We arrived in the third week the plants show good vigor and growth. Some cold days 17 Cº may have prevented further growth but we do not have to complain the plants demonstrate to be enjoying food and light. On the 15th the plants presented slightly wilted leaves as day 16 was the day of watering I imagined it was thirsty. But day 16 a few hours after watering the plant still had the same symptoms so I realized that the LED screen was 53 cm from the plant. I increased the distance to 65cm and the plant returned to normal both in force and I managed to correct the diagnosis. I am managing to apprehend some things finally putting into practice.

Today I’ve taken off the top buds. They were looking ready under a microscope. Hopefully the rest of the buds are ready in a couple of days.

On cruise control now, done some defoliation here and there but that's it, feeding every 2-3 days and they are swelling up very nicely. What happened in the box? The Icc is doing well and is now in bloom. I gave bio bloom 5g/l and increased cal/mag to 0.3 ml/l. This week I tried to let them go, only did some gnat hunting with the vacuum to keep populations down. Sunshine found a great way to hold the plant down with some thrift store Christmas light fixtures. At the end of this week, I tied the remaining upward stalks down and away. The final bits of training before we can hopefully go towards flowering coming week. I did some foliar feeding also to help the soil dry out a bit, also to fight the gnats. Maybe overdid it a bit with a few yellow points on the leaves. On to flowering!!

Days 92 - 98 (from sprout) 8/23/24 - 8/29/24 Loompa's Headband x TK fading hard this week - checking trichome color through a 15x loupe, needs more time The Good Shit drinking a gallon of water a day but slowly backed off near end of week - my guess would be a 14-week flowering period for this genotype before harvest quality I'm pretty much watering daily a 1/4 gallon to Blue Nose Pit or less to keep mulch layer from drying out Sweet 16 S1 takes the win for most trichome coverage out of the garden, has the most up-front aroma out of the geno hunt PAR is all over the place on this one and totally messed up, after this week I'll raise the light and focus on the appropriate PAR for canopy of The Good Shit Pest Management slipping too, fungus gnats are repopulating and it seems the ecosystem has encountered a serious imbalance of beneficials and predators that normally kept soil/mulch in-check Plan on short-term remedying this with a top-dress of remaining compost + em bokashi and a moderate drench of EM5 following with repeated treatments of enzymes (tweetmint) Long term solution may need a predator/beneficials kit and/or higher quality vermicompost after knocking them back with enzymes

2nd time around is in her 6th week of flower and unfortunately I found 2 bud rot places and a worm on my outdoor grow. Because of this, I am harvesting her a bit early so I don't loose the whole plant. I read an article that said this was the right decision to make because bud rot can travel quickly. HOWEVER, if you look at the magnified pictures of her, you will see a few amber trichomes starting to show which really means it is entering its later stages of ripening. So, I'm okay with harvesting today. @Divine Seed Auto Candy is a beautiful cannibas plant to grow. She is tall and has thick buds. Check out my picture and you will see her heavy cola bending over from her weight. Her flowery/sweet smell is spreading all over my backyard!! Hope the neighbors don't mind:) As usual, I clipped off a bud and took some close up pictures for you to gaze your eyes upon. @Divine Seeds, this was a wonderful plant to grow. Weekly update on these lovely ladies. This week has been fun to watch the flowers form and swell. They definitely are starting to smell, as soon as you open the tent it hits you like a ton of bricks. I'll be doing my final dedoliation this week taking off some of the bigger fan leafs allowing more light to the lower flower sites. All in all Happy Growing

Blue Dream Xtreme is still the biggest in the run. Growing well. I did some root pruning early week. Cut off the long root tails. I should of done that in beginning, and aimed for a furry root basket. Learning new stuff all the time. Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. Very familiar earthy purples/gassy varnish/deep boozy citrus coming in. The accidental HST snap on the main stalk in first week of flower turned into a solid canopy of 7 Bud Sites with the main premature flower already thicker than the first time I grew this strain and cooked it under a humidity dome by accident 🙏 Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. It's 2nd closest to the window and i keep my tent open so when the light is off it's getting a solid 16-18 Celcius helping out the genetic purple pop a bit more in the leaves like the Red Poison next to it, look and smell very similar overall except more Sweet/Candy in the RP and Boozey/Earthy in LSD. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil.
