuck down until flowering week 1.
After that, it's important to take advantage of the stretch period to let the exposed branches develop in peace. đ

GoodTimesOrganics The buds are gradually developing, and it's nice to see that the internode distances haven't stretched much during the SCROG.
From this, I suspect that a dense and wide bud structure will emerge.
Now it's about watching how the aroma and the flowering progress.
Today, the Blue Cream Haze is at day 18 of flowering.

GoodTimesOrganics Finally, one recognizes the structure of flower formation correctly. đą
It shows that the BCH#1 is growing more in the direction of Blue Dream.
Its aroma is so far rather deep and earthy.
With the BCH#2, the Ice Cream Cake pheno is more prominent, with a bit more frosting and a denser and more compact flower structure.
Even though the shape is beautiful, the BCH#1 is more in the desired direction and impresses with its more extensive mass.
Right now, the humidity is going down again, which is definitely better in the flowering phase.
The lower large sun leaves were removed again to allow a bit more light to reach the lower shoots.

PK Booster Compost Tea
15 mll
GoodTimesOrganics Since the plant is now really getting into the flowering expansion, it was time to treat it to a nice compost tea.
For me, compost tea has become an absolute must in organic growing, as it has always given the plants a good boost so far.
You can't really see it in the first week when adding it, but how the plants then develop in terms of flower structure in the final phase is always amazing.
Now all the flower clusters are formed, and I'm absolutely excited to see how the full development of the flower clusters unfolds.
Additionally, the plants are now getting a light boost, as both lamps are now running at full power.
The first aromas are already clearly showing, although I have to say I didn't expect this aroma at all.
It's very sweet with a slight citrus and candy or flan touch.
But it's still developing further.

GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community! đ
Slowly, the final flowering phase of our first creation is beginning, and the smell is currently developing very strongly.
So far, a sweet, lemony aroma is emerging with a hint of caramel.
Unfortunately, there was a thrips infestation, which is just now starting to subside.

GoodTimesOrganics Welcome back, dear community! đąđ
The first genotype is currently reaching the final stretch of the flowering stage and has developed a very compact and densely packed flower structure.
The aromas are very complex.
Starting with a dominant strong citrus/lime aroma followed by a sweet fruity touch, it then transitions into a caramel note.
In the next few days, one plant will likely go under the scissors.
Then it will be dried and cured đ

The second genotype BCH#1 is currently reaching the final stretch of the flowering phase and has developed a rather elongated and slightly more spaced-out flower structure (internode spacing).
The aromas are very complex.
Starting with a dominant strong citrus/lime aroma followed by a sweet fruity touch, it then transitions into a caramel note.
Once this version is finished, the final results will also go to the lab.
In the next few days, one plant will likely come under the scissors.
Then it will be dried and cured đ

GoodTimesOrganics Finally, it was harvest time, and the Blue Cream Haze #1 and #2 came under the weight...
I always prefer wet trimming for individual harvests, as I think the plant is easier to work with. I especially love the smell đ
Just a brief description of the strain:
The Blue Cream Haze from Good Times Genetics is a Sativa-dominant hybrid that emerged from excellent parent genetics.
A long-bred Blue Dream mother meets the outstanding qualities of a very robust and potent Ice Cream Haze father.
The aroma profile impresses with a fresh citrusy initial note, followed by a sweet and fruity hint of tropical influences, and ends with a fine nuance of caramel tones.
Under good conditions and a slightly longer growth phase, the Blue Cream Haze stands out with very strong and aromatic flower formation.
Some genotypes exhibit an extremely resinous flower appearance with an unbeatable flowering time of just 55 days.
The slightly longer variation comes in at around a maximum of 63 days and shows a somewhat longer flower structure.
Handling the plant is relatively easy, with the strain putting on a good stretch in the first three weeks of flowering.
At the end of flowering, the Blue Cream Haze shows a slight blue to purple tint on the leaf edges and petals, which contributed to its naming.
After curing, there will be another description added.
Best regards to you all, and feel free to give feedback
Green greetings đ
