Apologies for not updating last week, I have just been really busy! These last couple of weeks have been great - her growth is coming along very well. There are no signs of any deficiencies as of yet, what is your opinion! In regards to defoliating and lollipopping - what growth would you suggest I get rid off?

So my struggles are finally paying off my girls went into flower!!! Northern lights- did some low stress training to bring main cola down away from light. Added some vinegar in bowls and shot glasses to grow tent to control these flying knats(which bite). Pineapple auto- she's in flower I'm just concerned with all the lower leaf issue's that it's going to affect buds. I've over watered this plant which started the leaf issue's at like 3 weeks. At week 4 I trimmed all the fan leaves off which put it in stress almost haulting all growth for a week. Oh and the knats! I will never use walmart soil again for my grows or house plants. The neem oil has really knocked alot of them out. So the leaf burn and star leaves began at week 5 and it was the only feeding i gave my plants with cal mag and within 2 days the throwing star leaves and burning began.. not sure if it was the cal mag or the knats being so bad at that time. But thru all of it this plant has been a fighter!! You can see in pics the new growth and bud sights are healthy so I hope she fights all the way to the end! FD57 - We're at the start of the ninth week of flower. Everything is just coasting along this late in flower, and there isn't much to do except check trichomes. I'm seeing less clear and more cloudy and amber, and I estimate that chop day is one, mayyyyyybe two weeks away. The RH is the tent has dropped somewhat to mid-high 50s. It is still higher than what I prefer at the end of flower but should hopefully be ok. I turned up the circulation fan to increase air movement and make it more difficult for botrytis to take root. D63 - End of the ninth week of flower and I'm debating whether to chop tomorrow or wait another week until I get home from a trip. Decisions, decisions...

FD36 - True to form I completely forgot to take any pics before the lights were out. The third week in a row. I'm detecting a pattern... lol FD37 - Pics! FD38 - Today, I was proactive in trying to prevent botrytis (budrot) since I have had problems in the past when temperatures and humidity get too high in late flower. I started with defoliating hard by removing fan leaves. That should lower the humidity in the tent as there are fewer leaves to transpire moisture, and also increase the airflow around the buds. Finally, I put my small humidifier in the tent to further lower the humidity. FD41 - The anti-humidity measures are working. The tent went from an average RH in the high 60s to the high 40s. (The average RH in the last 24 hours was 48.9%.) I'm happy with that, which should be enough to avoid budrot. Better safe than sorry, so I did additional LST to open up the plants and thus increase the airflow around the buds. It's also helpful to increase light penetration, so win-win. FD42 - We're at the end of the sixth week of flower, and things are chugging along in the tent. The buds are slowly fattening up, but it will take some time before they are done. There isn't much to do in the tent this late in flower besides watering. Today, each girl got 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.5.

This week was bright and warm. The fan leaves started to turn purple, I added a bit of Bio-Grow to help it last until the harvest. The trichomes are cloudy overall. Next week will be the harvest 😎

Week 6 already! The buds are getting more and more tricomes and slowly getting fatter, we also gave some PK but i think it was a little too much combined with the palm tree ashes in the soil, but nothing to worry about, we wil lower the dosis and start the flush next week 😁👌

🌱: topdressed her with Dolmite Lime on day 16 💧 : 4l 💡 : Dli: 35 mol/m²/d 🤔: Back from mountain biking on day 16, she survived my absence well, but looks a bit yellowish. After my experience with the Amnesia Haze https://growdiaries.com/diaries/256489-fast-buds-amnesia-haze-auto-grow-journal-by-hinterhofgrower#weeks/1485085, I'm adding some Dolomite Lime to the soil as a preventative measure to avoid the CalMag problem. I watered the dolomite lime into the soil with 2 liters of 2ml/liter Supermix, also to give the upper roots more NPK. What she can draw from the reservoir through capillary action doesn't seem to be enough yet. As an Indica dominant, I didn't top her but removed the bottom two branches and try to keep the central branch under control by removing leaves. In total, I now have 5 main branches.

Perfectly healthy maybe not as dark color as the other plant but thata the diversity we enjoy in this sport of growing. Showing no signs of deffinciecies or overfeeding / burning, handled the stress like a true champ!

Week 6 (20/94 - 26/04) D36: - D37: 0.8 liter of tap water. D38: - D39: - D40: - D41: 0.5 ml of Calmag, 1.5 ml of Bio-grow, 2 ml of Bio-bloom into 1 liter of tap water @ pH 6.3. Out four days for vacation, during these days the plant stretched a lot and start showing some orange spots on lower leaves. Moreover, there are first signs of flower. D42: -
