Además esta semana ya esta retomando el crecimiento la planta madre variedad Tangie la cual cumplió su ciclo de propagación por esquejes y porfin florecerá. Body has been horrible to me also been very busy we are insect free how ever nitrogen toxicity is now the problem never used roots organic good soil just not if u like to go heavy in veg I will be trying other soils keep following I will do more ethos in different pots and substrates as well follow guys

Went west trim and will tidy up dry trim as I’m simply terrible At it. Great aroma - Very sticky !!! Very frosty. Almost a sun actually to cut them down. But they’re up for it, they know the medicinal love they bring. Think the smoke report should be high grade

This week she grew 23cm taller! I have been doing experiments through the week FIMing various upper growth sites. We will see what effects this will have in the weeks to come.. I've also been seeing upper leaf tips going a very light green. Is it nutrient burn? Light burn? Week 6 of flower for the Fastbuds banana purple punch and gorilla cookies. The gorilla cookies has a real strong hazy smell to it and the banana purple punch has a real fruity smell to it. The strawberry banana from Fastbuds is flowering nicely a couple weeks behind.

Yesterday I planted 5 seeds of Candy Dawg auto in a germination tray using all-purpose potting soil. They are now covered with cling film and are being kept warm. Prayers were said and thanks given for this, the first (serious attempt at an) indoor grow. The aim of this and subsequent grows is to grow high-quality organic indicas so I can make RSO to help my father who is extremely sick after mainstream medicine failed to rid his body of cancer. The video got cut off when the battery died - I just mentioned that flowering plants need their sleep as much as we do :-)). Day 4: 4/5 of the seedlings are above ground! I am making the most of my space by growing a quick batch of microgreens (sunflowers and peas) At the moment they are germinating in the large tray with the weights and bricks on it. It is really dry in there (35% RH) so I filled the tray with water in an attempt to increase the RH. If anything it has gone down not up!! Time for a new plan.

***May 22 Finally harvest day! Thank you all for following along if you have made it this far. A few things to say about this strain; I had a wonderful experience with freakshow by 7east genetics. It was easy to grow, and very forgiving. It seemed like it didn't care what I threw at it. It is very stress resistant and powdered mildew resistant. There were days that the reservoir wasn't filled as high as it should have been, days where I forgot to open the tent up (so it sat at 100% humidity a couple times, for a day at a time), and not bothered one bit. I didn't do any training on this girl whatsoever other than picking a few fan leaves off here and there. It is a very airy strain with the leaves being very light penetrating, so not much worry about light blockage. I would 100% recommend this strain for anyone who is new to growing or lives in a humid climate. The plant finished off with some nice purple hues on the leaves, not too much on the buds themselves. Smells of vanilla coffee, a very sweet and warm aroma. Will update more as it dries and will post smoke review once finished! ***May 26 Throwing more color as it dries. Trying to dry it nice and slow. ***May 29 Nugs were a little wet and squishy on the 26th, now they are hardening up!

