I’ve seen roughly 5-6 lady bugs laying eggs on the girls so that’s a good start!! No sign of pest yet but nature is prepin em. I’ve gotta get some more straw to lay down as the wind blew a lot of it away, it’s coming everything is just a waiting game.. leaving on Wednesday for work so it’s going to be exciting to see em two weeks later! Was a little nervous they were going to flip to flower but everything seems good so far haven’t noticed any major stretch or anything like that so I think we’re in the clear. The weather is taking a swing back to normal here it’s been outa wack the last little bit, anywhere from 25-30c highest with humidity was 39c I’ve never seen this in May in my lifetime up in Canada but wow if that’s a taste of what summer is going to be like I want out now lol well time to go for now see ya again on June 17th!

Hi guys I missed a week so we are at week 9 now. Last week she was abit finicky but nothing to worry about. I have the same feed as in week 7 in week 8. This week she has perked right up and starting to stack weight on the buds now. The heavy pruning and defoliation really helped as these tops are all setup for big buds and no larf. Seems daunting at first but when you see the results you get from the pruning are amazing. Great airflow and light penetration to all bud sites. We are starting to get a little purpling on a leaf or too and looks as if the buds will be purple somewhat. I’m gonna keep her fed and happy we will be back next update. This girl was a high effort high reward type of girl for sure. She was struggling with nutrients which is why towards the end all of the leaves were just yellow and crispy. I didn't manage to find the right balance of nutrients for her BUT the yield and end product definitely did not suffer. This strain's smell alone is 100% worth growing!

She’s getting their! She’s starting to show signs of finishing and I’ve already given her a bit of a flowering nute boost, but she will be going in to flush once I get about 10/15 amber and the rest as milky as I can get. Still waiting for some pistils to turn orange or curl but that’s okay. I’ve got time. 🍭

Flowering day 22 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Another great week that is over. They all develop exactly as it should be 💚. Since the last leaf and substrate application against tripse, I finally haven't seen any of the little biters 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 1.3 l each time (see table above for nutrients). The lowest shoots were removed so that the energy is not wasted in the lower part :-) . Otherwise, as always, everything was cleaned and checked. Fresh osmosis water was filled with stale tap water in a 100 L tank for the coming week 👍. This was a fun little project with a few ups and downs. Overall it was a success. I managed to get 86 Seeds off of the two plants, this is a smaller number but given that I started the pollination about 2-3 weeks late I am impressed. Top this all off with the fact I was using 10ppm silver solution for the majority of the reversing process and only had 30ppm for about a single week near the end. Moving forward if I plan on reversing anymore plants I will be investing in some STS vs Silver solution. It's easier to use and has stronger results. I also managed to get 25g of bug from the plants as well that I will infuse into some butter. Not to worry these are not the branches that where sprayed with silver and they have been cut off and disposed of in the composter. When I decide to grow these out I'll try and create a new diary and test if the CBD/THC ratios remain intact, if the plants are viable. I have not tested the germination rate on these seeds and for all I know they are duds or will not resemble their back-crossed parents. This is my first seed making project and so much is new and unknown to me. Have had lots of help along the way from some good GD friends. Tried to post lots of photos and products I used. The photos labelled [PREVIOUS HARVEST] where when I first grew this wonderful strain out. It has the same peppery kush smell and crazy deep purples as it first did. I did shock these plants with a heavy feeding that stunted them greatly, I also transplanted them when I should have started them off in their forever pot. This was all explained in the weekly entries when it happened and why. overall the autos are not heavy yielding but more average for an auto and that's ok with me. Its the smells, taste colours and CBD contest that draw me to it. Somethings to note from the diary, most of the liquid nutrients are diving by how much water I gave them, typically 4L. Solid nutrients are divided per litre of medium in the pots or they are the total amounts I added. Just ask if you have Questions.

Started off by setting up the growing environment and dialling everything in such as; RO Water for the RDWC hydroponic system. Water Heater being set at 20 degrees C. Water chiller being set at 21 degrees C. pH being set at 5.7/5.8 Room Temp and humidity 20/23 Degrees C / 60%/80%RH. Instead of using rockwool cubes to place my seeds, I put them directly into the clay pebbles. I then used a DIY humidity dome to place over the seeds until they make an appearance. I have been top feeding RO water every 6 hours. Foil was used to cover the net pot to ensure no light leaks were going into the system. Highly important in DWC. Will add some light nutrients once seeds are more established. Until the next one!

I realy love this amazing purple strain, amazing smell of strawberries...Strawberry Fields Forever xD=)) I got 21 grams because use 2 gal pot, and in outdoor daylight is 12-11.8 hours. I will grow indoor too.
