Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Going to let it ride until morning! Please feel better! [END OF WEEK 02]

They completed lfirst week of Flower. Decreasing Humidity gradually to increase VPD to 1.5. Heady OG turned out to be a male one so removed it :( But, the ladies seem to enjoy life and they keep stretching every day. They have doubled in size just in one week Humidity is fluctuating between 52-58%. Temp is 22-26 Celsius. VPD is relatively constant around 1.30 except for very rainy days where my dehumidifier gets info play. PPFD is around 900 uMol.

Well I had significant growing issues during this grow. I feel I could of done a lot better. What I do have smells good. Plus Is frosty. I am just not a big Amnesia Haze fan. Personal preference though. The Viparspectra P4000 light worked great as has prior. Day 49 of flower. Lovely! The Buds begin to bring flesh to them self. They grow up. The smell is a little bit diskret till now. I mean the strength of it. Sweet! SWEET! Glorious. I know for the most of north and south (maybe) it's an old wallpaper from Yesterday. But for me, its the first time I smell sticky Watermelon Zkittlez on my Fingers. AMAZING. (If in normal zkittlez is no watermelon smell) than:Like a voice of an God. "BONUS! DOUBLR XP FOR THE REST TIME OF THE GROW! YOU CHOOSE! MORE YIELD? UNIQUE COLORS?" "God(of Ganja maybe)…?" "YES? MY GROWMI?" "can i have both bonus?" WHAT THE FUCK! TRY TO DEAL WITH A GOD? What followed know is unknown. Just you heared some screams in the night. Not the funny ones. except you re an sadomasochist. Than you had really fun. I got still some aphids. But less than ever before. Still 3 weeks of flowering.. I can wait. The yield will not be big. I don't care about. I care about mouthwatering strong healthy weed. Thats why i grow. (and, i love to see them grow. But that was unexpected). WATERMELON ZKITTLEZ. I Love this plant. The colours. The height, the smell, and the sticky buds. Day 52 of flower. TRICHOMES RE MILKY the most 75% ca. The Buds re hard. The smell has changed to Haschisch. The fruity smell is still there, but getting less. Lets see. Phylaxien re 50% brown. Down under(Australia?). 20% and the lowest 5% brown. 18 days still to go. BARNEYS FARM, once again you satisfie me.. Hello @ day 54 of flower. The buds re becoming harder , and now they begin to grow up. In height. The colors of buds. Brown phylaxien, till bottom. She got 16 days to go now. Lets see if we take some amber trichoms till the harvest. The chop will be in stages, because Iwant the maturity ( is this right?) In every bud, and light helps. Day 55 of flower. The Light Spektrum has been Modified. I kill switched the blue Spektrum. In previous Grows it helps to increase the trichom productivity and faster maturity. But warning! If you kill the blue light to early, she stretches a lot.. Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed it. Day 55again. Aphids found! Damn! Should i defoliate the infested leaves? Day 57 of flower. I will not defoliate. I will wash the buds. Stay strong baby, youre my first photo period plant. And this is my first plant without any influences from a ruderalis.. And she is a beauty. By the way still some glass trichrome DAY 58 OF FLOWER. nothing happend Phylaxien went brown. Some new came... The buds re still hard. But they grow up.. 😛 24.09. 59 days of flower. Everything pretty. 25.09 AMBER trichomes starting on top buds. 60 days of Flowering. 27.09.... The Buds. Not soo big. But soo solid! I ve the pheno with the hard buds and slow growing but heavy earthy and INDICA lasting one! WITH THE HARD STEELBUDS YES, HAPPY!! Fruity smell is like zkittlez, but with an heavy earthy tone. Still not many Amber trichoms. But Hey we are in FLOWERWEEK 9!!! And 8-10 weeks the Breeder said. Did a defoliation cause prepare to harvest soon. And to get to the lowest benches some light, so they get harder. Trichome check says. WAIT! Gave water ph 6,5. Trichomes re mostly foggy. Still some clear Trichomes. AMBER ist not so much. Maybe on every bud 1%. Harvest, were coming closer... Boah SMOKE REPORT: First bong hit. Häh? Something happend. 30 sec later... Ok here we go, should i take another one? Its so smooth... Three minutes later... Damn my eyes, im so fxxxxxx relaxed, i liked to take a nap. Smooth A Smooth Criminal (AYE) The Buds re heavy. And the hardest i ever had. 30.09. 65 day of flower. Did a little prechop. The Rest still can ripen.

