Tip#5: keep your reservoir cool in the heat! Invest in a water chiller and be done with it. I’ve been using frozen water bottles and wreaking havoc on my roots. I was also slow to put styrofoam blanket around my reservoir and wrap with aluminum foil. I should have had that all in place not being reactive to the heat. I've had her Outdoor all week approx 9 hours sun and 3 hours cloud/shade day. This week temperatures are soaring into the high 20s low 30s. To keep roots happy, I use ice bottles in my reservoir when hot. I try not to let the leaves go into full stress mode i'll just have them hovering near that point. I'm on the north facing slope so the shade arrives just when the plant is starting to stress out. Running grow tent lights 530am-530pm is most ideal you can get in my spot. I cover my reservoir so the sun doesn't penetrate my basket and heat can dissipate. Night temps are down to 12 outside but in tent it is stable above 17c. I planned for budding in this weather window because of the temperature drops is said to help with terp development. The second picture shows how important calmag is to healthy growth. Experience with RO water has taught me a lot about plant calmag intakes. Too much you'll burn tips and chance lockout, not enough can cause widespread cell death and slow growth. I halfing her calmag dose now she's in 4th week of flower. I'm also removing big bud from my nutrient line after this week's reservoir change. Midway through the week wildfires are raging creating ideal conditions I don't have the resources to mimic. high CO2 ppms and high red spectrum light. High UV light which is damaging is being refracted into more absorb-able light. Temperatures also didn't peak above 32c today with the smoke cover and haze breezy winds: it peaked at a balmy almost perfect 27c. My prayers go out to those affected by the wildfires. LST training today opened up more bud sites to the light. Now she no longer fits in the 2x4 darkroom tent so I had to modify a lil. Stretch phase done It’s nearing end of week and she's drinking two 1.75 litre pitchers of solution. I refreshed my reservoir and will top up with a more concentrated solution as I think she's getting more piggy. I added h2o2 to reservoir at the wend of the week.

Bumped up my feed over this week which stopped my leaves from severely eating itself. Was definitely underfeeding in cal-mag and P/K which was a beginner mistake. Plan to get separated nutes for a better feed that’s not all mixed. Buds are forming nicely tho! We’ve got good dense nugs forming and a lot of orange hairs popping! The smell profile…. amazing not strong yet but the smell is like fresh green lemony pine with that hint of funk we all love. Very excited to see the finish come these last few weeks!

Tenth week of flowering started. I went out a week and at my return I discovered that the #2 is sick. The plant doesn't drink anymore and a lot of branches are falling down with limp leaves. I think that the missing defoliation, the height and the poor ventilation caused that. At the moment I removed her from the tent moving her out to the balcony. I did a huge defoliation to the #1 and a massive LST in order to low the height of buds that reached the lamp that is at its maximum height. So far I gave to the plant only water. I think that the cause of plant disease is the high humidity level (at least 90%...). Tomorrow I will buy a dehumidifier hoping that this will help the remaining plant. D63: changed the water into the pot. Added 15 ml grow, 30ml micro and 40ml bloom. [email protected] EC 1.2 D64: after the defoliation the plant seems to be healthy. The humidity into the tent is still high, tomorrow I will install the dehumidifier. D65: I've put a dehumidifier into the tent, I've added 3 liters of tap water to the pot; the plant is drinking a lot so I think that she is fine. The plants produces a lot of fat buds, so I've checked the trichomes for the first time, they are clear for the majority. D67: added 5 liters of tap water to the pot. The plant is drinking a lot

So excited!!!! - Day 2-09/04/22 seeds have been placed on a wet paper towel!!!!! - Day 3-10/04/22 getting the pots filled with soil ready for planting tonight or tomorrow!!!!! - Day 4-11/04/22 most of the seeds had popped last night so I planted most of them and the rest I planted this morning!!! 1 seed out of the 21 didn’t pop so germinating another to make it back up to 21!!!! So there all in the tent except 1!!!! - Day 5-12/04/22 one has come through so far and should be planting the last seed tonight!!!! A few more should pop out by tomorrow!!!! - Day 6-13/04/22 14 out of the 21 have come out so far!!!! - Day 7-14/04/22. 19 of the 21 have come through!! I think one isn’t going to come through so I’m germinating another seed to replace it and if the other one doesn’t come through tomorrow I’ll germinating another one to replace that Aswell!!!.

This week all Ladies are getting extra pk13/14. Buds are getting bigger and more dense every day. The smell in the tent is absolutely insane. Fruity, sweet spicey. The LO are full of trichomes. The BBP a lil bit less snowy but also VERY terpy. BBP with a little autumn fade in the leaves. RJ ist the smallest and needs a little extra time i think. Lights 90% RH 50-60% Temp 20-26 Celsius In the second tent the RJ and SH are developing also very Well. A few weeks to Go. Just letting them grow for now.

High growers! Last week was not easy, plants got too much nutrients, especialy nitrogen. I found some leaf tips curled down or burned, and some of the leaves were “green too much”. So week 4 was just pure water, with no nutriens. Some kind of flush. Im not sure, if I feed them next time, when watering comes. To me, they look pretty fine, much better than 3-4 days ago. I think I will skip feeding for next watering, depends how they grow next 2 days, till watering comes. The ones on the left side, Critical Jack on left bottom and 2x auto jack just above it, started producing buds already. Californian Snow, on the right bottom, and 2x Somango, above the Californian Snow, are taking a bit more time, but little buds are there already too. Will see the progress next week. What a difference a week makes, now starting week 4 and moved them up into their final pots now that I have some space in the tent and they are currently under 600w dual spec and a 315w daylight, I have topped 5 of the 6 but left one as it looks like it’s a stocky plant anyway, they all look like they should be impressive plants so far and visibly growing by the day 😊

Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!

Mañana voy a hacer una aplicación foliar con azufre soluble para las plantas jóvenes, y para otras dos que tengo comenzando la floración voy a aplicar cola de caballo foliar, para prevenir oídio con ambos productos. Habitualmente, recibo "me gusta" de desconocidos, a viejos comentarios de aquí y de allá, también mensajes amables en mis diarios de cultivo, pero serializados la mayoría, obviando cualquier contexto... todos a la espera de reciprocidad, y así me he comportado hasta ahora con este asunto, pero observo que esto lleva a una pérdida de autenticidad y hasta una perversión del sistema, porque creo que el interés ya no pasa por los diarios de cultivo. Yo por mi parte, no voy a devolver ningún "me gusta" descontextualizado o sistematizado, sea en mis diarios o fuera de ellos, agradezco y animo la comunicación entre cultivadores, y yo estoy siempre abierto, con entusiasmo, a compartir mi experiencia con quien lo desee. En cuanto a mis diarios de cultivo, voy a ser mas críptico, a ver si consigo rescatar algo de tiempo y energía para hacer otras cosas y acabar los diarios de cultivo en curso. Esto es todo por hoy... This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (sewing materials see table above) At the next watering there is a very light rinse with Clean Fruits so that the last nutrients can be slowly used up.
