This is my first ever experience with autoflowers, scrog, lst, led and such tiny grow space. Choice of strain - Big Bang Auto from Green House Seeds. I have run so many strains from this seed bank in the past and I was always happy with the final outcome. Was looking for indica dominant strain, fast flowering cycle and very important heavy yields on small spaces. Again thank you GHSC in very happy of choosing this strain. Little bit about my cabinet. She had some problems to switch to flowering and was even considering removing her but very happy that I was patient enough and turned great. Luna, right corner lady - have to say she is the queen. She has the most heavy buds from all, the most. colorful. Her wet weight was 420g, can't say how much of dry but guessing approx. 100g Sweet Mary Jane, front seat lady. I think she was the most pleasant to grow of her location but due to no other spare space for drying I belive that I have harvested her at least a week to early. 1.3. - Entering one of the final weeks. Creamatics will be getting pure water from now and Fritters will be feeded at least this week. Buds are looking great, they're smelly and dense 😎 4.3. - Creamatics are almost ready, I will leave them for few more days. Fritters still have one week left at least. Aroma is really strong and I can feel it all over the room. Buds are fat and frosty 🍏 Watered 💧 6.3. - Today was probably last feeding day for Fritters and tomorrow I'm going to harvest the Creamatics as it will be the last day of 10th week. FEEDING Plant was given the same nutrient solution as previous week two times per day DIARY This week was probably the worst week of them all in terms of all the problems that happened. Everything started on Day 146 when strong winds were capable of knocking down my plant two times. Plant wasn't demaged but it is a scary experience to see your plant basicaly up side down. Because of strong winds I was forced to move the plant to the different location. While moving one of the dominant branches snapped. I addresed the issue by taping the crack together with tape and securing the branch to the support ring with a metal wire. It was a major damage with an easy fix. The night between days 146 and 147 was accompanied with strong winds and a lot rain. This combination of wind and rain resulted in damage (half of the plant just gave up and bended to the ground) that could be easily fixed just by installing trellis before the flowering started. To prevent the further bending and support the flowers when they start fattening, I wrapped the plant into plastic wire. This was not an easy job so help from a friend was a necessity. When the plant was wrapped I pulled the flowers through the netting and did some rearrannging. The problem with bending was solved, but I discovered some other problems when closely inspecting the buds. First problems were the seeds. Yes some seeds were found. This was probably my fault because I visited the hemp farm and brought home the pollen on my clothes that could produce the seeds. It could also be the fact that I am growing outdoor and the pollen came from copletely different source. Some seeds, while growing outdoors are just inevitble. There was one more thing. I was suspicious about brown tops of some buds. Because I was affraid of what it was, the brown, not so good looking flower was cut off and closely inspected. I was angry to discover the caterpillar. I did a search of all the buds and found one more rotting bud and cut it off. I suspect that they are still there. I will inspect the plant every two days to hopefully find them and prevent the further demage. WEATHER Days 141-145 This days were sunny with daily temperatures around 26 °C. Night temperature were averaging at 15 °C. Days 146-147 Last two days were harsh. It was cloudy with average temperatures at 14 °C. Day 146 also had very strong winds. Day lenght this week has decreased to 12 hours and 10 minutes.

Well, I really didn't have to do much with this Gal. She is very low maintenance. Very fruity, smelly and is full bodied. She lost some of her hardness after a 48hr dark rest, it has made her really sticky, and I was expecting this to happen as the leaf to calyx ratio is high in this pheno. But she makes up for it in smell, let's hope it tastes as nice. I'm not too worried About it not been, as the other 3 GFS I harvested were good, even if I marked 1 wrong. Have hung dry this gal whole, I let it dry out in the coco and took it apart (the pot) and broke away the substrate to leave the roots and let it dry as natural as I can with no stress. This my 1st time doing this, have done it on all 3, so let's hope wasn't a bad idea, will update on smoke report as soon as she's dry.

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

Things ok.......😳. Nah as soon as I think I gotta hold of something it plays around with me. The grow is going well and the plants are mostly showing a great fast rate of growth. Flower site formation is rapid and covers the whole canopy and below. But alas the temperature she rises😩😩. Last night caught the temp at 32 C. Gorilla growin ain’t always bananas😳 I can vent it quicker and keep the temp a little lower but the noise level is just too high. Here comes more expense😩😂. Update- last day week 2 of flower..... everything looking great one plant a little slow in developing but rest good. LED are still outstripping HPS in the race for mature buds. I can’t wait to try the herb that comes from the plants that have exposure to both kinds of light. I’ve added a pure CO2 spray dispenser in the tent also. It’s from Airbomz. Gives them a quick blast hourly to supplement the exhale bag. This is just a temporary fix for rise in temp I’m floating on and just above 30C during lights on, hopefully the CO2 level in the room should aliw the plants to carry on growing well in s slightly higher temperature.
