Watered when dry. Increased water. First time growing in Coast of Maine, which seems to be “heavy” weight wise. I guess holding a good amount of water. Still finding a good schedule.

The A. Gold plants is measuring: 17 inches and received pH balanced water and nutrients/ approximately 34 oz per plant. We’re also trying to keep the humidity down. Normally the Dehumidifier helps a lot but it’s hard to keep down when it’s about to rain outside, hence why this week’s humidity is 81 degrees. Any tips would be helpful.

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Veg veg veg boring...I twisted and pinched the 2 new tops from topping and tied down a few with some plant tie downs...they are already starting to put off a flowering scent not just that green chlorophyll scent a actual flowery pungent hue in the air lol

Notes for flower week 9 (12/15-12/21, days 56 to 62) Watering Days. All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio, or combination, of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates. These are/will be DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added-in larger, then smaller, ratios while the "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 128/58 (last feed was day 124/54) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 251ppm) mixed with 402ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.0 (7.13 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I am making a new feeding standard for all my plants) I got ~20 cups of runoff (~27 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume increase as well as previous knitting needle aeration. Runoff was tested at 6.15ph and 1800ppm (6.21ph and 2100ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.4,6.48,6.39,6.42 for an avg of 6.42 (6.42 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 6.8 to 7.0 ph as I'm still liking where the ph is finally at. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 6.8 in +4 days (132/62). I expect I will run 400ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again, but no more HP2. I expect to start flushing her out with lower nute levels from that next feed point. Day 132/62 (last feed was day 128/58) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 277ppm) mixed with 397ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.8 (7.0 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. I got ~17 cups of runoff (~20 cups last feed). Runoff was tested at 6.0ph and 1710ppm (6.15ph and 1800ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.42,6.45,6.34,6.33 for an avg of 6.385 (6.42 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 6.8 to 7.0 ph as I'm still liking where the ph is finally at. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 6.8 in +4 days (136/66). I expect I will run 400ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again. Im flushing with these lower ppm feeds through harvest.

Sticky is almost done! You can see i have been feeding her like crazy, colour of her leaves are almost Luminous Green! 😁👏 (i am flushing her RN👍) She is done but her bud needs at least 2 more weeks(maybe one, if she gets enough solar power..) becouse of the lack of sunshine.. ..but i know she will get them done!👊 Sticky has proven 2 b boss again, so many pests, bugs and bad weather she had.. and very few hours of daylight.. but she has been budding very nicely!👊 (and smelling so sweet!) cant wait till i can get my fingers sticky😁... This plant has been a pure pleasure to grow. I took a few bud off this week as I was worried about bud bandits taking her. They are out in force in my neck of the woods. She has really put on some interesting colouring. She smells so damn GOOD!! Dinafem nails dit with these genetics!! Full chop is imminent!! 😎🍿

Day 64 05/07/24 Friday Start of week Big feed today 4L pH 6.2 only 20% run off. So I have done final LST on her, I'm proud of what she has grown into over this veg period. What a BEAST 🙌💪🤯💚 I'm allowing this week to be final veg week before I flip her. She has so many tops I'll count them and add to diary tomorrow ✌️💚 Day 65 06/07/24 Saturday The day after LST, she has bounced straight back 💪, she's a damn beast 👌 Picture update Day 66 07/07/24 Sunday Watering with De-chlorinated tap water, pH 6.0 and added cal-mag 7ml for 5L. No run off but bottom of fabric pot is lovely and moist so will leave it there today 😁 Day 67 08/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap watering today 5L with DyNoMyCo. Hoping this will help root zone uptake more nutrients during flush- we will see. Updated short video Day 69 10/07/24 Wednesday Feed today! De-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0. did a 3L run through had about 1ltr run off due to high humidity this week, she never needed it I guess. But just wanted something to pull fresh oxygen through substrate. She's getting so damn big, have to flip her tomorrow else she'll never fit under 600w hps in tent 🤦‍♂️😍
