So, here's the lowdown on my germination game. I went old-school with the water soak, letting those seeds party for about 42 hours until they cracked and showed off their taproots. Then, I gently transferred them to a cozy root riot in a small pot, sprinkling some Aptus Holland Mycormix magic to give those roots a VIP welcome. All this went down in a mini greenhouse dome, 'cause these babies deserve a superstar entrance.

Jungle is growing on top of my washing machine! On the last day of week 6 I lowered lights to 35cm from canopy, this week I’m going to monitor that number and adjust as necessary because the plant is still in stretching + bud setting phase.
I’m feeding with high N+mag and I’ll continue until growth slows down, than I’ll switch to megacrop 2parts. I expect that to happen end of this week, 10 days max.
Day 42 - changed the fan
Day 44 - finally installed the blumat auto irrigation system. It wasn’t that easy since branches are really near the substrate but at least I had the carrot already placed so I was able to do it.
High frequency fertigation on coco is a must, you can’t take advantage on coco great qualities watering 1 or 2 times a day. My system has 5 drippers placed in a Pac-Man shape, more or less.
Day 45 - This is an important day since it marks the halfway point of this crop, based on my previous results. Coincidentally I’ve also spotted few small trichomes on a leaf, I guess the plant is now ready to build up mass and flavors. I did a minor defoliation to open up the inner canopy and to get rid of some plant’s nitrogen reserve.
I prepared 20L of my bloom solution and mixed that with the veg solution in the reservoir. For a week I’m going to use this transitional feeding. Lots of sulfur, seems to be on a volcano 🤣
Day 46 - spotted a minor P deficiency. There is probably too much calcium in my solution that is antagonizing P absorption.

Before I had P 40 and Ca ~190, my tap water has 80ppm of Ca that is already counted it.
I’ll keep this value for a couple of weeks than I’ll lower everything except K.

Day 47 - plant looks happy and bigger, it drunk 3+ liters yesterday.
There is no need for humidifier anymore so I’m getting rid of it. Temperature is 30-32C with 50-60% humidity.
Day 48 - buds are swelling, some branches are already showing the spiral structure. Plant drunk 5 liters yesterday, impressive.

TUESDAY 8/13:
I fed them each about a half gallon with big bloom, bembe, kelp me kelp you, terpinator, and beastie bloomz. Some of them are still really stretching, but a few are just budding up.
WEDNESDAY:
We had a little rain last night and it was sunny today, but the temperatures are about 10 degrees cooler than usual. I see some signs of spider mites here and there, so I'll spray with trifecta crop control as soon as the humidity is lower.
THURSDAY:
No time for gardening at all today...😕

I missed a day only to return and find problems...damnit!😖
Two of the Candy Cane x Amnesia's suddenly have what looks like a bad calcium and/or phosphorous deficiency. I sprinkled some bat guano and silicium flash onto their's and all the other plant's soil and watered it in with about a half gallon each of water including calimagic, beastie bloomz, terpinator, and bembe. I also thoroughly sprayed them with boom boom spray. I started brewing another batch of the PK booster compost tea including extra bat guano, earthworm castings, bembe, big bloom, and kelp me kelp you. It should be ready on Sunday...hang in there girls!🙏
SATURDAY:
Went boating..no gardening today.
SUNDAY:
I gave them all about a half-gallon of compost tea today. The sick one looks like shit...will probably try transplanting her into a 5 gallon pot in the next day or two.
MONDAY:
I transplanted the sick one into a 5 gallon pot today and sprayed her and everybody else with boom boom spray and big bloom.

Day 57 - The girls are bursting with flower....... looked abit light (the main tops looked a light green, showed signs of nutrient deficiencies), so upped the Dutch Master Gold One Flower, it's 1000 ppm now.... thinking about Defoliation... outside temperatures are middle of winter, 0oC to 20oC (32oF to 70oF) .... but typical high low is 5-15oC (40-60oF)......... surprisingly the LED's warm the tent upto 20-24oC,
this is important point.... i am running the lights, 6 pm to 6 am... 12hrs lights on all night, and all day is night mode...... during the day is the highest temps of the day... and during the lowest temps, they have the light heat .......
Day 61 - I trimmed em .... this was the third defoliation..... things are starting to get sticky..... ah i'm just going to wing it.... they are 2 months (8 wks) from seed.... idk what i'm doing.......
i did some serious stress bending today, and had to put afew tie downs in..... my theory is to hurt em as much as i can without killin em....
to make em harder, stronger, faster, more stressed, so they can survive anything..... grow em stronger......
the smell is zero in the home, but once i got them out for their 2 week haircut, they started producing some strong wet kisses, that were sticky and wet.... the
aroma of heavenly ladies was abundant...... 😎😎
idk... this tastes so good.... it's like some kind of weird berry combo goodness.... i'm vaping vanilla custard atm and this is so good with vanilla custard.... vanilla custard kush n cookies... haha

F54 15/02/2023 the smell... She may be ugly, out of shape and with a terrible nutrition, but the smell is incredible, like a fruit soda, never smelled something like that. Maybe. 1 more week... Maybe not, will check trichomes in a few days

La Ice Cream Haze encara su última semana con parte del trabajo ya hecho: una parte cortada en su punto y otra quedándose unos días más para apurar madurez. Los cogollos que continúan en la planta siguen endureciendo, con la resina cada vez más espesa y los tonos morados plenamente definidos. El aroma cremoso-afrutado se concentra aún más gracias al lavado previo.
Ahora solo toca mantener ambiente estable y dejar que esa segunda tanda llegue a su momento ideal.

La Epsilon F1 Auto continúa su floración con gran estabilidad. Los cogollos ganan densidad y brillo, con tricomas cada vez más notorios, indicando una producción de resina prometedora. Another week in, and these Premium Cultivars Sleepy Joe is wide awake. Featuring rock hard beautifully scented flowers that are covered with sugar. Into the 7th week and the pistols should start to orange now. With this the calyxes will also start to swell. Exciting times ahead. Been a while since I had some indoor smoke.

Throughout the week, I'm observing two phenomena simultaneously: a portion of the upper leaves turning a lighter green and/or appearing to have a yellowish hue.
One plant has curled leaves at the top of the plant but limited to one layer of leaves. The tips are yellowed with dark spots. Due to rapid growth, the plant flew too close to the sun and burned its wings, was my assessment. In other words, light burn.
The leaves becoming lighter are located in several layers from the top to halfway down the plant. I suspect there is a deficiency and perform a slurry test. The EC is low at 0.24 and the pH is good at 6.3. The soil is still too wet to feed, which presents a dilemma: feed with the risk of wet feet or wait a bit longer with the risk that the deficiencies become more severe?
To mitigate this, I gave foliar feeding (Terra Bloom 0.5 ml per liter) by spraying the leaves without really wetting them. I did this just after the lights were out. A day later, I first flushed the plants with a few liters of water pH 6.4 and then gave them nutrients with EC 1.3 and pH 6.4: Terra Bloom (+/- 4 ml per liter), Sugar Royal (1 ml per liter), and a tiny bit of Great White and orthosilicic acid. And hung the lights back at 30 cm. It seems to be working because I see the color coming back slightly and the yellowing has at least stopped.
Furthermore, I'm keeping the day and night temperature a bit higher at about 25 degrees Celsius during the day and around 21 at night. This is to limit the humidity at night and during the day to increase the VPD to about 1.45.
At the end of the week I see the end of the stretch and standing 87 cm tall at average.
The gas is on, and ready to go full throttle to the finish!
