But as we approach the final stretch, it’s a delicate dance of vigilance and care to ensure a clean and bountiful harvest. Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. Today marks the start of Week 6, Day 2 for the grow, and I’ve got a few updates. The PPMS aren’t quite where I want them after the last couple of feeds, so I’ll be continuing with higher feeds to bring those levels back up. It’s a bit of a balancing act, but I’m staying on top of it. I also made the decision to flip the light schedule from 16/8 to 12/12 today to initiate the flowering phase. I’m excited to see the plants start stretching and showing their full potential. It’s a big step, and I’m feeling good about the direction things are heading. Happy growing! 🌱💡🌿

Holy stretching Batman!!! Sour Diesel Haze has taken off this week and I don't think she's done yet 😃 She's just starting to show small white hairs, so maybe I could call this the first week of flowering, but I'm going with the last week of veg for diary purposes.

12/27 Week 7 and looks like flower is here... yeah ... yeah thats it. VERY gradual transition into flower but Im calling it and switching to bloom nuets beginning about 750ppm and go up from there. Will continue to hit with Fish Sh!t weekly until we start getting serious buds. 12/28 Up nuets to same level are rest of tent. 12/31 The GC has surpassed the Fastberry in height and had to raise the lights an inch. 1/2 Tara has turned into a beast pics tomorrow Early Flower so last Kangaroots drench 10ml/gal added to feed and done to 35% runoff

A great week for the sherberts. They have been topped and pinned and are growing out great. Always praying always happy. I wish my kids were like these two!. No dramas to report. They seem to like any enviroment they have been subjected to in order to keep other plants in the grow space happy. They take the cold just fine. they love the warm also. Only thing i found is they had issue sooner then others with RH over 70% ( i was running high RH to fix my Chibas) #1 has bee cleared of nodes 1 and 2 and will have another topping in 3 days or so. #2 i plan to grow out node 1 cut 2 and top 3.. Giving 12 colas in total after final topping. Started feeding some grow to them at an EC of 1.25. I was planning to repot but they seem okay atm. Maybe next week. I also dropped 2 hrs off the light scehdule so they are running on an 18/6 from 20/4. Added a little vid of the grow room ATM😅👍 Thanks for stopping by. stay safe.. Grow well.

Hola cultivadores! Estas flores están creciendo! Estuve mirando sus tricomas y están en su mayoría blancos lechosos. Quedan algunos cristalinos y muy pocos color ámbar asi que segun mis calculos en 2 semanas mas como mucho estarán listas 😃. Controlo los bichos diariamente de forma manual. Por ahora solo algunas moscas negras y una que otra araña roja pero nada de que preocuparse. Empecé a darle un booster para floración para esta última semana ya que la ultima hago el lavado de raices. Les dejo una pregunta al respecto. Fórmula del booster: Algas marinas 10% Tricodermas 1.5% Bacilus Suctilus 8% Materia orgánica 45% Micronutrientes, bacterias de ácido y levadura. Algas Spirulina 3% BTI 4% K 6.5% P4.5% Gracias por leer mi diario!

Starting this week off again with some nighttime flashlight shots! For their growth, i cant say anything i havent said before, they keep being fast, they keep being awesome, they keep on swelling. Colors are also a treat for the eye, their yellow pistils contrasted by the purple buds, supplemented by the nice green fan leaves. I might even look over the clawing on some leaves and the starting nute burn ;D Staying with nutes, i turned down growth from 3ml/L to 2ml/L for both waterings this week, and ramped up topmax to 2ml/L for the second watering. They still received 2.5L both times, but both are starting to uptake a little less watering, leading me to probably give 2.25L or just 2L the next time, and i will probably wait a day or two more in between waterings. But we will see. I defoliated both on Day 53 pretty aggressively for my terms. This will also probably be the last time i did that, i like how they look now. Maybe some minor leaf-removal if some leaves look at me funny, but probably nothing id call "defoliation" moving forward. Also, some pistils started turning brown. I will, out of curiosity, start checking trichomes, and upload the pics/videos later this week when i will add the usual weekly timelapse. Also also, im still super happy with them. Later this week, here i am adding 3 more shots of both plants and a budsite, and the ever so important timelapse to finish week 8 off. See you next week!

Start of week 7 of flowering. Plant looks good, she recovered well and has shown some nice bud development. Temps have dropped to about 32°c.
