Fractal was harvested on Sept 12. Due to extended period of high temperatures and humidity with more rain expected every day following another hurricane. The other gals were showing disease. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. Fractal hung in the dark for 2 days. Because her grow family experienced bud rot and wilt, she was examined carefully for any disease. She was disease free. Fractal had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started my outside grow in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth. The various breeder notes on photo period seeds indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. 👉 Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉 Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉 Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. This week we dropped 4 testers in a mix of Posidesine(Oregon's Only) and water for 24hr. All 4 seeds went into paper towel that was placed in clkne dome with a temp of 86.5 and humidity of 99%. Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Gorilla Melon de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, las flores son bien compactas y van repletas de resina son muy pegajosas, tienen tonos verdes bonitos, y tiene unos aromas dulces y exóticos bastante marcados con toques terrosos. Es muy sencilla de cultivar, es de ciclo de 2 meses y medio, pero bien agradecida, tiene buenos satélites, de las que plante de fastbuds, podría decir que mi favorita hasta el momento. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

I like the result a lot ! Not a lot of colas, but really big buds. As I thought moon rock strain could be all white, but it is simple strain, smells like a gasoline and garbage, not anything fruity or juicy But very beautiful !

May 26 2026 She's been repotted into a 5 gallon grow bag, and that will serve as her home for the remainder of the grow. The soil in the bottom half is pro-mix all purpose, and the top half is a combination of coco coir, perlite, worm castings, biochar, blood meal, bone meal, Epsom salts, and a bit of cal-mag. Healthwise she is doing good, and also putting off a very faint aroma.
