Ok so I'm a couple of days later with posting, though the images are of last Friday. They went full into flowering. At the same time, 3 of the 4 have some weird growth going on. Deeply ridged leaves, a bit springy plants. I raised the lights cause I also saw white points and other leaf burn. I have to get used to the nitro-fueled energy of these thoroughbreds and the 'on the edge' style of growing that autos deliver, as a mostly photoperiod grower, this is both exiting as well as a bit out of control in the style of a rollercoaster, once you get on - you have to do the ride. All in all amazed with the vigor, though clearly, the XLs outperformed the Forbiddens in growth. I have so many conditions going on, however, that all will be too close to call for now and in the long run my results will have been tainted by my experimenting and finding all optimal with these rocket-style plants. I'm amazed at this growth as Jack must have been when popping his magic beans. Still, they keep developing and power through with bud formation. I have to watch these lights, the SP 3000 by Mars Hydro is so powerful, that also getting this light optimal is a whole learning curve, but it does deliver a punch. I think I overdid the amendments at the start with the blood meal and that's why I see ridging so I'm careful with the Nitrogen and give them lots of fresh water with just some topmax in between. They seem to hold out but its on the edge. As far as bending, after the initial bend, I saw many branches develop that are nicely outward, tucked some leaves but I'm happy with the shape of the plant and will let the center bud develop. So this Mybfirst attempt at straining via ScrOG. I think is going pretty good. Experienced ScrOG gets I’m happy to hear some constructive criticism. I did some light defoliation this past week, a few here and a few there for a couple days strain just to uncover some new bud sights. Someone mentioned I’d never fill that 3x4 screen with just that one plant in a 10 gallon, but I have faith.

Her color is looking better (my camera makes the plant look a little more lime green than it actually is) but with the amount of N going in there she should be much darker imo...we decided to go ahead and flower her anyway..we go thru and remove any large fan leaves, small/lower growth beforehand ....she has been receiving bloom nutrients for almost 2 weeks by this point and we have a spot already cleared for her 😻

Had to remove the net to gain better access to the plants.

Beginning of week.. I went ahead and bumped the TDS to 1000 PPM this week. I don't think I'm going to go much higher than that. Usually don't have to.. Hopefully that's not too much.. I also started adding a bloom booster from Advanced Nutrients called Kushie Kush.. It works great for all strains tho lol. So the runoff is still acting up.. But it is getting better... Slowly. I emailed General Hydroponics on the issue a few days ago and they have not gotten back to me yet... Ugh. But going in: 1000 PPM.. Runoff: 700 PPM.. That was this morning.. Still have not given her plain water yet.. Just been feeding every watering.. Not really any signs of issues right now. A couple leaves are a little yellow (literally 2).. Another couple have some spots (maybe 4 or 5 leaves).. But other than that she is happy, healthy and smelling like a fucking champion! Seriously fucking delicious.. And to think the smell is supposed to warn off predators.. Hah! Good luck with that!!! Barely 8 days of flowering and she is already stacking so fucking nicely! I can't wait to see what kinda magic this gal is gonna do! So happy and excited!!! The light sits about 18 inches from the canopy right now at 100% power. She is still stretching a little but seems like she may be done with that pretty soon.. Maybe even before this week is over. Clones didn't make it.. I think it was too cold. They all sprouted roots but just stopped and they all yellowed out like a mf'r.. Looked like shit so I took them out back Ol' Yeller style and put them out of their misery 😭.. But it's ok.. The mama needs all the focus on her right now! Lol.. Oh yeah.. I went ahead and pulled a couple of the tallest branches down.. Just a tad.. Brought the ties up a node or so on each and pulled it tight.. Spread her out a little but I was nervous of snapping one off so I didnt try to push it too much.. These branches are tough af! Later that day.. General Hydroponics finally got back to me.. They said that I'm an idiot for using FloraKleen during transition like that.. Lol jk.. They did say that I should have NOT done that.. And that my runoff should ALWAYS be lower than it is going in due to the ppant taking up the nutrients.. But that just doesn't seem right to me.. Ive ALWAYS had my runoff higher.. Literally ALWAYS.. but without issues. They said that if the runoff PPM is higher, then there's a problem.. Maybe if I was doing frequent fertigation.. But I'm not.. And never will because that just sounds like a waste of nutrients.. But whatever.. Today I learned that FloraKleen is ONLY for pre-harveat flushing.. Or hydroponic reservoir cleaning in between nutrient changes.. But definately not the way I used it lol.. Thankfully she is still doing good 👍... Buuuut whoops lol Mid week.. Still doing magical things! Lol.. I didn't think she was gonna fill out this tent so nicely! Trichomes are forming nicely.. The purpling is looking amazing also! Some spots on SOME leaves.. But not alot.. Not sure what that is about.. No pests.. No deficiencies as far as I can tell.. Maybe just a mutation? Nothing to worry about tho.. This girl is so fucking gorgeous! I love it!.. Back to feed, water, feed, water, etc. schedule now.. I'm hoping that 1000 PPM isnt going to be too high for her.. But if it is, I will adjust accordingly. End of week.. Seems to me like the stretching has stopped.. So I'm going to cut out the FloraGro.. Double up on the FloraBloom and later into flower I will bump up the Kushie Kush Bloom Booster. She's doing great! Smells fucking amazing! I thought my ETHOS Early Lemon Berry R1 was gonna be the best strain ever.. Then I grew this girlie! Not just a lemony scent.. But like a very sweetened lemonade.. Incredible! Trichomes are EVERYWHERE! Such an awesome, beautiful strain! Good job FastBuds.. Can't wait to try more of your strains! Too bad you wont even acknowledge my grow journal like you do everyone elses.. So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. In 5 minutes with a rag and a bucket ------------------------------------------------ -Daytime temperature: 24-29°C -Night temperature: 22-27°C -Humidity: 50-75% ( Too high but it's hard to lower it... Well, another week has passed and they are growing very well, now it's a matter of two to three weeks for me to change them to flora, this week I did a little defoliation on the plants and watered them again with top crop top veg fertilizer and I also did some bindings known as low stress training. =D
