Start of week 4

Both girls are healthy and happy. Buds are solid although still a bit small. Today my Mars Hydro TSW2000 arrived and it's already unpacked and hung. I raised the light dustance to 45 cm. I also moved the cheapo 100w LED to 2 new FastBuds Zkittlz Auto seedlings. Wow, what a difference good lighting makes!! The Mars Hydro TSW2000 is well made, easy to install and bright-ass daylight LED!! I expect to see significant fattening of the buds over the next 2-3 weeks. Update: I swear the existing buds doubled in size within the last 24 hrs after switching out the light to the Mars Hydro. I'm excited to see how these 2 finish. 4/22 update: I'll be damned! The box from the new light (which is heavy, double wall corrugated) fell onto both plants...I heard snapping everywhere! Good ole electrical tape to the rescue!! These girls look wounded with all this black tape! It's several hours after bandaging and I see no wilting or noticable changes....keeping my fingers crossed! The videos show both plants pretty well recovered from the damage except the purple stems and veins. I have some cal/mag coming Monday.... hoping that will fix that issue. Both are loving this new light and continue to pack on the bud weight.

The weather is cold and wet. 12 to 18 degrees celcius

Results for the past two weeks: added white scrog for upper levels; defoliated; added 140w yellow+white+red led; doubled watering, so there was not enough 0.8 l.

One of the plants grew massive! However the smoke wasn’t the best until a good 4 weeks cure. Very hairy buds too which was interesting 😂 Still a nice smoke

I add a half of teaspoon of Epsom salt with every feeding because its straight coco except on days I feed plain water. I do this from beginning of veg up until the last week before harvest when I flush

Hey growmies, Stretching and pre flowering, added deep red lights from Mars Hydro, unfortunately I'm fighting with 70% RH during night and 60% day, maybe I will buy a room dehumidifier...

Well here we are, finally reaping the rewards of a successful grow. I think the nugs are denser than the mother plant had, but the yield was lower than expected considering the mom was 4oz. This strain can handle a lot of stress but it seems she burns pretty easy in flower from nutes.

Continued feeding plant with each watering of 2 litres every 3/4 days. The flowers are fattening up nicely, into some bigish colas, meaning harvest isn't too far away. Removed some dieing leaves from bottom of the plant. Almost time to stop feeding and start the flushing process.

BB2 and GG2 showing widely scattered amber trichomes on the main cola mostly. Neither tent has a strong smell yet. Not the most fragrant strains, from what I'm reading. Learning to use my USB microscope for trichome pictures. Difficult to hold steady for good pics in the tent. Don't want to pull pots out anymore. Tips for better trichomes pics would be greatly appreciated!

Nov 12. - start of week 7 and all is looking quality👍. ITs been a busy 3 days to start, some defo and the final topping on the manifold. Kept 2 tips on the second node cause I’m greedy and like weed so... let em grow! we’ll figure it out😎(see vid). Another lst session to spread er out. As soon as sheshows enough stalk for it, i re-tie her. Constantly adjusting while she grows makes it so much easier and I expect nothing but perfection in terms of structure. That was the whole point of this excersice and I’m really hoping for some monster colas👍😎 Background After the batshit nonsense with this years outdoor grows getting jacked, I need some kush and I need it fast! This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). @FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Doubled her height this week! Now she's 13cm tall. She was repotted a day short of 3 weeks into a 20 litre airpot with fresh compost that has been flushed. I had concerns about her being rootbound.... In reality she was far from it, could have gone easily another week. On she goes!
