This plant was a show-er for sure! The plants sprung up from the very beginning with huge leaves and thick colas! Nice purple hues and dense nugs! Would definitely grow again!

Hi Growmies, This grow was not about growing the biggest plant but a test on how Natural sunlight compares to artificial light. I can be clear on one thing: natural sunlight gives a better terp/trichomes development, at least within my setting. This is probably due to natural UV rays within sunlight which is harder to get in a tent. Also the cost of this grow was so cheap, that if I would sell 3 grams I would have my whole investment in this grow back. So cost wise an outside grow will always beat an inside grow, especially with the current energy rates where I live. So after the drying process we will do a quick taste test before jarring it up to cure. That will also be the time I weight my buds, wet weight is not important to me. experiment explanation see week1 So this week again my plagron/aptus plant rocks the tent Both toropinanas in different living soils dont have enough power grow and especially the stretch (phosporus)...they just dont have enough food in soil and compost tea (once a week) only water and compost tea as well as the special ingredients in soil...are just not enough for great results...maybe with special top dresses like build a soil is selling expensively...i thing living soil is money making machine...some tell just the living soil and water...thats definitely a fairy tale... the smell is a bit better...but I dont expect really better smoke...as this is my experience from my last experiment lets go forward to the next week

Stretching, the term used to describe the accelerated growth of cannabis stems, is part of the natural process of the vegetative phase and is influenced by plant genetics among other variables. This week #2 has slowed down on the water intake quite a bit, I think its getting close. Took a vid of the trichomes and i can see a couple of amber ones here and there on the calyxs, so hopefully just another week or 2 max. I took the top off it on day 83 as it was getting too hot as it was right nest to the bulb. I will add it into the total harvest weight at the end. Other than that its been very simple, just a little foxtailing as it's a bit warm in there. #1 is now finally budding along! It got way too tall for the tent, and I had to remove the carbon filter in the end and put it on the other end of the ducting to lift the light a few inches. I attempted to supercrop fairly heavily and it definitely helped a lot, even on the branches where it didnt go so smoothly.... AsNoriu was right, it was slowly devouring itself from the bottom up. Got some new nutes and some colour has come back into the leaves. Overall, I have learned not to leave it too late to tie down the plants. Stretch is a real thing haha.

Nothing important to add this week they are all growing in a healthy pace and I slightly increased the water rations to 0.8L/plant. Still adding nutrients every 3 days.

Start of Wk 8 of Flower 😎 I dropped nutes down continually over the past week by topping Blumat Rez with plain RO daily. Today, I changed out to Flawless Finish + RO @ pH 6.1. Trichomes about 70% cloudy and a few Amber here and there.

1 to 2 day for the seeds to pop. Some sprouted in 1-2 days after germination. Temp 85-90 fahrenheit. 85 to 90 humidity

4/8 - They are doing great. PPFD at 800. Debating if I want to do CO2 this grow, because I could easily get 1000 PPFD out of this light. That means adding a dehumidifier to keep a sealed environment, but don't think there's enough of a cost benefit. Might just add more far red at lights on and lights off to try and get a little more vegetative stretch before I switch over to 12/12. Clock is ticking. Mother-in-law shows up 6/15, and I'll want it chopped by then. 4/8 - on further calculation, I'm switching to flower today. Never switched this early before, but we'll see how it goes, eh? 4/9 - prepping for vacation. Bought new 10 gal Roughneck storage container, mixed new nute mix 2:1:2. EC 1.40 with 0.3 tap water. 11ml of pH down to get PH from 6.4 to 5.8. Ditching the auto fill. Too high risk for flooding without flare fittings. Don't trust cheap-ass quick connect push fittings. 4/10 - turned off "seedling vpd mode" which kept humidity artificially high. Turned on 2nd bank of LED lights, so system is pulling about 370W with lights on, still significantly dimmed down. Turned on light cooling circ fan, which is a sealed aluminum labyrinth tied to two 4"vents. Although, almost all the heat this lamp generates is from radiation, not thermal loss of the LEDs, so the heat sink is barely warm. Lights up to 16" over canopy to allow growth while on vacation. Ppfd at canopy 800. Room temp 81, humidity 73. Auto water time is 30 sec per pot.
