PhinolaGreen Germination
Both seeds have sprouted, next I'm going to wrap the seeds in damp paper towel again and let them rest for a few more days before they go into the soil 😌🐌

The ladies are having a bit of trouble with the training, but that can still change. I think the ladies need another week to switch into bloom. 😊🎄👑

I did lollipopping too early, which stressed the ladies a bit. But now they can grow normally for a while, I'll defoliate them a bit again in the coming days 😊

PhinolaGreen 13. Woche
Spaaaaaaammmm! Do you always treat the auto strains like that?
Oops, sorry, that was really spam.... I'm experiencing heavy packet loss on the line and the site is so slow again, right?
@Kushycat, it's actually pretty easy to explain. The first 2 tops don't bother the plant yet. It gets tricky from the third one to get 8 even side shoots. The plant is disturbed in its normal cycle over and over again and encouraged to double its strength each time. This causes autocline to be inhibited, which is responsible for the metabolic shift to bloom. Of course, you can't do this forever; I think 4-5 tops on autos is the maximum. I also only did 4 toppings because I messed up the 2nd one and had to start over. If you develop a feel for the plant and what you're willing to trust it with, then experiment a bit, Kushycat. Honestly, I've topped all my autos so far 😁
Get with it! See, learned something again – twice in one day. 😄
Yeah, the problem is: I'm already a totally insecure person, and stuff like this stresses me out. And of course, the plants would feel it right away, get offended, wilt, and die all sad – I'm sure of that. And I’d be sad too.
All just because of the stupid plants and the stupid topping. Wäääääääääääh! 😭🌱
@Kushycat, hehe 1x topping in week 2-3 is usually enough. This way you get practice and see how the plant reallocates its capacity to the sides instead of the middle. Whether that ultimately results in more yield isn’t that important to me; what matters more is an even SOG at one height, and topping also helps keep the plant small and grow wide instead of tall.
She's flowering beautifully! The transition looks smooth. I'm trying to optimize my flowering phase - would love if you could check my diary and share your tips? Always keen to learn 🌺
@GreenHobbit, that's why I ordered them too, just to get a glimpse into the Cinderella 99 genetics. Both phenos were really nice to smoke in terms of effects. And they grew super pretty, so maybe I'll do them again someday 😊
@PhinolaGreen, I had the original c99 in 2009, I've never had anything that delicious in the grow room since. With fastbuds, even the delivery is "fast" - order today, it arrives tomorrow🤩
Now I just need to make a bit of space🤣
@GreenHobbit, since I got to know Gelato... I really like the Kush - Cookies - Gelato - Runtz/Sundae/Cake line for its smell, taste, and feeling. Wishing you lots of success for the outdoor season, hope this year will be a good outdoor year 😌
Just because of the name, I want to try this! I always see it at the pharmacy and think: I gotta test it out. Have you ever consumed the strain from anywhere?
@Kushycat, Fastbuds keeps coming out with Buy One Get One Free promotions, it's best to sign up for the newsletter, then you can save a bit on seeds and get 2 for the price of 1 😊
