Great week!! Amazing growth and I topped them as well as started to lst some of them! Only issues I seem to have with this strain is that the stems aren’t so strong as well sometimes leafs seem to be yellowing sometimes.. but other than that blueberry cookies are look good! Kind led K5 XL1000 Wifi is just crushing it inside my tent! I just love how I can change my spectrum to any colour I want, I mean any colour the plants want. I’m debating when to put these babies into flower maybe a week or two we will see... the mother of these plants have yellowing going on. I will up her nitrogen and see if she goes back to normal I also think she needs to be transplanted but I want to hold off till her clones are ready to flower! Happy Sunday and be safe!

Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

PORTUGUÊS / BRASIL Deixei ela meio largada, vivendo por conta no sol. Ela tem pegado tempo forte, chuva forte, sol forte, frio e segue firme. Ainda estou com o mesmo problema das moscas brancas. Elas não param. Tenho pulverizado um pouco de agua com vinagre e sabão para eliminar, mas me sinto mal de estar jogando sabão. Não sei se o sabão ou o vinagre reagem com os tricomas. se você sabe, me avisa por favor. Uma coisa que tenho achado incrível dela (a primeira que plantei não ficou assim, e nem um terceira que foi plantada junto desta), ela ficou com um roxo escuro bonito demais e está começando a ficar mais densa, pesada. Nas fotos e vídeos dá pra ver as cores bem, assim como as marcas das moscas brancas em todas as folhas. Uma coisa que fiz foi adicionar um pouco de NPK 4 14 10. O motivo é que tenho outra de mesma idade e que passou por uns sufocos no início (nasceu de raiz pra cima e depois o cachorro ainda arrancou, milagre estar viva), como a colheita tava prejudicada, fiquei com menos medo e dó de testar então aqui eu adicionei bastante NPK mesmo em cima do meu solo super rico. A planta não reclamou, não torceu folhas e nem mudou coloração. Entendi como uma aprovação de que ainda posso adicionar NPK mesmo em cima do meu solo e que preciso revisar a mistura da próxima vez para colocar ainda mais nutriente. Acho que ela ainda tem fácil mais de 30 dias pela frente. Ela está com 68 dias ENGLISH I left her a bit abandoned, living on her own in the sun. It has been experiencing strong weather, heavy rain, strong sun, cold and is still going strong. I still have the same problem with whiteflies. They don't stop. I have been spraying some water with vinegar and soap to eliminate it, but I feel bad about throwing soap. I don't know if soap or vinegar react with trichomes. If you do, PLEASE let me know! One thing I've found incredible about it (the first one I planted didn't look like this, nor did a third one that was planted at the same time as this one), it turned a really beautiful dark purple and is starting to get denser, heavier. In the photos and videos you can see the colors well, as well as the whitefly marks on all the leaves. One thing I did was add a little NPK 4 14 10. The reason is that I have another girl of the same age who went through some hardships at the beginning (she was born with the roots going up and then the dog took it from the pot, it is a miracle that she's alive). My thought was that since the harvest was affected, I was less afraid and worried about testing things. So I added a lot of NPK even on top of my super rich soil. The plant did not complain, did not twist leaves or had color changes. I took it as an approval that I can still add NPK even on top of my soil and that I need to revise the mixture next time to add even more nutrients. First off. I DO NOT USE TERRA AQUATICA NUTRIENTS. I USE FLORANOVA GROW AND FLORANOVA BLOOM The Silver Widow is a beautifully structured girl with great resistance to the elements. She is naturally one big bush without topping her. The smells from this girl is something to behold. At times it's all you can smell throughout the entire yard. This girl makes me smile every time I look at her. Flowering time is approaching very soon. Looking forward to some sticky flowers. Thanks for the interest my friends.

Finally starting to see signs of flowering. I am gonna add a red light and a 2nd scrog net and I should get it next week. I ordered it for the blooming gonna see if it makes a difference. To decide if I want for future grows..

