After 1 week of growing, the Blue Dream'Matic is doing well. I am going to slowly increase its nutrient solution strength and lower the lights to dial in some stronger growing conditions. It has been enjoying 1-2 times a day fertigation so I think the coco medium is draining well. I have included a time lapse of the first week of growth. I am working out the kinks of the setup, so the video is a bit messed up towards the end, but it shows potential that I am going to keep working on! Day 8: transplanted to a larger pot as a significant number of roots were growing out of the seedling bag. Day 9: It looks like there has been a cal-mag or root issue affecting the first set of leaves, which grew in while there was a lower nutrient EC. The new growth has not been showing the same issue, so hopefully the issue has been resolved. Thanks for reading, and happy growing!

DAY 27, most of the plants are flowering, LST works so well. I'm worried because some of them seems to have advance, I don't think the buds should be that big for their age, maybe the heat stress made them flowering faster ? Moreover, some plants have their lower leaves turning yellow, I don't know what it is, give them nutrients once every 2 watering and I'm being very light with the amount of nutrients. Ordered 2 cooltubes, one for each light, it will help to cool down the room, gotta pick them up at the store and use them today. DAY 33, I followed your advices guys and added a bit of each nutrients for their deficiencies, don't know exactly if it was Ca, Mg or N deficiency but I can tell how better they are ! Water pH between 6,2 and 6,5 with 3acid down, hygro 55%. Because of the lower hygro for flowering stage, temp is going higher, I'll try my best to take care of them because another heat wave is coming... Thinking about reducing the light time to 12/12

🌿 Grow Diary Update: Week 5 Check-In 🌿 Hey growers, Can you believe it's Week 5 already? Time's flying, and so is our girl – she's a beast now! I've been itching to defoliate more, but I've maxed out the amount of defol i can do and i have now stopped completely to avoid stressing her out too much :/ Overall, she's looking happy, but I noticed some leaves getting darker than I'd like, so I dialed down the nitrogen a bit... Remember my PPMS struggle? Well, good news – got them down to 1200ppm but could not get it any lower.. i could lower the ppm/ec of intake even more to hopefully drop it but in this stage of flower feeding lower than 800ppms is too low unless you need to flush to reset the medium so i am just gonna keep sticking to the 800ppm feed for now and measure run off each time hopefully i can get it around 900-1000, yes these high ppm/ec levels are fine for cannabis but mostly when your using co2 thats like 700ppm+ but at the end of the day SHE LOOKS GREAT! Hello Growmies, We're now at week 11 with our Epic Buzz, and the flowering stage is hitting its stride. The buds are making their presence known, stretching around the colas in a spectacular display, and I'm starting to see the early stages of trichome production. This glittering onset is a clear indicator that our plant is entering a peak phase of resin production. In response to this, I've increased the resin-specific nutrients to support and enhance this natural process. Epic Buzz is proving to be quite the thirsty one, almost depleting her 2-liter daily water ration, which has led to a few challenging moments. The small reservoir size has resulted in occasional nutrient lockouts due to the rapid water consumption. However, I've adapted quickly, now refilling the reservoir every two to three days to keep ahead of these issues. These adjustments in our watering schedule are critical, as they prevent the water level from falling too low, which could stress the plant and impede her progress. It's a delicate dance of vigilance and response, ensuring that Epic Buzz receives the consistent care she needs to flourish. As we move deeper into the flowering phase, the anticipation grows each day. Watching the buds develop and the trichomes proliferate is a daily joy, a reminder of why we cultivate these wonderful plants. With each challenge overcome and every new development, the bond between grower and plant strengthens. I'm looking forward to what the next weeks will bring us. The final stages of flowering are always the most exciting, as we watch the fruits of our labor come to full maturity. It is on a heavy heart i bring this news. I don't know where to start..... I've had problems with almost every bug known to man..Nothing new.. I can usually control it... it's sad news I have to post ... My baby is probably not going to go as long as I want. I checked her Sunday 10/1/17 ( due to caterpillar damage ) ( moths are really bad this year in So. Cal ) She has suffered .. I found a small piece mold..buried in a cola. I cut the cola. You can see it in the pics. My worry is I have more. Every grower will tell you spider mites are the worst aka the Borg. But there not thinking of mold or bud rot. Which is got to be way worse . The mold comes from catapillar feces.. yah I know.. I'm just telling you the facts.. Now you know my worries. And they are big.. I will address this issue. It can only get worse... I am so depressed thinking about it. It is very upsetting. It is hard to tell you this. I almost feel like I failed. But I know I didn't. I'm sure not looking for any sympathy. Please .. It won't help. I will make the decision on what to do when i have more information which will be Friday night for me. I will then decide my action. To harvest all , part, or clean out colas by opening them up. Every grow has it's problems.. Outdoor problems are so much different. This has to be one of the most beautiful trees I have ever grown. I think BB have got some roots problems, we will see in next 1 or 2 weeks a results. Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. One of ap colas fell and bent overnight due to the weight on her stem lol. Fixed the problem by using some tape and a support beam for her. Other than that they r both starting to stink up a lil bit and are growing healthy. Completely flushed them at the beginning of the week to wash last week's nutes out for fear of rootrot. Will give them nutes for there next feeding.

Well the end is in sight, she is dressed in yellow and little buds are swollen more and more, no more flowers out, so I am harvesting in a week or so if all goes well! She smells gassy and narcotic on surface, very strong! No more food just water

I havent stopped defoliating last week, almost every day i found more leaves that had to go. Even now i can still see plenty of leaves that are covering bud sites. The size it is getting at is monstrous, and all the little branches look like theyre gonna be big... I have steadily increased EC over the past week up to 1.6, with runoff measuring at 1.7. 1.8EC will be the highest i will go on this run. I snapped a branched while manouvering it around and tried to tape it together but it didnt work so i plucked it and vaped it. Tasted horrible but the effect was quite nice even though its still super early. Im really sorry for the quality of the video my phone is still broken, aiming to fix it in the coming month.