Greetings fellow growers 🖖 and welcome to my first grow ever. This adventure actually started several months ago when I decided to stop buying flower from dispensaries and just grow my own bud. How hard can it be!? This is actually my second seed of this strain. The first bean sadly died due to over watering (sorry girl, RIP). I was literally watering the cube to the point where water was dripping from the bottom, then heavily sprayed the humidity dome and tray with the vents completely closed. Everyday. Multiple times. I never let the dome or try dry out. So after about 8 days of not sprouting, there was a funky smell of rot. So that was that. Later I learned that rockwool retains a lot of water and can easily drown seeds. So a wet/dry cycle is best for rockwool germination. So even after hours of researching and digging through forums and tutorial videos, I was still under prepared for this journey. Did not consider how delicate the germination phase is. Oh well. Lesson learned. Reset and try again! I hope everyone is safe and stoned during this corona crisis. Just like everyone else in the world, I want this pandemic to be over with. But in the meantime, let's grow some weed! 🖖 [START OF WEEK 01] Day 01 - Monday - 08/03/20 - Total Days: 001 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Light Schedule: 24Hrs/0 --- Soaked cube in 5.5 PH water for 10 min. Did not shake water out. --- NO NUTES! Only PH'd down to control the PH levels. --- Did not use the default hole (way too deep). --- Flipped cube upside down and made a shallow hole for the seed (less than 0.25" deep). --- Placed seed in and pinched hole close. No additional water added. --- Sprayed the tray and dome with straight water (5.5 PH). --- Vents are cracked opened a for ventilation (about 1/4 opened each). --- Distance between the light and tray was 53" --- AC was set to 80 °F --- Exhaust fan was set to 86 °F --- Room average temp was at 85 °F --- Dome humidity was at 85-99% when sprayed. --- Allowing to completely dry before respraying. - [2200]: Dome and tray were completely dry! Sprayed only tray and dome with more water. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/04/20 - Total Days: 002 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Sprayed dome and tray in the morning. Everything was dry. --- Hoping for the best! - [2130]: Everything was dry again, so sprayed dome and tray at night along with a light spray on the cube. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/05/20 - Total Days: 003 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Everything was dry again. Resprayed dome and tray. Slightly sprayed cube. - [2125]: Hooo damn!! She popped! Am little stub is visible! Resprayed dome and tray again. --- Still going 24/0 for lights. - [+0033]: Just checked up on her and I swear she grew a bit taller! Getting excited! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/06/20 - Total Days: 004 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Wow! Went from a little stub to fully sprouted overnight! Everything was pretty dry again so resprayed dome and tray. - [2200]: Tap root is visible! Over 1" long too! Just resprayed dome and tray again. -- Going to prep for hydroton transplant tomorrow! Day 05 - Friday - 08/07/20 - Total Days: 005 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: She keeps growing! -- Added a bit of CalMag to the spray bottle (8 drops to 650ml of distilled water). Resprayed dome and tray. Water was at a 5.4 PH with 141 PPM. - [1045]: Prepped the bubble bucket with 4.5gal of water. Water is high enough to reach about 0.25" above the bottom of the net pot. --- Added 3 drops of Superthrive --- Added 3.5ml of CaliMagic --- Added 2ml Hydroguard --- Then PH'd down to 5.6 --- Solution Strengh: 120 PPM --- Water chiller is set to 20 °C - [1100]: Transplant time! --- Filled the net basket 1/3 with hydroton. When placed in the bucket, air bubbles are not visible, but are slightly below the surface (slight digging will reveal the water/bubbles below). --- Removed plastic on rockwool cube and placed in basket, then filled around and covered with hydroton. Making sure to block any light from passing through the net pot and into the nutrient solution. --- Covered with a half-bottle dome sprayed with the CalMag water from earlier. --- Hoping for the best! - [1300]: Raised Bucket 5" higher. Now light distance is 48" to top of bucket. - [1820]: Lowered tent exhaust temp to 76 °F --- Lowered AC to 75 °F --- Raised bucket even higher so light distance is 30" to top of bucket. - [2300]: Looking good! --- Sprayed dome and surrounding hydroton with more CalMag water. --- Attached timer to light! So new 18 Hrs On/6 Hrs Off light schedule. --- Lights On: [1600] (4pm) --- Lights Off: [+1000] (10am the next day) --- Decided to go with lights on during the evening/night and off during the later mornings/afternoon (the hottest part of the day) to see if temps can be controlled better. --- Please survive girl! Day 06 - Saturday - 08/08/20 - Total Days: 006 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Everything was dry. Resprayed hydroton and dome. - [2000]: Here first night cycle seemed to go well! Get'n taller! --- Dry again. Removed the dome. --- PH went up to 6.5 so PH'd down to 5.7 --- Ran the top feed drip ring for a bout a minute to wet the hydroton and rockwool with the nutient solution. ---Too scared to leave the top feed on 24hrs (I don't want over water her and cause dampening-off). Will let dry before re-watering. - [2100]: After closer inspection, I think she's looking a bit yellow. --- Decided to add a bit of grow nutes to the bubbler solution. --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 176 PPM --- PH went up to 6 --- I hope that the extra chelating properties of the 'PH Perfect' solution is enough of a buffer for proper nutrient uptake. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/09/20 - Total Days: 007 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Water dropped a bit (mostly due to evaporation) so solution strength was at 190. --- Checked PH again. Was still at 6, so PH'd down to 5.4 --- Ran the top feed for a minute to wet the hydroton a bit. - [0915]: Since she's looking perky but still a bit yellow. So decided to up the nutrient concentration even more before lights out. --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 199 PPM --- PH went up to 5.8 - [1700]: Checked nutrients. --- PH: 5.9 --- Solution strength: 202 PPM --- Added 4ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- PH after adding more nutes: 5.9 --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 238 PPM - [2130]: Decided to make a new foliar spray to address the continued yellowing. --- Started with 500ml of distilled water. --- Added 3 drops of CaliMagic --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow A --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow B --- Added 3 drops of B-52 --- Added 1 drop of Superthrive --- Solution strength: 164 PPM --- PH was at 5.9 and did not adjust. --- Gave her one spray. --- Also sprayed the surrounding hydroton. 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP: This round I have decided to grow the BANANA KRUMBLE from GREENHOUSE SEEDS. It is a cross of Banana Punch with the original OG-Kush and said to have a very strong effect, which makes it a good medicine against my chronic backpain! In the catalogue description of Greenhouse it says the buds grow compact with big colas and get a purple coloration. Since I LOVE PURPLE VARIETIES OF CANNABIS I decided to give this strain a go. 😃 I planned on doing 4 plants in a SCROG (=screen of green) with longer veg time to train the plants into my trellies, but all 10 seeds germinated well and grew into healthy seedlings, so I decided to keep 8 instead of 4 plants and do 2 plants per pot --> hence the title of the diary: 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP ... 😉😜 In my HOMEBOX Ambient R120 growtent I use four 20 liter pots filled with soil amended with BIO TABS nutrient tablets (3 tablets per 20 liter container plus 100 gram Startrex, 6 gram Mycotrex, 2 gram Bacterex) and watered it with Orgatrex (5 ml/liter water). The Bio TABS nutrients are VERY CONVENIENT, after amending the soil I only need to give pure tab-water for the rest of the cycle, which saves me a lot of time. Since the soil is self-regulating with BIO TABS I als do NOT need to measure the ph- or EC-value of my water and adjust the ph-value. No mattter what, pure tab-water is all thats needed from now on...yiiippie. During veg. (4 weeks after germination) I use two SANlight Q4W-Gen.2 LED lamps, which are dimmed to 40% (=no green light on dimmer ON) for the first to weeks and then increased to 60% (week 3) and then to 80% (week 4). At the beginning of flowering I add one Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center of my tent and increase the dimming slowly from 40% to 80% over the next few week. The spectrum and the light intensity of the SANlight LEDs are OUTSTANDING and PERFECT FOR GROWING CANNABIS! Unfortunately I didnt take any pics before week 12, therefore I described the setup here. Now in week 12 (=week 8 of flowering) all 8 plants have developed HUGE colas, which are GLISTENING with TRICHOMES and already show a BEAUTIFUL purple coloration. 😍 You can see an nice overview in the video above. The plants have a sweet smell (like cinnamon with banana) with a gassy and fuelly undertone from the Kush...simply DELICIOUS!