Eight weeks in their big girl pots! No fertilizer last week due to rains every day, and they look great. Even the slow to grow sour strawberries are looking good, and my rogue seed from last year’s Runtz Layer Cake is growing tall quickly. The crop is wuickly becoming a back door “Wall of Weed”.

I have transplanted into Dutch buckets. Filled with perlite. And all are now in the Greenhouse. Doing great. These are watered 4 times a day for 1 minute. This girl is doing great. Preflowers are out.

Day 68 flower. I stopped using the Ripen on day 65. Since then I've been using Florakleen at 2tsp per gallon and RO water only for flush. Pineapple express is flushing at a faster rate still. I had to brace several colas because of the size so I'm really watching closely for any molding issues. I'm planning to hang her up at day 71ish. Rainbow cake is turning a little purple. It looks like its almost finished and I'm planning to pull around day 71 as well. London mint cake is finishing up nicely. I think she's going to need a little more time flushing so she might get pulled a little later than the other 2. Hope you like my pics and videos!

Made the flip to flower to start this week. Did a bunch of lst to get the side branches booming for the Scrog. Put a second net right above her to start things off spacing and structre wise. Second she starts to stretch its scrog game on! Got her on a well balanced diet to support her transition period. Can't wait to see her explode and take off! Start rowing me out some colas! Comenzamos la 2° semana con un riego de enrraizador Deeper Underground (Top Crop) añadiendo 1ml/l en el agua con pH6 donde la dejamos reposar durante 1 día con una bomba de agua para eliminar cloro e impurezas. Día 9: La planta ya tiene 4cm y sigue creciendo sin problemas y ninguna señal negativa. Tanto la temperatura como la humedad la seguimos teniendo en valores óptimos. Día 12: Hoy tocó riego con agua limpia, sin nurientes con pH6, 200PPM y 30°C.

24-8-2019 Something new i am trying out with this strain now that I have a Media History. White Widow in a Aeroponic Deep Water Culture environment. we will see firsthand what media does it best with less effort, Container is filled with 5-6 gallons of Nutrient Solution to be changed once every second week. Already cut my RO flow by half with less trips to the faucet i have more time for my girl. Enjoy the grow Bud Tenders.👌😎 It must be noted that this White Widow was kept in a low T5 environment for a period of 11 weeks or so. So no pics of the early days lol.💪

So now we got some better pics of the manifold out of the tent! Yay! You can see how I defoliated her to allow as much light into the center as I can. I am adjusting her spot in the tent so I can position another one in the center, which should be groovy as the stretch is now pretty much done. Supercropping?! What!? In the 4th week of flower?! I know right?! But check it out, it was initially a mistake. I was doing a little LST and a bend went a little too far. So I got the idea, since some growers supercrop early in flower anyways - I am going to go ahead and supercrop that entire plant where the branches are too long anyways! Woohoo! The theory being, it can grow even gnarlier and more potent buds, and new bud sites where the supercrop occurs. However, doing it at week 4 is a bit iffy! But, we will see - it could turn out super rad! Fingers crossed! I took pics of the bended branches so you can see just how far along I am in flower and how they are bent. We will definitely be keeping an eye on these. So that puts us officially at the following plant tests: 1 Topped Once (4+ cola) 1 Topped Twice (Manifold - 8 cola) 1 FIM (8+ colas) 1 FIM + Supercrop (8+ colas) Going to be fun to see how it works out! ✌️

This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. See Pictures for an example of what this looks like.

I removed a couple fan leaves and immature undergrowth. It's been a couple weeks in flower and no bud sites formed yet. I'm surprised. This strain must have a longer growth cycle over 9 weeks. Or she's just a late bloomer. Her pistils and first small bud sites are coming out after a bit over 2 weeks in flower. It is very bushy and thirsty so I trimmed it. This strain is showing less heat stress than the predecessor under the same light.
