I've bought Pro-Xl organic PH- I used it in 3 L. cup some mgrammes, seems extreemly efficient. In water : ph. 3.0 ---> I reduced a lot the run-off. Then added 5.6 water : Final run-off : Quickblue : 5.5 QuickPink :5.8 QuickGreen : 6.2/6.3. Sounds good. I will add only water for now.

Welcome to week 7 of veg life! The lady’s took around 4 days after there transplant to find there growth rate as they would have been filling there pots with roots. They have come on strong over the last 5 days really filling out and keeping there nodes really tight as they grow in height. They have been getting 2ltrs of water every 2 days. This is not giving run off but that will come when we get into flower. We have been feeding the lady nutes twice a week and keeping a eye on there tips as I think out nutes are rather weak. They have shown nothing but love for the larger amounts of nutes so far, see if it bites me on the butt I guess. We will run them another week in veg and switch them from there and see how we go. Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Been a tuff week as my ph pen failed so had signs of defiantly But that’s now corrected so hope it didn’t set them all back too much

8/10 Hurried morning. Today was water day and the hose fucked up. Dad got it working while I filled half the jugs needed with water and the requisite amount of plant doctor. I gave the preventative dose (which is 1/2 tsp per gallon but I upped it closer to 1 tsp per gallon) on the plants that have received the three full treatments, the 10th planet in the middle and the chemdog. The rest received their last full dose. I had watered the NATURAL mk ultra and other tenth planet yesterday so I'm waiting until tomorrow when the need water to give them their treatment. Other than the 10th planet I'm worried things are going pretty good. Tjat's probably tine too. I certainly wouldnt have even noticed it a few years ago. I only bought like half the amount of soil as last year and really tried keeping costs down. These aren't the biggest plants I've grown but I'm grateful for what I have. I'm working hard to get the most out of them I can. I'm planning to give it a few days and then feed later in the week. EDIT: I THINK I got my grow question deleted. Finally. It's strange that I didn't get ONE outdoor growers response. Doesn't matter. I figured out the best course of action. I'm lucky. Or maybe I just work hard. I defoliate twice a day. I have some pruning to do on the interior of a COUPLE plants. I've cleaned them up pretty good this year. No signs of ANY wpm which is great but suprisinging considering the rh and the rolling fog most mornings. 8/11 I gave the tenth planet in the back and the mk ultra I didn't get yesterday. The mk ultra got the preventative dose (upped from 1/2tsp to 1tsp) and the 10th planet tge full dose. I'll have to check but I think this is the last cure dose for everyone. Found a pillar INSIDE a bud on the special kush that's far ahead. Then you can see on the video a HUGE cut worm or something on the branch I pull down. Luckily I saw it. Wasn't there when I got back but it took a few bites. Looked on the camera and saw a bird swoop in and grab him. Thank the lord! It's going to be 100° today and tomorrow with heat advisory in effect. I'm going to have to treat these plants for pests/pillars some how. I might just use BT and my super alkaline water. The septoria is under control and I'm just afraid spraying anything would make things worse. I'm certainly jot going to let them eat my early flowering plant. I can't apply ANYTHING in this heat. I'll research and maybe if it gets low enough tonight I might be able to do something. I'm going to go back over and check that plant going branch by branch. That one 10th planet tgat WAS the biggest plant is severely stunted amd has some "strange" looking leaves. I wasthinking about getting it off property or just chopping and burning but I figure it's been in there long enough that the others could be infected. I think it spreads through pests if that's the case then it might be better to get rid of it. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I'm going to stop and try to get some mulch today. EDIT: I found a place I can get a bale of straw and I think I'll use that to mulch. It's almost a 100°. After killing the pillar this morning and missing that cutworm I came back over to REALLY look at the special kush in later flower. I looked through every branch and every bud. I found four pillars on that plant. No REAL damage yet and extremely small. I had to pull buds apart to find them. It's like they were hiding from the heat. That was miserable hand picking them in 100° degree weather. Luckily the bird feeders are close but the bigger birds chase the smaller ones. The smaller birds have found a new food source and perch on my cage waiting. I'm leaning towards treating the flowering plant with BT-k. Seeing that tge citric acid WON'T kill fungus I'll just use OUR super alkaline water and hope for the best. Nothing will get treated during this weather. 8/11 IT reached 105° yesterday and I had a family medical emergency. Came over this morning to several plants drooped right over despite me checking MD day and them being fine. Phone dodnt charge so I couldn't get pictures. Watered everything but the ones that got it yesterday cause they looked good and still had weight. I had to leave before the ones that were down could pick back up. The kush plants seem to tolerate this heat much better. Beside the ones in the 10s tge others are taking this hear fine. I'll update when I get back. EDIT: Went back over around 10. Another hot day. Suppised to be HOTTER than yesterday. I don't know how that's possible. both our thermometers went to 104 lately. Oh and I dont think that's beet curly top virus I think it's just great stress! I've grown this strain before and it's not the most resilient but it's other qualities make up for that. That's a loud off. I checked most buds on the plant in late flower and found a grass hopper IN the cola! No damage that I could see and I flicked him in the head which killed it. I came back to the chemdog that I didn't water drooping. I watered that and the 10th planet I didn't get this morning. The only one that hasn't got water today was the natural mk ultra and when I was there it was still heavy and looked really good so I left it. I'll have to come back around four and check things out. I'll be watering that tonight for sure. It will be hot tomorrow too then it will be better weather. I need to feed but I'm uncertain whether I should in this heat. All the kush strains I'm running are have Hindu kush as a parent and seem to be able to take the heat no problem. We don't get heat like this usually. It's different when it's 100° and 99% rh than dry heat. Edit #2 WENT BACK OVER AROUND 3:30PM EXPECTING TO WATERING THE ONE PLANT I HADNT. THE MK ULTRA THAT I LEFT NATURAL. IT LOOKED GREAT WHEN I GOT THERE AND WAS STILL HEAVY. IT LOOKED BETTER THAN NORMAL. ONE SIDE HAD A FEW LEAVES THAT WERE STARTING TO DROOP BUT ITS RIGHT WHERE THE SUN IS HITTING IT ON TH BOTTOM. ITS JUST A LITTLE HEAT STRESS. THE 10TH PLANET ARE MORE PRONE TO HEAT STRESS. I NEED TO FEED. I DEFOLIATED QUITE A FEW LEAVES TODAY. IM RUNNING OUT OF LARGE FAN LEAVES ON MY PLANT IN MID FLOWER. EVERYTHING SEEMED TO START MAKING LITTLE ROCK HARD BUDS ALMOST OVERNIGHT AND THEY ARE STARTING TO SWELL. PLANTS NEED NITROGEN I THINK. I USED LESS SOIL AND WATERED MORE. I JUST DONT WANT TO FEED DURING THIS HOT WEATHER. TOMORROWS THE LAST OF THIS HEAT WAVE AND THEN ILL BE ABLE TO GIVE THE GIRLS A GOOD FEEDING. THE SILVER LINING TO THE PATHOGEN THING IS THAT IVE BEEN MUCH MORE COGNIZANT OF LEAFING THE PLANTS AND REMOVING DEAD AND DAMAGED LEAVES. I'VE DONE A MUCH BETTER JOB WITH THAT THIS YEAR. AFTER THE HOT SPELL ILL GET IN WITH SHEARS AND PRUNE OFF LARF. IVE GOT SOME BUT I HAVE MORE I NEED TO GET.