Having to feed every other day and she is drinking 7L of water. (3mL CalMag | 5mL Micro | 5mL Gro | 7.5mL Bloom (per gallon) She seems to be done stretching. Did a final prune and have the final form set. Going to start dialing back the N, she certainly has enough, and going to do a 0.5g top dressing of Sulphur. I want to start building up the mercaptans but don't want to over acidify the soil and prevent P uptake. Hopefully fall temperatures kick in soon, I'm seeing peak temps at canopy of 84°F @ 850PARR. The end of this week will be day 30 of flower (50%) so this will be the last week running this hot. **Update | She is still stretching** Plant has great vigor but terp wise so far not really impressed. Its certainly got some fruit to it but is also has this earthyness to it that just isn't my number. Regardless the update next week will be good. She is putting on some great colas much faster than its tent mate

Hello everybody and welcome to my grow diaries. this week went really well I noticed with these new genetics that there are a lot hungry .so I started to feed them for their second feed 400 parts per million they seem to have reacted very well. I'm going to feed them every three days but today I will feed them 400 parts per million as well just to make sure that they're okay and they have adjusted well .I don't want to push them. Have learned from that . As I say things are going very well .I appreciate you looking at my diary there will be an update every week and you always have to keep in mind that is 420 somewhere 🌱👍

Day 1 soaked seeds for 18hrs. Day 2 seeds in dirt two seeds already popped in water and they where the auto's. Day 3 just keeping them moist and warm. Day 4 Northern lights came up and Great white shark came up. Watch these seeds sometimes the shell doesn't come off and you got to help it Northern lights shell was stuck and I took a tooth pick and helped it get it off. Day 5 Acapulco gold came up still waiting on Yumboldt auto and it had a tail on it when put in dirt.. Day 6 planted another Yumboldt auto seed directly in soil the other one was bad. So this one will be 6days behind others.

2/15 - Plants are all looking awesome. Leaves are starting to fade out a little bit. Buds are bulking up and some orange stigmas are starting to show. Also noticing some slight foxtailing in a few of the colas which I believe to be genetics and not stress related. Thinking one more week of nutrients, then a week of flushing, and then we might be ready for harvest.

Hey guys everything is going great with these ladies all 6 germinated and popped up in 3 days after planting 1 of the six shooters is a lot smaller than its sisters so I've order LEMON PIE from FASTBUDS should be here tomorrow to take its place and I'm going to move the six shooter outside so if you would like to see its journey comment and like bellow ⤵️ The only thing I wish I did differently would of been starting these girls under a cfl or a cheap led to stop stretching but lesson learned if anyone has any question's please comment and thank-you all for your support ✌️

The plant is in his last phase of flowering and after this week I'm stopping giving nutrients to it, The plants looks good, the older leaves are turning yellow and the pistils are 40% brown,

the c99s got ten days of plain water then came the chop at week 10 and 3 days with a fairly decent 30% amber all things considered !

I am starting to think swedes got mixed up, development on 2 plants looks much more than the others. They look like I should start flushing soon. The others, not even close. I think the big pot (4ft wide by 1 ft high) doesnt dry out quick enough. It was great in the cold weather, the soil stayed hot compared to regular smart pots, but I wont use this style pot (other than this one) again.

Green Crack was an easy minded grow, medium height with a great outcome. Branches and stalk we're of average thickness and height medium with a slight short weight. No deficiencies; LST, super cropping, and topping creating 10 tops shewas a light eater. Under 8 week Indica dominant strain a solid simple grow for the novice grower 💯🌱🎋2852500

First 4 are really happy now and will need transplanting soon. Depending on roots I might go straight to 18L sq pot but possibly a 9L next ill see how the roots look 😇 I also topped 2 more of the bigger ones. The newer 4 I rooted and planted much later are settled now but I forgot to add amendments so they need food. I gave them some Flourish/Trace and another dose of microbes which should kickstart them again. Small topdress of 4-3-4 as they will be getting transplanted in a week once they look like their sisters. All 8 from the same mother and shes a gassy girl hanging to dry as I type 😁 This is my first time cloning so it was more a experiment but they prettymuch all rooted so why not run them again. If the seedlings were done when I planned maybe the clones wouldn't be used but with the seedlings still only 2weeks old max and 1 tent already drying I may aswel run the 8 clones. Also my 4x4 tent has arrive now so once the other 3x3 is done thats the new drying tent and the 4x4 will house the 720w Mammoth nova sun + 300w Mammoth nova sun canopy lights. Still too much power but I wont use it all. I got these lights to future proof my grows.

Here we are at the end of the 8th week of flowering. I'm undecided whether to harvest on day 63 as directed or give them another week. 🤔 In the last photos, there's a shot of the trichomes, where you can already see a good amount of amber. Let me know what you think, mates.
