We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... The Dr. has been vegging for full 8 weeks and on the 9th I switch to 12/12 . In the next few weeks she'll be stretching even more I guess. If she happens to stretch that wild as I have read, I'll have to struggle trying to stop her taking over my reduced grow room and I don't like to apply serious pruning after she has grown. Besides, my hypothesis is that as I chose a big pot, she might be growing aerially for a long time until the roots tell to stop. Regarding fertigation, I apply once a day a solution 1.3-1.4 mS/cm EC (inflow) using Grow fertilizer alternating with Bloom fertilizer. I'm applying from today on a foliar spray to activate growth at this stage (this week and the two coming next). Day 54 (05/11) fertigation Bloom fert 0.3 g/L, CalMax 1.3 mL/L, VitaMax 1mL/L, pH 6.1, EC 1345 uS/cm and Foliar spray. Iturned on the lights manually as I got up and saw the lights were out. She will have 4 additional dark hours today, but I wouldn't worry. Day 55 today I did some work on rebel shoots and that's all! Day 56 I fertigated with a Bloom fertilizer solution 1.3 EC inflow and 0.9 EC units run/off, I can increase the EC a bit higher until I reach 1300 uS/cm in the roots but as I see her growing fine and without deficiencies, I'll stick to this amount for precaution. Later I sprayed leaves with Foliar fertilizer just when the lights had gone off. Day 57 Today Friday is vegetative fertilizer's day! After checking up online and researching a few auto grows, i decided to heavily defoliate, clean legs and pinch off larf, cleaned up middle canopy also. I partially did this because i kinda of would like the height too stunt plus have buds that wont just be thrown in the bubble wash. I was forced also to pull down the main stem because of the height of my veg tent. The pin down has been recently taken off, but will be applied of needed again! Im also guessing the leaves have heavily clawed from the stress, after the defol, i wreckon i shouldnt have watered so hard... My bad

Week 3 flowering

10/01: they are flowering away. This week i decided to move the one that was still in the cup to an autopot. Ive never transplanted during flower before so will see how well it acclimates to the new pot. I did this cause i will have to go out of town for a few days at the end of the month and would jot be around to water it each day. Both plants are very small. They smell lovely when you get close to them, like fruit. But have little smell when not right on top of them.

First day in Flower! It's been... very interesting 2 weeks.. now that I survived tha, im having some lockout due to being unable to take care of my plants for the past 5 days and someone having no idea had to do the job, I'm not afraid of showing these mistakes I'm always looking forward to the outcome so I'm still having some hopes for this og kush, not everything here went as planned and that's why I want to focus on finishing up the grow and starting new ones, better ones as soon as possible, I will definitely never grow autos again as I'm just not a fan of them having to be on 18/6 schedule and I like having co trolley over my plants as sometimes things can go wrong. Og kush had a lockout after flush it grew beautiful but still ate up some of the upper leaves. Runtz.. yeah I like him he is a beautiful little bonsai he didn't get lockout too much but also did I'm looking forward to seeting the stretch on him if it so happens. Cherry gusher, a tiny pheno I got this time I'm looking forward to growing 4 next time and hunt down a pheno. They say outdoors you have to play with God and indoor you try to play God.. we are not perfect and that's why I'm looking forward to the finish line. Will i scrog? I have the net setup but I'm not sure if I will get enough stretch. Day 3 I noticed some light white spots on bottom leaves of the plant after a flush I did recently, I diagnose this as magnese or magnesium deficiency, I'm going to up the cal mag to 8 ml and a+b to 10ml per 5 L of water along with additives extra 0.5 ml just as a touch up. Also I noticed we are at 47cm at the tallest branch after topping and lst and this thing is an absolute bush.. I could probably hide behind it if I was a kid playing hide and seek!.

FBT2403 is growing great. She is starting to do a lot of stretching. She just had a solution change yesterday to blooming nutrition from Agrogardens. There was a big ph jump in first 24 hours. I corrected it today. Everything is looking on track. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.
