La segunda semana fue bien, a las plantas que estiraban más les causé Low Stress para mantener una altura igualada. De las 3 variedades que tengo, es la que antes ha mostrado las preflores. Un error vuelvo a repetir ha sido no tener medidor de EC-PH y otro ha sido el haberme excedido con los s riegos. Conecto pronto el CO2 a 630ppm par ver si así logro obtener un buen estiramiento esta semana. 📅 Día 15: 🔹 Mal día, elimino 2 machos y me quedo con mucho espacio libre en el armario. La próxima vez que ponga semillas regulares será en un armario doble o en exterior. De los errores se aprende, pero quería proner esta variedad tan exquisita. 📅 Día 16: 🔹 Riego según la tabla de nutrientes. Conecto CO2 a 700ppm. 📅 Día 17 : 🔹 Low Stress para que dé más luz a las ramas bajas y tengan más espacio para desarrollar. No quito hojas ya que creo que les quitas los paneles que las alimenta. El riego de ayer las sentó muy bien y están bebiendo el agua rápido por fin. 📅 Día 18:🔹 Descanso, puntualizar que he activado el CO2 a 730ppm y decir que se han bebido todo el agua, mañana toca riego. 📅 Día 19: 🔹Riego según la tabla de nutrientes. La EC me dio 2000 y el pH 6.3 📅 Dia 20:🔹Pequeño Low Stress. 📅 Dia 21🔹Sigo con el Low Stress, la próxima vez usaré pinzas para dirigir las ramas, será mucho menos agresivo y obtendré mejores resultados.

Plants took a hard hit with bad ph levels in week 4 for a few days but are growing strong again and I will probably veg till the end of week 6 on these girls and switch to flowering in week 7. Overall it’s going good, water temps are a steady 18 Celsius with the thermoelectric water cooler I built and the small ac unit In the tent is holding the air temps between 23-25 Celsius. I added 4 gal of fresh water and nutrients at full strength to the reservoir on Day 38. Also the first lower screen was installed and I tied down/tucked a few of the larger branches to the screen.

12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. She looks great and is growing really quickly. Ill update with more pics as it goes along.

Purple Punch is flowering very nicely, trichomes are out, and getting bigger buds. This will be around the 5th week of flowering. It did not double its size as I expected, just grew an extra 3-5 cm. I am surprised. Strange. It remained small but the flowers are beautiful. I did not raise up the water intake just left it the same 200ml 2x a day. Clean water in the morning and then fertilization in the evening. I really like this plant. I think I will order more seeds. Purple Punch height end of the week is the same 43 cm.

Was a pretty smooth week for most the girls. Showing some steady growth. I topped all of the plants around day 12 other than the slurricane 7. Ph got a little high since the nutrient level was too low to buffer it at the beginning of the week. Slurricane 7 and sugar cane are the ones that took some damage. I think they will be ok though. I upped the nutrients to 1/4 tsp per gallon and the ph has held stable since then. Should be able to start some training the middle of next week and looks like we might be going 2 more weeks on veg before flipping them to flower depending on how this upcoming week goes. Guess you will have to show up next week to find out...

Week 3 and healthy time for training

This week was mostly about getting everything ready for the vegetative phase. I will start to add some nutrients this week. I will first flush out most of the old water that has been running through the system for about 2 weeks now. When the plants get a little bigger I will add some nutrients and try get my EC level up to around 0.7 with the help from the very supportive people over at EHG nutrients. They have offered to sponsor me through this grow with nutrients which will be of great help. They are a local South African company, so for any one from South Africa 🇿🇦 please check them out. I have added an oscillating fan to add to the airflow en strengthen my seedlings whilst they start to grow stronger. Due to my humidity being a bit lower than what I want it to be, I have decided to add an air purifier/humidifier which will hopefully add some humidity to the tent. I am aiming for about 65% RH and will be monitoring this closely. My lights are currently at 40% strength. I am making use of a panel heater to break the winter cold and will be aiming to be at around 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit). I have added an Mycelium bag which is an alternative way to add extra co2 to your grow. This helps the plant to absorb nutrients better and handle the temperatures a bit better. I will be adding photos as the week continues.

Her flowering is continuing beautifully and she's smelling stronger every day it seems! I'm staying on top of tucking leaves blocking light and turning her pot daily as well. 9/19- Five weeks of flower on the books! We're halfway there now, she's stacking her flowers tightly going into Week Six and she's looking phenomenal! 🤩 When I watered her today I added 1 tbsp/g each of Kelp Extract and Fish Emulsion (both liquid) to the 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water she received, which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉. ~Thanks for stopping in! Week 8 Here came fall. End of last week plant seemed hungry, the fade wasn't progressing as supposed so I gave her two nutes round with only water round in between them. I used bottled feeding: biobizz biobloom + top max (2ml each per liter), ghe ripen (2ml per liter), solved micronutrients and calmag (not mixed, one time one the next the other, 1-0,5 ml per lt). Solution EC was about 1,4, starting with 0,3 tap water. She reacted well to the feeding in my opinion. now the fade is progressing more naturally. I did observe that the plant under the less powerful COBS in the same tent are doing better then the ones under the sp250 wich has a higher par output, so I raised the light to 45-50cm from canopy. This had a positive effect on the plants imho. I'll stay a little bit further from the beginning in my next grow. I took a sample under the microscope to take some tricho pictures, they look beautifully clouded but the buds still has to ripen some 50% more. Based on that I think we are arriving to an end in 10-15 days max. Happy bottanic guys

WEEK 2 DAY 14 Since last week the babies have taken off! They didn’t have much light until yesterday when I added another 100w led and since then I’ve seen a huge difference ! They are looking super healthy the roots said fuck the pot and grew right through it I’m actually super interested in seeing how these grow up.. The 3 clones that were separate last week are now moved into one single pot to further develop the experiment. They are on the same feed as the mother with flora grow/micro/bloom and cal-mag . And In the last picture you can see my ghettos man way of cloning .. going to see which 2 out of 4 are better rooted and I will move those to a pot in about a week or so. Good week I must say , the top cola has spiraled it's buds around and connected itself , looks cool think I have about 2 weeks left before I cut, but I will have to check the trichomes later on down the last weeks , it should all be good 👍😊 Also thinking of maybe chopping off the lower branch popcorns , I'm 50/50 on this , if anybody could weigh in please do :)
