My first grow has been a great learning experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. 2020-07-05 New week. Reduced nutrients because of the slight burn on plant 2... and plant 1 drinks so quickly that it rapidly raises PPM so I have to actually find the right sweet spot. It's drinking about a gallon a day? Plant 2 is still a week behind and slightly stunted but the flowers are coming out. They are more compact than Plant 01. This is supposed to be the same species but I'm getting 2 very different phenotypes on the exact same nutrients.. not very strong genetics? Not sure. 2020-07-05 2020-07-05 2020-07-08 Forgot to take pics this week! Here you go! Plant 01 has grown so insanely strongly and is producing so many nice looking bud sites, i am blown away!! I have had to 'supercrop' the top by bending the stem very carefully and adding a wire knuckle so that it wouldn't immediately just stand back up overnight. I tried this with 2 experimental colas and they perked back up and stayed laying down. They will slightly obstruct the lower flowers but the tops all looked so promising, I couldn't bring myself to cut them. I will seriously have to cut down on veg time next grow! I can easily stop at week 5 in the future with these seeds and grow up nice buds. 2020-07-11 Updated with yesterday's photos. Changed nutrients today, stuck with 1600 EC for plant 01 and went back down to 1400 for plant 02.

-Sorry I missed a week as I left town for vacation, luckily I had someone to check on them -I've been feeding once a week about 2 gallons each -I water whenever the top couple inches is dry but its been raining almost every other day so I've barely watered them -I've been using straight tap water (municipal) without dechlorinating. I was dechlorinating for 3/4 and using the 4th as a test, it showed no ill effects so I decided to not waste my time and just send it. I'ts been 2 weeks and no negative signs (touch wood) so I'll continue -I used Promix-HP as my medium, its pretty light and the girls are getting pretty tall. When I got home from my vacation I noticed they were all leaning to one side. I assumed they were leaning towards where they get the most sun so I spun them around. Doing so I noticed that they were leaning because they were top heavy and the medium wasn't dense enough to provide sufficient support. I set up the perimeter wire as you see to provide additional support and tied the stalks up with stakes. They seem pretty sturdy now. -Been getting some hot and humid days here in Ontario and they keep stretching, I'm curious as to how big they'll get before flower. -Oh and the Auto White Widow from my previous grow was planted in my flower bed and its still just vegging, hopefully it'll flower with the rest. I'm about to give her another major haircut.

Well it's finally time to cut her down. It's day 95 post germination for this lady, and she's at maximum potency. All trichomes are cloudy with about 5-10% amber & she's giving out a mixed palet of aromas. I can smell a very distinct mix of lemon, urea, skunk, and spice. It was relatively easy plant to grow. I started in a super soul which ran out of nutrients early and I had to supplement with bottled nutrients. Going forward I'm going to have to put more thought into my initial soil composition. Please note: I'm only estimating the 'Wet Bud Weight'; for the purposes of this diary I estimated 12-16 ounces. Cannabis can loose up to 75% of its mass during the drying phase and based on past experience, I am expecting 4-6 ounces of finished flower. Dry/cure process: 1. Cut entire plant down by main stock 2 hang upside down in a dark room with controlled humidty and temps.... - Temperature should range from 67-72 °F, and my humidity will range between 57-60%. 3. Full trim complete after 8-11 days of drying. 4. Stick in Mason jars indefinitely with 2-way Boveda humidty packs (62%). 4-20. In my quest for the perfect modern grow room, I got my hands on a super cool device: SensorPush. Each SensorPush is a tiny low-energy-bluetooth thermomether+hygrometer. I have 1 sensor in the indoor tent and 1 sensor in the outdoor micro greenhouse. Both are connected to the "SensorPush Wifi Gateway", allowing me to access to the datas at anytime from anywhere in the world. SO COOL! I started to collect datas more than a week ago and it has been already so helpful, I noticed that every single adjustment (side fan speed, thermostat mix/max, window opened/closed, driver dimming..) has a direct and immediate impact on the environment, and being able to see the detailed live statistics is the perfect way to adjust the parameters. I had one important issue this week: my timer was acting weird and the light was turning on 40 mins while the plants were in the middle of their night, but thanks to SensorPush I was able to notice the problem immediately and fix what could have gone dramatical. I love these sensors so much that I've started to dig into the SensorPush API, and guess what: after a few minutes I was able to get the datas showing up on my webcam feed, so now my webcam app is also showing me the temp+RH! Banana Blaze this strain was really easy to grow also she was very resistant against stress. Smells super fruity but with a hint of diesel. I recommend this strain for beginners 😍👌

Another good week of growth. Yesterday I did some small pruning on lower growth and today I cut two fan leaves which were covering lower tops. I will switch to 12/12 light cycle tomorrow. Looking forward to the stretch. Julie is already giving off a great aroma when you touch her. May also buy a net to help with the canopy.

Seedlings are doing well! The 1 that is about 4 days older is showing good growth. I’ve been able to keep the humidity high enough and haven’t overwatered them yet! They are getting about a cup of water, starting with the outside rim and working my way in. This is about every third day or so. Not much else, it’s been an easy week. Happy Gardening 👊🇨🇦❤️

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been a couple changes this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. Just 36 hours after the defoliation she looked fuller than before. Leaves pointing up and out. By how she's doing I'm sure she'll stretch a good bit these next few weeks. Great reaction to the defoliation. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

Using the toilet with a 16 watt led new veg station the kings kush failed so av got Orange sherbet n do si dos 33 germination planted last night in peat pellet better Fukin sprout 🌱 av been flushing over past week and gave a good n proper flush today I will leave them in the tent for maybe two weeks ten days to try get the best results a can get a took one down early wasent dried properly but of a waste to be honest but was still about 2 oz dry and av left some foliage n a couple of buds so I can see if it will start growing new leaves am in no rush a just want tae see it so week ten days on twelve n twelve then am Goni fill the tent ⛺️ and put a scrog in prepare for things to get messy as I will hav 5 different strains and monster cropped clones so this should be interesting stay tuned @chedderbob112
