First day of week 4, the plants are grown big enough to top but they didn't develope enough side branches to start mainlining. I hope I can use this technique as soon as the plants recover from the topping. On day 4 just the first of the three shows sign of complete recover while the side branches still don't want to grow up. I fed the plants with a tea full of microbes and good organic stuff. End of week 4, the only thing needed for the lower branches to catch up was increase the height of the lamp. Now they are really happy looking forward to the second and last month of veg

After her 10/21 defol she has really started putting on some weight. her little golf ball sized flowers have almost doubled in size and the terps coming off her continue to increase in strength. If I even brush against her it sticks to me. The flower is insanely resinous.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. If I didn't have the pictures from each week, I'd have a hard time believing they are growing so fast! Pistils have formed on almost all the plants, with Gelat.OG being the furthest along.

First plant got a bunch of lockouts from the feed so I did an emergency flush..don't wanna mess with it anymore or cause nutrient burn on plant #2 so just water for the upcoming week. Will probably skip Cha Ching all together...not sure yet. Doesn't seem to me that either plant even needs it. Growing super frosty thoooo! Buds filling out I doubt they will get much thicker but I don't care...pretty exciting to watch them grow into their final form. I think these will be my best plants grown to date!!! :) Did a good amount of defoliation to get more light to the lower buds. Also cracked open my Mother Earth Coco Coir block for my next two grows and topped off these 5 gallon pots..the plants definitely seemed happier with that fresh layer added! Getting closer to the finish line!!

Week 4, she is sitting under HPS for a few days till the new LED is ready for her. So far everything goes well, did another big jump in growth, starts taking a lot of water in a few days, always a good sign. Conditions are similar to before, slowly transitioning into flower, hopefully with a good bit of stretch soon. Increased the feeding a bit again, trying to see how she reacts to it, autos in hydro are always a bit of an experiment but with time you find your formula.

They both have started to flower! So far so good both plant seem to be doing great with no issues.

Much more leaves appear on her body compared to the last week. All the leaves look green, healthy, and much larger. My only concern is that her stem does not get any thicker or longer these days. I try to feed some nutrients with their density far smaller than what is written on the instruction paper. Now I attach a small camera on my pot and record her growth. Her leaves look full of energy from morning to evening, whereas they look losing strength at night. It could be nature, according to my cannabis-grower friend, so I try to prevent from interfering too much. It would be problematic, however, if it has a correlation with her thin and short stem. Week 5 on the books ! 😎 This week the lady started to get fed the pre-flowering solution 👌 On Day 35 i did some light defoliation on the bottom large fan leaves to get better air circulation since the 5x5 tent is getting full by the day. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.
