So I had to run out and get cal mag this grow because as you can see they needed it. I would have bought it sooner but my kids come before me and my grow room and just couldn't afford it at the time luckily this flower time is a longer time for this strain and needs to run almost 11 weeks gonna depend on when they tell me there ready but but late then never I hope and I will make sure to flush properly at the end. Overall happy with everything else so far and have a lot to learn still. I won't complain for my first grow ever. Excited about my other grow tho.

23 Dec - Evening @ 8PM - Excited! Third grow here we go (whilst simultaneously running my second grow into flower & a third outdoor started)! 24 Dec - a lot of seeds popped already. Will wait until morning to put in soil with a longer/stronger root. 25 Dec - 36hrs from putting seeds in water - all seeds now germinated & planted in moist soil, high perlite % (approx 50% and minimal nutes), temps between 25-28c, on 18hr light cycle, 50% on edge of light strength (see photo) and lightly misted with ph’d but nute free water (will be doing daily) in humidity dome with vents 100% open, good air flow around). N.B. Mimosa x Orange Punch had fallen out of shell already. Will see if becomes a problem now it’s in the soil. Planted with coldeyns just on soil line with fine soil v v lightly dressed to cover. Decent root so hopefully will be okay. 26 Dec - everything looking okay and misting pots and dome every 12 hrs (AM & PM). Vents mostly - 75% - closed, with fans going in the tent. 27 Dec - signs of life with all seeds still - most just about to pop through soil line (AM), now having popped above soil line (PM). Still misting every 12 hours and photos above just before another misting. Working well. So happy. First grow 25% success rate, second grow 50%, so hoping for a 75%+ this time! Really putting the time and trust in, not overwatering (past mistake) and using humidity not trying to water non existent root system (caring too much)! 28 Dec - tracking nicely! CLONES TAKEN FROM TRIPLE CHEESE AND RUNTZ MUFFIN (rooted by 17 Jan). 29/30 Dec (1am!) - further progress. Wld lyk to see Charlotte’s CBD above soil pls! 30 Dec (PM) - getting there! Choc mint, fat banana & Mimosa x Orange Punch into veg now, with Frisian Duck, Gorilla Zkittlez, SAGE CBD above soil but waiting on seed head to fall off and CBD Charlotte’s Angel to come above soil line. Sunday tomorrow. Might start ‘veg’ on Monday for simplicity and the hope others will be up and away!

This week went outstanding, she is still stretching and up to 40 inches. I really hope she is done stretching because I am running out of room. I was still feeding her 50/50 on bloom and veg nutes last week, but as of today she is getting 100% Bloom Nutrients. I am still defoliating her about every other day, but hopefully I am about done with that except for a few leaves here and there that may be blocking bud sites. I am now feeding her bloom nutrients and a PK booster, so hopefully she is ready to focus on flower production. So far I am super impressed with Ethos Genetics, this lady is definitely low maintenance and grows vigorously. I hope everyone had a great weekend, enjoy the video and Blaze On!

Another tropical week... growing well... oldest leaves removed...☀️🌱🍀💪

I love these last stages! The girls are still stretching but I decided to give them a defoliation a week early. If you look back on last week you can see how bushy they have gotten so there was a definite need to get some light to the lower bud sites. I can definitely start to smell the familiar gassy aroma coming through now so may be time to get the fan and carbon filter cranked up. I will be top amending the soil again at some point this coming week but as for now I have just been feeding with water and liquid seaweed. I've had a few compliments from friends on the good health of the plants this time round compared to previous grows when the Sour Diesels had nutrient issues, not helped by the Coco medium I was using. I'll be sticking to this choice of soil and organic nutrients with the results I'm getting so far! I mean, look at those pistils!! 😁 I love that I've had 93 views on this diary so far! Week 3 started off good but ended horrible. I finally made my first big fu🤬k up. After LSTing on day 19 the next day I tried tighten up the LST and ended up snapping the main stock🤦‍♂️🏾 Forcing me to try and mainline just to save her, so now I’m just hoping for da best. Everything went well More pics of her coming along with weight. I decided that since seeds are popping out, found a couple seeds on the floor, and no need to wait for the fade she served her purpose well. And she brings forth the next Generation ! Red Sky Cake !
