It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Both girls have been topped to slow them down. I personally prefer to LST but given the no space situation they got a hair cut. Very bushy structure they are itching to switch tent. Another week or so I’d say before I transplant in their final pot. It’ll be either a 3 or 5 gal pot but I must consider the feeding plan with a strain that is said to finish 6-7 weeks. Considering the shorter flowering I’m tempted to stay in a smaller pot to ensure she has time to eat up the premixed amendments. Try and get some better pics next week ✌️

This week was a real breeze! She's gaining a ton of weight on the bud sites and she's really growing nicely! She's starting to bud around the flowering sites and really finishing nicely. The formation of buds is my favorite part because that's when you get to see somewhat of the final picture and the time the flower is most colorful! Now the second best part is harvesting the flower for smoking which will be occuring soon! The smell on these girls is very invigorating!! She's putting out a smell of a bakery. You can smell sweet cakes when you open up the tent! I can't believe how big she's got and how beautiful they are coming along! I have to say that this is one of my favorites to grow and my favorite smelling strain! I also love the way the flowers are stacking on the colas!!! The frost on top of the cola leaves is insane! During the day I drop the humidity down to 45-50% and then at night I raise the humidity up to 60-65% which helps a ton with flower promotion during the flowering stage! Also, I raise the temperature during the day to 80° and at night I lower the temperature to 55°-60° which helps mimic the autumn temperatures that aids a ton in flower production in the flowering stage!!! Soon I'll stop giving the two Pound Cake Auto's any synthetic nutrients because they stop taking nutrients in and start to self canabulize as a normal (ending) part of plant life. Then I'll give the two ladies plain pH balanced H20 for a week to flush any and all nutrients out of them. Then three days of darkness. Finally I'll chop them down to hang in my harvesting closet for 7-14 days with a dehumidifier on at 65% humidity. Then I'll place the flower into the trimmer and then into the grove bags for the last step in harvesting! The grove bags will keep the flower at 58-62% humidity. They also help keep the flower fresh longer, the Terpenes fresh, the Terpenes flavors, and from becoming moldy or dried out! I've used both these and the mason jars with boveda humidity packs but to me the grove bags are a must!!! Thanks and as always stay safe, stay high, and stay blessed!

Completed a 2 week flush, I had almost complete orange pistols, trichomes about 90% milky, little amber here and there. Actually stayed harvesting about midnight and finished up about 5am Xmas morning!!!!!!! I’m buying a scale tomorrow and recording the wet/dry weight to complete this diary. Loved the strawberry pie, it smells sooo fruity and delicious and it smokes amazing definitely will have to grow this strain again !! Thank you fastbuds

48 hours of FlashClean has done I'm gonna keep flashing with Flawless Finish for 5 days and only then cut Milky color dominating in every plant

The mutants ended up being the best. An all rounder for sure. Smoke update coming soon with pics. The grow gods were with me through this one 💚

Day 63 from seed, about 5 weeks into flower 🌹✌️🏽🌱 Plant has finally stopped growing vertically, stopped at 57 cm, Considering the topping and LST, that's pretty high i would say. Had to do another huge defoliation and cutting down all immature branches and popcorn buds. Also started to add Atami bloombastic (pk14-15) for the second stage of flower. All in all everything is going smoothly now, buds getting bigger in size, although still fluffy. Hopefully they'll get danser in the next week or so🤞🏽 Until next week ppl 😎✌️🏽💚

d.57 - looks alright, had to do some lst and adjustments to level out the height gave an additional biotab. move my big fan, below the plant, in an effort to push the moisture upwards and out, which resulted in me being able to raise the lights further up.. my plant is way over the average height of is genetics, thanks to biotabs 🌞. fastbuds said it would have an average height of 70-100 cm, and ny plant is closing in on the 80 cm and she keeps going ^^. and people say that autoflowers cant be main lined, well i believe this grow proves it. achieved darker folliage in the bottom, so i believe that we are on the right track. hopefully the deficiency levels out. day 62/63 gave an additional biotab so we are at 6 total. day 63 i gave 10 ml bio pk with the watering.

Only popped one seed, but from that, this strain was solid.

Bueno , este es el segundo cultivo que realizó del la cepa "Waka" , el anterior lo tengo igualmente documentado en otro diario . en esta ocasión cultivamos los clones que habíamos recolectado del cultivo pasado , guardando los fenotipos que nos gustaron más y los clones restantes los pasamos a floración que fueron los que se le hizo seguimiento en este diario. El crecimiento fue bastante explosivo y reaccionaron muy bien a cada trasplante realizado . pude observar que los clones de cada fenotipo seleccionado se desarrolló con mucha similitud al de sus madres . El olor en vegetación es bastante discreto y en floración se pone un más intenso El desarrollo en floración fue explosivo generando bastante resina y se vieron muy hambientras . Al fumar se puede sentir un rico toque cítrico en las N° 4 se siente un fuerte sabor a limón en algunas flores mucho mas marcado que en otras, N° 3 y 13 un agradable toque a naranjas muy rico de sentir en el paladar , La N° 8 con pizcas dulces bastante interesantes. El humo al fumar es muy suave lo que permite sentir mejor el sabor de cada fenotipo.- saludos y buenos humos😉 Al momento de cosechar se cortaron los clone y se dejo secando en oscuridad a temperatura ambiente por cerca de 16 días posterior a eso se pasó a curar en frascos

Day 5 since time change to 12/12. Hey everyone ☺️. Finally the time has come :-) The lady moved into the flower tent on January 6th, 2021 😁. The day before, of course, a cutting was taken 👍. In the flowering tent, the distance between the plant and the lamp is 40 cm so that she can get used to the strength of the lamp. After 3-5 days I go down to 30 cm. This week it was watered twice with 1 l per plant. GHSC enhancers were added to one wash :-). Flower fertilizer will only be added in 12-16 days as soon as the first blossoms are there :-). Otherwise the tent was completely cleaned and the humidifier refilled. For the next few days I have filled fresh osmosis water in canisters again :-). Next week I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up going into small popcorn buds 😉. There is nothing more to report this week and I wish you all a lot of fun with the update 😀.
