7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day. The Blackberry Moon Rocks are looking promising. One of them is growing into this beautiful little bush, and I think it's almost ready to harvest. The other plant is stacking up buds, but I'm thinking it's still a couple of weeks away. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

I’m so excited for the coming weeks and i hope that 4 plants aren’t to much for my little tent. My last autoflowers were not very successful, but I’ve learned from them. For the next few weeks I’ll start with only water (pH around 6.4) and introduce fertiliser very slowly. This time I’m using BioBizz-Products (incl. BioBizz-LightMix) because LightMix is good for autoflowers and I didn't have to buy anything new. I’m not completely sure if defoliation is a good idea, bud maybe I’ve to do it because of the small space. ----- Germination ----- 4 Peat Pellets with 26ml water each. Every 12 hours I’ll spray them with water. Had them in darkness for the first 24 hours. After 72 hours (01/26) 3 out of 4 seeds came to life. After 96 hours (01/27) all 4 seeds were successful and I transferred them to there new BioBizz LightMix home. On day 5 I gave each plant 250ml ph-controlled water. ----- Preparations ----- A few days before starting I’ve dismantled my grow box to give it a deep cleaning. Step 1: cleaning with soap water Step 2: disinfection spray and let it dry With this method I’ve cleaned everything involved. My grow bags (13L - 3 gal) went into the washing machine with disinfectant detergent. Trichome Production and bud sizes keep increasing, tiny black dots appear on select sugar leaves. Red hues began to compliment buds.

We are at week 3 now. A lot of development, i have not used liquid nutes this week, it is raining a lot so no water needed, thus no liquid nutrients. I have top feed of dry nutrients mix, basically a mixture of a super soil recipe that usually is used within to make a hot soil: I mix all tue ingredients together and use it gradually about 40g as a powder, in the top of the soil. - Azomite 500g - Natural fosfate 500g - Biochar 1kg - Bokashi 1kg -Kelp meal 500g -Mamona meal 1kg -chicken meal 1kg -Potassium silicate 500g -Gypsum farm 500g -Diatomaceous earth 500g Mix all keep it in a soil bag, this pure mix and use it once every month. The companion plants have emerged and will protect the soil humidity mainly.

Start of week 3 blueberry is flowering and the stretch is almost over. The seedlings are growing nicely.the box got up to 100f this week during mini heat wave had to put ice blocks in rez to lower temp down from 80f. I look forward to the 3 other new strains I’m running. My GSC seedling is looking a little pale I should have waited longer to change rez over to bloom nutes. I have top dressed some organic fertilizer near drip line of nutes 4-6-4 one month release. I applied to all seedlings except blueberry. I reduced blumat on gsc, ww, and ch until surface dried a little bit as my gsc was showing signs of overwatering. Gsc is starting to green back up. My bb had to nanners i plucked them I hope these are all. It could be from the high temps or the one night I had a light leak. BB larger plant receving 1000 ppfd.i turn light back down a notch Gsc leaves started cupping now she’s getting just 550 along with other seedlings.will continue to monitor for improvement and ramp lights up a little later if needed as plants should grow into light.

24 hrs of darkness begins. amber trichomes are hard to see under certain lights and through glasses, i dumped the glasses and moved each one to a different room and sure as shit "amber trichomes!". I just realized a jewelers lupe with a light works better without looking through reading glasses. 3 yrs of crap harvests and it aint over yet but if i get these dried at 60rh @ 70 deg F for 6-10 days APPPROX! CAREFUL FOR MOULD, and i got the 32 oz jars, belvidas and humidity guages for cure. as long as i can do that right, man things are really looking good. PRINCETON CAN USE A GUY LIKE JOEL! We'll see. I am starting another diary for the 2 gorilla glues that are growing really slow. I was going to dump them but i kept putting it off and slowly the buds started stacking up. I would love to know if this is common with all seed vendors and not just mine and why its happening like this. More important, I GREW BIG POTENT BUDS BY MYSELF!!!!!!! PRETTY HAPPY ABOUT THAT.
