Hi! First of all, this is my first time in my life. I planted 2 different kind of plants one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe), Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto By Dr Krippling Seeds Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto. Ground breaking genetics have gone into the Triple G range. Grand Heft Auto’s genetics main characteristics is its big composition, and heavy yields. Whilst stabilizing their specially selected Girl Scout Cookies strain with the GHA a number of times, they also crossed this with an amazing Gelato Auto. GGG3’s fruits are ripe with aroma’s and flavor. Yields are approximately 80 gr/plant and the aroma from these flowers are special. The taste from these dense, sticky buds are sure to have you coming back time after time for more of this great tasting flower. The other one is feminized (Purple Punch). Purple Punch Feminized Seeds By Barney’s Farm. Purple Punch Feminized Seeds are a 90% indica dominant hybrid. with a combined lineage of Larry OG x Granddaddy Purple this genetic is capable of an indoor yield of up too 700g/m2. Expect aromas of Baked Apple Pie as well as Cherry and caramelised Blueberries. Also expect a short bushy plant with great trichome production and a THC count of 25%. This high yielding, high THC hybrid is an all-round quality genetic with a fast harvest window of 50 to 60 days. Yet another great addition to Barney’s Farms Cali Connection Range. I started counting my day from the day I started germination. 2 different seeds, one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe) and the other one is feminized from The Bakery Co. called Purple Punch. I started germination by putting them to the water for 12 hours in the evening on Sunday. After twelve hours I put them between paper towels. It started sprouting very quick, the next day I needed to put them to the soil. Purple Punch the feminized one started growing faster, bigger sprout, compare to the autoflowering Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. I started using a 60 W led lamp for the seedling stage this lamp has 2 head 30-30W that was divided for the two plants 30 W each. The next day they came out of the soil and started their life. The Purple Punch was growing faster. First, I had my own made place made of kitchen foil under my computer desk :D, and then I purchased a grow tent which is 140x60x60. I did not use any ventilation the first week and kept the humidity 85-90 percent, and I used trigger spray on the plant also. Watering the first 7 days was 10 ml in the morning and after 12 hours later also 10ml, so every morning and evening 20ml a day. I also used trigger spray to keep the soil wet around and sprayed the plant also. I never use tap water at any stage I buy still water from the shop and they love it. I want 100 percent organic plants so my nutrition will be bat guano mix with acacia honey. My soil mix is Coco coir, perlite mix 70:30 which is mixed with a soil that consists of 20% sphagnum peat moss, 35% garden peat, 10% high-quality organic Worm-Humus, 30% perlite, and 5% Pre-Mix. These two kinds of soil ratio are 50-50 Percent.

Esta es la última semana de crecimiento. Espero llegar a unos 30cm de altura para esta semana. He hecho varios cortes de bajos, defoliacion y super cropping. Se ven saludables y sigo esperando el estiramiento de la pequeña que quedó atrás. Iré actualizando. Día 25. Hoy hice una corte de hojas grande. Esta noche voy a aplicar EMRO foliar. Algunas plantas se van muy arriba. Pero dentro de todo vienen parejas. En unos días paso a floración. Probablemente ya la próxima semana sea naranja. Día 28. Último día de crecimiento. Esta noche cambio el depósito. Voy a tener que comprar otro, o ir rellenando a los 3 días del cambio, dado que estan tomando mucha solución. Algunas se estiraron más de lo esperado y la pequeña no alcanzó el tamaño deseado, pero no importa. Voy a ir aplicando LST para mantener una altura pareja. Las raíces crecieron muchísimo, pero por ahora es manejable el tema. Ahora llega la hora de la verdad.

Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. An incredible amount of growth this week, especially for the Blue Dream CBD. I transplanted all the plants into 7 gallon pots. I was able to give three of them the smart pots but the Blue Dream CBD did not fit in the smart pots I bought so I had to put her in a different shape plastic pot. I do worry she may get root bound... this is only halfway through veg season and they are already pretty big. Any thoughts? This would be my first time growing through the whole summer and these Humboldt Seed genetics are clearly very good. I may top them at some point as they are growing very tall! Is there a point in veg when it is too late to do so? I have been using Fox Farms Grow Big and Fish Guano, yesterday for the transplant I used Superthrive. Otherwise good old Fox Farm Ocean Forest as always and water from the garden hose.

