So, here's the lowdown on my germination game. I went old-school with the water soak, letting those seeds party for about 42 hours until they cracked and showed off their taproots. Then, I gently transferred them to a cozy root riot in a small pot, sprinkling some Aptus Holland Mycormix magic to give those roots a VIP welcome. All this went down in a mini greenhouse dome, 'cause these babies deserve a superstar entrance.

Germination - I planted the seeds at home in a light mix substrate. After 5 days, I transplanted into the previously prepared substrate
Ingredients of my Substrate : 10l soil, 1l perlite, 0.8l vermikulit, 0.8 worm humus, 30g Guanokalong powder, 30g Guanokalong seaweed powder, 30g Guanokalong veg pearls.
Unfortunately, the weather forecast called for a night temperature of 7 degrees, so I made a greenhouse out of pet bottles
Blue granules are protection against slugs, I have had very bad experiences with them
Watered with water from the stream directly from the spring

Alright so... she's still growing! 😂
I sure hope this week she'll stop and she can actually start to grow out those bud sites..
Good thing about this final stretch is that the bud sites are growing along with the stretch.
Glad I stopped giving her grow nutes or else she could be stretching even more.
Every 10 days or so I feed them with only water and enzymes to help out with the roots.
Funky smell is starting to come out.
Isn't that strong yet but it's nice. OG Kush type of smell.

- Flipped to flower this morning. New light schedule is 8am-8pm light off, 8pm-8am lights on.
6/6/22:
- Officially Day 1 of flower today
- Gave a foliar spray of Quillaja wetting agent, Aloe and Coconut powder from build a soil.
6/8/22:
- refilled reservoir today
- canopy now passed net
6/9/22:
- Defoliated today by removing lower growth and fan leaves blocking at canopy

Lots of growth this week really started to bulk up, the smell is starting to come thought very fruity and sweet, already super sticky
Just started with the hydroplex hopefully makes them really bulk up over the next few weeks

First ever harvest! Plant #2 has been covered in trichomes for the last two weeks and with a jeweler's magnifying glass and my camera phone zooming 7x it's clear that many of trichomes have turned amber. I chopped her down last night and have been hanging the branches upside down in a cardboard box with a fan and dehumidifier. I've read I should keep the temperature in the 70s F and the humidity around 50%. I'm doing my best but the garage isn't well insulated so I'm at the mercy of the weather. I'll keep an eye on them and when the branches snap easily I'll get them in jars for curing.
Plant #1 still has some time to go. The branches are filling out but to the naked eye there are no trichomes. When I look with the magnifying glass I can see them but I'm concerned that #2 had been coated in them for about two weeks now. Should I just wait? I think I'll just wait

Día 75 y último de vida para esta hermosa nena.
Me encuentro disfrutando de la manicura y hermosa cosecha que estoy obteniendo con esta planta, mi casa está impregnada por una fragancia dulce con toques tangie.
Ahora cortaré por ramas y colgaré en la carpa de cultivo donde se secará por aproximadamente 10 días con humedad y temperatura controlada.
Esperaré a curar y probar bien todos esos terps para poder dar un buen informe de cosecha pero hasta ahora todo se ve muy bien!

Room is almost there
Flood table coating was completed this week. Took forever to cure in the colder weather, but it is looking great now. Normally I wouldnt use this stuff because it is $200 per gallon, but since Im in the industry, these expired sample cans didnt cost me a cent and provides a much more durable, reflective, cleanable and puncture resistant alternative to plastic. Im very happy with the table overall, it cost me very little to build
I installed the fan and carbon filter, moves about 750 cf per minute. Its a bit loud, but its huge, so what are ya gonna do?
My dutch bucket pails are slowly being collected from my local coffee shop. I need 4 - 8 more. Ive got all the hardware to set up the watering system, so I will work on that in the coming week

apenas 1 das que estavam na tela de SCROG conseguiu sustentar até essa semana mesmo com problema de PH do solo, as outras 3 tive que colher na semana passada, a descoloração das folhas já começando a indicar que o fim está próximo, pouquíssimos tricomas ambar, cheiro maravilhoso!

Entered diary of the month for the first time here on GD. It’s been a good run thanks to Ethos Genetics and Front Row AG Nutrients.
Grow diaries has been kinds shitty lately. I’ve tried my best to upload as many good photos as possible.
I know I grow a little differently than most here on grow diaries. Push the plants as hard as you can, lots of heat/humidity/co2 and high EC. My motto, if you’re gonna grow, harvest as much as you can with the space you have.
Overall this was one of my best runs in a while. Deep orange and cream/cake smells and vigorous growth made this a great strain.

