8/28/2022 - 21 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The third week of vegetation of my Mandarina XL 🍊🍊🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - I had to adjust the dosage, after the first dose of nutrients, the lower leaves of the plant lightened a bit, this was especially visible on her sister Orange Sherbet Auto, which burned the tips of the lower leaves - after this week I reduced the dose by half 🍃🍃 Hesi: Hesi Root Complex I give this root stimulator for root support, although Jungle Indabox also supports root growth, namely: Jungle Urban A - (N-P-K) - (2-1-6) Everything for healthy growth and formation of the root system Atami - ATA Calmag - I missed completely Advanced Nutrients - Bud Candy - I also adjusted the dosage by half 🍬🍬 Pre-flowering: This week the classic white hairs indicating the female gender appeared on the stem 👩‍🌾👧🏼 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000 - really great lamp with sufficient lighting and energy-friendly 💡💡 Training: Topping: I usually top in the third week of the plant's life, just like this time. However, now the girls are very advanced in growth, so they will have more main branches 🌴🌴 LST: Two days after topping, I anchored the lowest branches to the ground with metal clips, tied the higher branches with a string towards the edges of the flower pot, so that the light would shine on each of them 💡💡 Defoliation: In the next two days, I cut off all the large leaves that were shading the branches 🌞🌞 The girl is no longer a child, she is a strong young lady, full of branches and leaves. Its color has also changed, it is now deep green again. The stem is coarse, so I assume a strong root system. This was the last week on vegetation light schedule, we think she had grown enough to start flowering cicle. We also started the defoliation, gradually removing the leaves, when we find it necessary.

Oooooo baby !!! This is starting to come together very nicely . So everything is looking green and mean !! I would say that they are gonna need to have a boost in feeding . The leaves are looking just a little bit lime . Nothing to be too worried about . I'll be sitting on my hands to keep them from plucking these ones crazy I'm definitely going to leave it till week 3 just to see how it works out usually I would definitely pretty much every week but let's just see what happens on this one. This end week, I've removed the glass, and put on my extractor, I continue to give water with my vaporisator Water + rhizo PH@6 I keep a wet soil and give water everywhere, not only around the stem. I put a bit up supply lamp each day, we are now at 20% #3 is smallest than others because going out soit delayed than 2 others. Pretty boring week its almost like the plants stall at this stage and its always super boring waiting for them to take off. Plants adjusted well to the bigger room and new lights.. umol jacked up to 800

Day 7 of flowering & so far we’re off to a good start. They’ve grown 6” since last week so that’s almost an 1” a day. So far I’m still watering every other day with 1/2 gallon of water each-6.3 ph & that seems to be fine. I might have to start watering everyday here pretty soon though or I’ll have to increase the amount of water I give them each time I water. I’m having fun, I hope they are too.

I rate all nutes at their maximum coz i think they all did a very good job and no nuteburns or defficiencies along the process.. More pics will come so stay tuned :)0

Frost is coming early and smells more heavy every day

Thorium (chemical symbol Th) is a naturally occurring radioactive metal found at trace levels in soil, rocks, water, plants and animals. Thorium is solid under normal conditions. There are natural and man-made forms of thorium, all of which are radioactive. In general, naturally occurring thorium exists as Th-232, Th-230 or Th-228. The atomic number of 90 - Thorium 1. 3-4 weeks to go and things are looking great in tent 1 where I have 2 Peyote Gorilla girls in an Earthbox. The stretching is complete, and the girls are finishing. This tent was a breeze. No issues with growth and a lot of nutrition the plant can use to finish. Colas are stacking and beefing up... trichomes are very evident and I believe this plant is very happy. I water the humis layer with 1/4 gallon of rainwater to keep moist. However tent 2 is a different story. I noted that the plant was undergoing severe chlorosis. I believe this is due to my re-use of this earthbox jr, has created such a strong root structure from this and previous grows, that the plant cannot uptake nutrients as required. There is plenty of nutrition in the box and I added a small amount (1/4 cup) of Craft Blend mixed with Naranja that I milled and some gnarly barley, a malted seed meal that was germinated and then stopped to trap the seed hormones and prepares the starches to be converted into fermentable sugars. So I know there is great nutrition to the plant available but something else is preventing uptake. I don't use bottled nutrients so I must wait for the food to breakdown and become plant available. At this point of maturity I want to be careful with Nitrogen... I have seen such weird affects that may cause lockout, and foxtailing and new bud growth as the plant is finishing. I will watch carefully as the plant senesces, as bud development is far ahead of development in size compared to tent 1.

Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

Blue dream keep the buds growing is a big plant compared to the purple lemonade which is doing good also seems like she’s a week behind the blue dream … also idk if the light too close to the plant but some yellowing on the blue dream I think is more like zinc deficiency…..

Day 60 flower on the two most developed. Should be right about done by now, but as you can see nute burn has been a pain lately. Anxious to find out how much longer they'll need to mature. Buds on the smallest one with the fattest flowers look thick, but they are waay too fluffy compared to the other equally developed plant. I have only fed twice the last 10 days, to try to combat the nute problem. Thinking I should go down from half dose to 1/3 the rest of flowering, with a bit more normal feeding frequency, to avoid starving them in these last couple/few weeks. Second video is of a small bud I cut off low on the smallest plant. Not mature at all, but it still blew me away. The high was wonderfully balanced. Most of all the taste, was incredible. Even after I dried it for 6 hours on my heating radiator on top of cardboard. Makes me think of how insane it will be when matured, dried and cured like it is supposed to. Just hoping it will fatten up a bit, at least the pistils are starting to come along.

I started her flushing this week. I think she wants another week to ripen so I don’t plan to chop her until next Saturday (29/2). She is still filling in the runs on her tops. Two weeks ago I wouldn’t have thought she could but there’s been plenty of calyx growth and the runs are nearly gone 😃.