Day 2 from week 9 Flower and they are almost ready, i gave the one last watering yesterday and it was the last one for this round 😅 they all look amazingly beautiful, each in her peculiar way ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Over all it was an easy growing grow, loads of training, defoliating etc but wen we want to have a full sea of green it requires love and dedication or it becomes a jungle with no mean, low production and a place were problems start to appear, and we want to avoid problems not deal with them 😅 by all means wen they appear we must deal and take the knowledge and learnings out off them, so that in the future we are able to prevent getting in the same situations 😅😉😆❤️ Day 62 and they are in dark mode for 20 hours now, keeping my night VPD around 1.26Kpa this means the temperatures are 81 and the humidity is at 52% , they will stay like this for one more day and them i will harvest. Missed taking photos last week and most of this week due to busy work schedule. They grew without issues all two weeks. Ended up feeding with an aerated nutritive and enzyme tea. Roughly 1 gal each plant, once a week. Also moved the pots to the bigger flowering tent as the space was getting tight. Small tent will accommodate the new plants which can be found in my other journal! Enjoy the video of pre and post defoliation of the Afghan Kush!

16 Diciembre: El runoff ha alcanzado los 10EC, las plantas siguen creando puntos de floración con espacio internodal corto, gracias al stress generativo, están de 80~85cm de alto aprox. Hay una sola planta que tiene más de 90cm. En unos 2 días más se alcanzarán los 21 días de floración, ese día se hará una defoliacion grande y Lollipop, después de esa defoliacion se volverá a riego vegetativo para estimular el engorde de los cogollos. 18 Diciembre: hoy la EC del runoff alcanzó los 12EC, mañana se harán más disparos de riego para bajar la EC del sustrato. Hoy también se realizó una defoliacion agresiva + Lollipop, para que haya mejor penetración de luz en el Canopy y mejor flujo de aire. Queda solo una semana de riego Generativo, después de eso se vuelve al riego vegetativo para engordar los cogollos.

11/4/20-Day 29- watered #1 300ml, watered #2 200ml 11/7/20-Day 32- watered 300ml #1. No water for #2, possibly some shore flies in soil, gonna let it dry some. 11/10/20-Day 35- watered 300ml #1, no water for #2. Lowered lights to 12”, beginning to notice preflowers

Happy days my friends 😏 I'm going into the flush periode so I'm thinking one liter with 1 ml flawless finish after 5 or 10 minutes another clear 4 liter water and repeating this every day. I'm really curious what is the best finish, so how is your opinion about that ??? And yea she had a beatifull week and the buds are nice and fat 😶‍🌫️🤤 so lets finish her up ✌️👽🤤🤤

Hello guys.I m in 4th week with this beauty and she looks fine.I was expecting to get more height this week and I think that she flowers too early.I hope I m wrong 😟

Pics show 1.5 weeks from last post. Really wish I could flip her into flower but still can't. I think she is begging to be flipped. So many pre-flowers. Wonder if pre-flowers in Vegg can get pollinated? This thing might get too big before I can flip. Still growing so fast. Probably because I'm focusing all growth to the mainlined stems. Which are so tall now. Most all leaves are dark. Going to start backing off the nitrogen (FF Grow Big) Also seeing tip burn, as well as edge burn on the leaves. Definitely over feed. The soil is probably caked with salt by now. Stress techniques - - Still super cropping all nodes every other day. See image on how big some of these knots get. All stems are super thick and hefty. Which was a goal of mine. - Defoliation every other day. Taking leaves and new nodes off. Definitely think doing this almost every day is the worst stress its dealing with. - Branch squeezing/tie down. Still noticing heavy scaring or buildup where I have it tied down at the base. Will keep it there to keep seeing what happens. All stems/branches around it have hardened. Also noticing red/purple streaks in areas. Wouldn't say it's the healthiest plant but it sure is a sturdy fast growing one.