Everything is coming along nicely. I had some major hiccups in early flower that will probably be detrimental to my yield but at least now I know better. The two blackberry breath plants are by far the best plants in the tent. The garlics aren’t filling out like I was hoping they would and the I don’t think the cheese is going to fill out either. Getting some good terps but it’s just so airy. The slurricane looks ridiculously frosty and has some beautiful gas terps but she’s a runt, isn’t going to yield much and the powdery mildew is getting worse. I’m going to rearrange the plants in the tent to see if the pm is being caused by cold night temps or genetics. I gave one last synthetic feed to everything. I might give one more half strength depending on how done they look around day 48. I see some nice purpling and fading start. I started a new round of seeds for my next run. I’m popping the rest of the blackberry breath’s and some other random beans I had lying around. Check out my other diary if your curious. Just a watering today. Preparing for the flush which will begin in about 6 days. I have 90-100% cloudy/milky triches on all three plants which is pretty good timing-wise. I'm looking forward to seeing how these finish up. The scheduled lights off date is Feb. 16 but we'll let the ladies make the final call. 😎

D64/F12 - 11.18 - Been a really incredible week for these ladies. All of them are thriving with lovely prebuds <3 D67/F15 - 11.21 - Lovely progress. Even the least beautiful plant in the garden is reaching above the peony rings :) D70/F18 - 11.24 - Pretty aggressive defoliation on these ladies today. They responded great last round, so I expect to see the start to put a lot of weight on soon. The black sugars (second column of three from the left) we way more leafy than the fast white widows

Lets start off with the Gas lantern lighting technique, this was invented in the 1800's I believe, by hemp farmers. if you give the cannabis light for 1 hour in the middle of the night, then you will keep it from going into flower. So if you leave the lights on for 12 hours, then darkness for 5.5 hours then 1 hour of light then 5.5 more hours of darkness. This will give you the growth of a 18 hour light day but you will only use 13 hours of electricity. Plants are more rested, faster growth and tighter node spacing. Overall very advantageous. It generally shortens veg by 2 weeks. the Jobes organics 4-4-4 is 17g per gallon, Above measurement system would not allow this. Will start LST and FIMing once plants have settled from transplant. Added extra Silica to boost available Si until microbes can catch up and degrade the vermiculite properly.