Tempature was getting to 60° at night and 67° during lights on. Bought foam board to put under the tents and an oil space heater to combat cold temps. Defoliated on 11-6-23. Top Dressed with BuildaSoil Craft blend ¼ Cup.

This week completes the first week of flower for unknown. Stretched a little bit and I assume there will be more so, I’m continuing to weave her through the net for middle and final stretch. This also starts a new 3 week nute feed (thanks to dr earth 👏👏) so honestly I’m just continuing to lower humidity and slow rolling it. The wwa however is coming along quite well I might say. The main issue if any at all has been low ph and I’ve been watering with higher ph to correct that but, she’s been stretching and doing her own thing. Really wish I would’ve waited to see her full potential under better lighting and time but, this is a first grow (also excuse 😏) and I’m honestly more excited to get the first grow under the belt, rather than maximum yield (though max would be nice 😎) hopefully next time… Thanks for stopping by this week ✌️.

Chugging right along, the buds on this one are miniscule compared to the pot-mate's. Makes me wonder if it's a slower genetic, or just a low yielder. No top feeding again, except for the Tropicana Cookies is the 1 gal. 12 hrs 45 minutes on.

Hi 👋. This week I stopped the nutrients and I started flush. In first week of flushing I use 2ml /l of Canna Flush and then only pure water until harvest. 15 liters every flush. Buds are hard like stone 😁 and the smell is amazing. Now i know why they call it Zkittles 🍍🍓🍬🍊. Thanks for watching.peace✌️

This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity

Another good feed this week and took a few leaves off, both plants doing really well, drinking loads with the sun and size of them. Not much smell yet but plenty of time for that. That’s all this week, happy growing 🌱

Nothing much to report. She’s settled in and working on full flower. Cleaned a couple low hanging leaves, no more snipping past week 3. Up to every other day watering, roughly a liter. She’s been a breeze so far. Till next week.