Skunk appears to have grown an inch this week. I measured both of my colas to see if there was a height difference between the two. Amazingly, the cola that broke is 1 inch taller than its counter parts.
I also took a picture of a skunk plant that I am growing simultaneously in a grow tent. They are SO different. I thought nature would produce a better grow but in this case, my skunk plant in the tent is bigger and its buds are thicker. Now, that being said, I did not pinch the skunk that is growing in the tent. As a matter of fact, I haven't had to tend to the grow tent skunk plant as much as my outside grow because of our crazy weather this Spring.
I originally bought this skunk seed because I wanted to know if it would smell like a skunk. FYI: It does not.
Royal Queen says "The Sweet Skunk Auto strain offers a powerful taste and aroma mixing slightly fruity, spicy, and—of course—skunky notes. I can smell the fruity scent.

Week 1: Transition to Flowering
Welcome to the fifth weekly update of our cannabis cultivation journey in Germany! As we transition from the vegetative stage to the flowering stage, our strains—Pulp Friction, Cookies Haze, Eleven Roses, Poddy Mouth, Critical Lemon Kush, and OG Kush—are ready for the next phase of their growth.
Before entering the flowering stage, we took a few important steps to prepare the plants for optimal flowering.
Key Developments:
1. Pre-Flowering Preparation:
- The plants were defoliated to remove excess leaves and improve light penetration and airflow.
- Each plant was repositioned to ensure they have ample space and light exposure.
2. Growing Medium and Setup:
- The plants are grown in a mix of living soil, coco coir, perlite, and clay pebbles.
- The soil mix includes mycorrhizal fungi cultures to support healthy root development.
3. Watering and Nutrient System:
- The plants are watered from the bottom using an AutoPot system, which provides a consistent supply of nutrient solution.
- The pots are equipped with air domes connected to an air pump, delivering oxygen directly to the roots to enhance growth.
Steps Taken:
1. Defoliation and Positioning:
- Carefully removed excess fan leaves to improve light distribution and airflow within the canopy.
- Repositioned the plants to ensure each one has enough space to grow and receive adequate light.
2. Watering and Nutrient Management:
- Set up the AutoPot system to supply a balanced nutrient solution to the plants.
- Ensured the nutrient solution is appropriate for the flowering stage, with a focus on supporting bud development.
3. Air Domes and Oxygenation:
- Connected the air domes to an air pump to deliver oxygen to the root zone.
- Monitored the air pump to ensure consistent oxygen flow to the roots.
Next Steps:
- Monitor the plants closely for signs of flowering and adjust the light cycle to 12 hours on and 12 hours off to initiate and support flowering.
- Continue to observe the plants for any signs of nutrient deficiencies or excesses and adjust the feeding regimen as needed.
- Ensure the AutoPot system and air domes are functioning properly to maintain optimal hydration and oxygenation.

Added Yara Kristalon Orange, Yara Calcinit and a little bit of Haifa GrowClean to the reservoir.
Adjusted PH/ORP, PH- adds P and ORP adjustment adds K.
Light intensity is measured at the hottest spot.
The stem is swelling, the netcups are 24/7 soaked due to the pipe being full with roots and increased water levels, next grow I'll go for a bigger pipe.
The stem is not getting soft it is actually harder at the splitting part.
Flowers are swelling up nicely, no deficiencies, stretch stopped, EC 1800-2000 seems to be a good range for this strain/pheno in my specific setup.
Did some defoliation as needed.
Can't increase the light distance anymore, kinda hot for the super stretched branches but great for the rest, the super stretched branches don't show any sign of stress so I take that :)
Nothing else to report.

Bonjour à tous les padawans et maîtres jedis
Pour cette semaine ce sera le début du rinçage j'arrose donc la plante avec 5 fois le volume du pot avec de l'eau ph6.3 pour bien drainer la terre
Les prochains arrosages s'effectueront normalement et ce pendant une dizaine de jours
Le rinçage ce passe bien le pot est vite devenue léger (3 jours) je continue à arroser à l'eau claire toujours avec un quart du volume du pot soit pour celui ci environ 40 centilitres
Au jour 76 la sénescence commence à bien ce voir
