One of my own personally created strains. It definitely has the Jack Herer tall genetics. I topped and defoliated every plant. I'm trying to form them into canna-bushes. Hopefully I'm doing the correct training procedures to make them all grow that way both indoors and out.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. So the tall royal gorilla( second from the left in the back. that, to me , looks like it has horrible genetics or it just couldn't handle the stress of topping and the burn. It's still gunna produce well just. Scrawny. My critical thunder from msnl is shorttttttt love it for an Afghan cross. And the most green. And full. Lots of calyxes are forming finally. I removed the, now clear , male from the tent and I did something...... Well white trash ( no pun intended) . In my eyes. But in a ingenuity kind of way. I got a cheap ass rolling trashcan meant for outdoors. Like 20$. I already had an extra. So I put the male in it and it fit perfectly. Cut off everything from the plant except the top of the two main stalks. It fits perfectly. I put a old light I used to use for seedlings in the top. And threw a light blanket over it. . I have it on the other side of the house. . Check the video. It's actually kinda cool 😂 Also feeding their flowering nutes next week. In SMALL amounts. I did add bud honey. Which does the same as just good molasses but better. This soil has a lot of micros and macros that'll love it. But the rest of the girls are going fine and I'll be starting a new diary for be on the look out 😎

Started the girls with some LST to see how they all coped and they bounced back well.

Casey's Rollex OG is making progress. I did treat her 4 days ago with neem oil. I did again today after some defoliation and canopy maintenance. The spotting on the leaves appears to have stopped. Hopefully it stays stopped is the intent. Everything else is looking good, and hopefully any pest are exterminated after treatment of the grow room today. The end came surprisingly fast in the end - I had to move quick. I had to improvise a drying solution, since I only have a small grow room and not much space, since Fat Monkey Auto still takes some time to mature. A little grow chamber made of foam board, with a PC fan added for some air flow. Can't wait to trim her and let her cure before entering the next phase.

Hey everyone 😃. Day 1 : The seeds were placed between 2 moist towels to germinate and sealed in a box. Day 2 : No change . Day 3: Both seeds have sprouted and you can see a small tip of the root coming out. Day 4: The tip of the root looks out about 0.5 - 1 cm. today they were set in stone wool blocks. These were placed in water beforehand and mixed with a little Rizotonic to stimulate root formation. Day 5: Today, both seedlings stick their heads out about 1 cm 😊. (The grow box is sprayed under the hood every day to keep it moist.) Day 6: Today the heads are already looking 2 cm out. Day 7: Both rock wool blocks were planted in Canna Coco, and some water with an Ec mixture 0.4 was added. So they stay under the hood for about 7-10 days. (The lid is opened a little wider every 2-3 days to get used to the lower humidity. One of the girls had to be chopped as she was ready and extremely deficient. The others are maturing nicely and really starting to swell at the bud sites. The smells are a bit better but apart from the one pheno nothing too crazy. Should be easy to chop at some point next week.
