TDS meter went bad so my reads are off (low), but until I replace it... Starting LST today, unfortunately the main topped branchs on Gelato #2 split down the middle, I have taped up hopefully to heal. All plants have been topped twice hope to flip in a couple weeks.

So far these plants have shown nothing but resilience and a will to grow I have put quite a bit of effort in but I’m sure I’m lacking in one or two spots but you would never be able to tell by the Look at the plants they seem quite happy and they are relatively patient with a new grower lol

The growing cycle it self worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2018-02-27. This is my review / smoke report of this lovely cbd flower. There are rock hard buds and almost no give at all, even in those smaller buds. When you grind it the scent will appear more than just smelling on the buds. It smells a little weak of grass, hay, pepper, some spicy and sweet. The taste is grass, soil, pepper and exceedingly sweet fruit. The effect is directly, the thc feeling above the eyes and in the forehead. A little light ringing in the ears and a dry mouth. After 10 minutes, the cbd kicks in and one feels that the neck and shoulders begin to relax and the feeling continues down over the back and chest down to the stomach. A calm and well-being is found in the body. After 15-20 minutes it is down in the legs. But in a strange way, you also feel like doing something, or meeting some friends and just sitting and talking about fun things. It is a very well-balanced strain and it fits in all sorts of contexts. I also think it might be good for someone who needs something that makes you more social and dampens enough anxiety and rushing thoughts effectively. I think this is a lovely strain and I highly recommend it to everyone but especially for more inexperienced people who want to soften with a pleasant medicine.

Hey yall, It's been a minute, I have been super busy out of town again. All is good though, the flowers are fattening up. Still not a fan of Beaver Seeds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BEAVER SEEDS, just to be clear. They don't respond, like super sativa club, lol. I email and contact their website, zero response. So pick a breeder you can trust and has open communication. Otherwise they are greedy and most likely have shitty genetics. I popped two feminized seeds, one was a runt from the start, she died when my Temps hit 90 Fahrenheit, which is absolutely 💯 bullshit. I use potassium silicate, frass, aloe and everything that should help with heat stress, so this one is on the breeder. Anyways, they hardly have many trichomes, despite my shit being dialed to the max, PPFD. VPD, water only soil with dry amendments and weekly compost tea applications. That always dumps trichomes for me. Genetics are 90 percent of the game, we can control up to 10 percent as the growers. Well you can see what I mean. Week 6 of flowering now, so yeah I missed a couple weeks, but you know how it is. Life is nuts and you have to work to pay those electric bills. I already popped new seeds from a much better breeder, I literally cannot wait to chop these girls to pieces, and making RSO out of the entire run, I ain't even smoking this shit. Lol. Sorry I didn't throw up any tutorials this week, but check previous weeks for detailed recipes. I did add fermented Banana peels, overly ripe ones to help push flowering maturity. Also added fermented kiwi, overly ripe again to push end of flowering. Also added Willow water, and a ton of fermented aloe and some frass I got from a buddy. I think it’s about flushing time for Gorilla Zkittlez. She stinks up the whole room. Carbon filter ain’t cutting it. Lol Gorilla Cookies on the other hand is getting huge. I think she should pull some nice weight. She’s stacking up trichromes and starting to smell pretty good. A weird smell but it’s good. Idk how to explain it. 😎 That’s all till next week. 🤙🏽💪🏽

The girls have survived another week ❤️ I did a light defoliation and have been monitoring the RH closely. We have had a very damp week here, and the RH kept climbing and had my fan working hard. They are starting to plump up and fill in 😋. They have also started to slow their drinking habits, instead of watering every three days, it has moved to every 4 now. Just a couple of weeks left, I think I will be harvesting these over Christmas 🎄, and will have some great bud ready for the new year! 🎉🎊🍾

Day 7 - Everything seems to be going ok they are all growing about the same pace! Day 8 - They are all growing pretty equal right now , extremely happy with how things are going!✌️🏼🌱 Day 11 - one plant has some twisted leaves hopefully it’s nothing serious😫 will be keeping a eye on her, other than that they all seem to be growing great! the girl is washed :) only heavy pure 6.3 ph water :) yes, she is not beautiful, but if you look closer it's just aesthetics :) you can already see a lot of refined sugar.....which makes me happy :) she doesn't have much left :) there will be an update :)

Day 15. All girls will get either first or second feed. Upside down Kush was left in original pot, newwaver Kush was ripped with fingers from soil and transplanted to new pot, never will i have two plants in same pot ever again !!! And just couldn't throw out one ;))) Kushes got middle of the tent, think i will top them only, it will be too bushy with 11 heavily LST'ed plants. Think day 18 - first training day for 8 girls ;) Day 16. Girls are loving life - thats fact !. Now i have to rethink LST plan, thought to train them on day 18, but they grow so compact, that i have two options : A. Top them on 5 or 6 nod and train from there. B. Lift lights and induce vertical grow. But its such a tricky move, usually they repeate that overstreched patern even if you bombard them with light after ... C. Postpone LST to day 24-26. Never i did it so late, stem becomes very stiff, hard to bend her heavily ... Next few days will show ... Day 18. Girls are real beauty, they started to strech a bit, will give couple more days and will train them hard on monday. Day 20. Dice was rolled !!! LST !!! Girls are very compact, will be fun to veg them will have to plan well how to flatten up them. Kushes are behind, but i had to keep tent as dry as possible, need plants dry, otherwise stems crack from such heavy training. Put couple soft wires to lift leaves from soil .. No more notes for rest of the week. The TC600 is 260w from the wall. Not 600w.

I was afraid of finding a lot of budrot, luckily it was only the one cola. The buds are very frosty, the bottom at the base of the branch looks a bit brownish on some buds, i inspected it with a microscope and didnt find any mold or weird things. There are a lot of amber trichomes tho. I think that's why it looks brown like that. It smells and smokes good, so i think its fine. If someone thinks otherwise, let me know! End results: Buds: 92 Grams Small Buds: 18 Grams Trim: 16.7 Grams Total weight of the buds: 110 Grams. I calculated that i used a total of 72.3 watts this grow, that makes it 1.52 grams per watt! Very happy with the end results, and its by far my personal record hahaha.

Day 8 - First official day of veg and both ladies are right on time for a small adjustment in lighting, PH and nutrients. 10ml of Hydro A & Hydro B were added to both buckets (10L of water in each bucket) and the Milwaukee PH controller was set to work. Starting at a PH of around 7.8, it slowly worked down to a perfect 6.0 over about 50minutes. The lights were readjusted to be 60cm from the seedlings who are all between 8-10cm tall and the intensity of the lights increased to about 70% brightness. Day 9 - Cheech is taking nicely to the adjustment in light and nutrients, but CG 1 is looking a little bit too perky. Going to give her 24 hours to adjust. Day 10 - We have finally renamed CG 1. Fellow enthusiasts, meet Venezia. Day 12 - The root systems are clearly visible in the ladies today Day 13 - The ladies are looking well today. Venezia seems to be showing some light signs of heat stress with slight curling of the leaves. The lights are due to be adjusted tomorrow to account for the seedlings growth over the last week.
