I chopped most of her last week and she's dry and In jars right now. I let the bottoms go another week to mature and they actually turned out way better than I expected. I haven't weighed up the final amount yet, but she gave me four 32 oz jars and I hadn't even harvested all of her yet. For reference, most plants I get 1 or 2 jars. Each jar is about 2-3 ounces each. So I probably pulled at minimum a half on off of one plant in the earthbox. I want to keep this plant around so I have trimmed her down and switched the lights to 18/6 now. Time to reveg!

Some nutrient burn showed Up but whatever..

Had to do a scrog because it is a monster plant. Had to kill the other two, because this baby now with a light late scrogg fills rhe 120x120cm tent from edge to edge, not mich space left so hoping it will stop stretching now and produce fat buds, never seen so many budsites on one plant, ordered plagron powerbuds cause have no bloom booster thought that might help, and a small waterpump so i can easily change water, cause now its kinda hard haha, but did it anyways today, fresh solution. But it keeps eating, some spots on lower leafs but otherwize its a very healthy planty 😎 if i had not scrogged it would be about 130-140cm tall so. But singe im new to hydro and the otherone i did yielded over 300 g dry, hoping i will beat that record 😇 but that plant was way smaller snd compact.. See you guys in a week, much might happen ;)

Hello. Wow! The hottest its ever been around here. New temp records were/are set across the province with a new all time new Canadian record set in Litton B.C. at +47. C. It wasn't quite so hot in the greenhouse though. only 39 C and 25% RH. I watered with cold water (as cold as it got out of the tap. And it was 22 C.) each afternoon to cool the roots down some. I had 4 fans running through the day and 6 at night to try to cool the floor (a cement slab) down some. The plant have been taking the heat well I didn't see any drooping leaves. This coming week will be a bit cooler with temp predicted 25 to 30 C. Yeahhh! This is my 1 year anniversary of being with Grow Diaries. My grow room isn't that big so I like to pick a strain and grow 4 or 5 seeds and pick out the best one and clone it. It makes the seeds so much cheaper than having to buy new seeds each time you start like with autos. I'm just amazed at how some growers have done 50 or 60 diaries in a year and a half. That's a lot of work and dedication. Well done. Chuck.

Isn’t that hot?” Only if you misunderstand LED physics. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf VPD — Not Room VPD Under LED lighting: • Minimal infrared radiation • Leaf surface temperature runs 2–4°C below ambient • So while room reads 28°C, leaf surface likely sits 24–26°C With RH at 65%: 👉 Leaf VPD lands right in early–mid flower comfort zone. Signs that confirm it: • No tacoing • No stress curl • No bleaching • No claw • Strong praying • Fast metabolism • Uniform green tone We guide with room readings. But we decide based on leaf behavior. And the leaves are calm. ⸻ 💧 EC 2.9 — Why So High? Because the room demands it. Let’s break it down: • High PPFD (850–1200) • Elevated CO₂ (~900 ppm) • High transpiration window (correct VPD) • Strong stretch phase (week 3 flower from seed) This creates a high-consumption environment. EC isn’t high because we want it high. It’s high because: • They are eating. • They are stretching. • They are metabolically active. If EC were too high, we would see: • Uniform tip burn • Dark clawing • Slowed stretch • Salt stress patterns We are not seeing that. We are seeing appetite. Important note for readers: Not all plants should be fed like this. You must read your room before copying numbers. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — Light Haircut, Not Surgery They didn’t desperately need it. Week 3 from seed-flower timing means: They are slightly developmentally behind traditional veg-then-flip plants. It took two ... 2 full hours to repot all 7 plants. I used an entire bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest.... also sprinkled Mycorrhizal on each root system. The GG4 is really oing pretty good... I believe the tight node spacing means good things are in store. Super cropping continues. I gotta flip the whole lot of 7 plants...who cares .. first grow mistakes... fun!

This week pheno #1 dealt with some moisture issues and nute burn. The white widow stretched 5 or 6 inches this week. While pheno #2 has turned into a very healthy bushy runt.

Everything is going great. They've responded well to topping and training. Two more weeks before changing to flowering cycle.

These plants are pushing the limits for this tent. I have had to figure out a way to get the lights a little higher to the top. I am bending some of the branches of the hydro plant as that one is growing bigger and faster then any other (10,5,2 gal) i do see that the plant that is in the 10 gallon is maturing faster.

November 16th, 47 days post flip. Plants continue to fatten and have put on some really noticeable weight in the last week. By the looks of things I’m expecting around 10 more days of fattening and than a week or two of ripening before harvest. I will do my final defoliation around mid week this week. Shooting for day 49 or 50. At this point will not be providing anything but water. I still am not seeing any fade so I think she has plenty of what she needs. I did get a chance to add those two smaller fans I wanted to add. This has dropped my temperatures from 82 to 77. This drop should hopefully help preserve terpenes and help prevent mold. The airflow will also help prevent mold. Plant 1(Cherry Chunks): The frost on this one is insane. I also get why they call it cherry chunks, it’s terpenes profile is starting to come through and it is tart in nature; its structure is also very chunk like. Much lighter green compared to the two purple marmalades Plant 2(Purple Marmalade): The resin on this thing has been insane since the very start of flowering. Smells of tropical fruits and guava really looking forward to this one Plant 3(Purple Marmalade): Smells on this one are finally starting to take off, it slept for awhile as far as the smell department went. It is starting to take on a sweet gassy funk kind of smell. Possibly lavender and gas? I’ll have a better idea come next week. The density on these nugs are also insane, look like they are going to explode any second. Purple Marmalade Clones: Growing very well, needs a good defoliation here soon and maybe some craft blend. Day 17 - I started to feed everything from the dutchpro chart which as someone on here pointed put may not have been a good thing to do since my soil already had nutrients. Day 18 - The plant leaf looked like it curled backwards so i posted a question to find out what i was doing wrong. There could be a few different reason for it; but one i thought made a difference was the nutrients because the soil i got is high in nutriets for seedlings and after 1 week i started to add nutrients. Day 19 - I been a little worried that my plant is not growing it, so i will be measuring it every 3 or so days. Day 20 - The light that i had was a full spectrum led and now i changed it to a normal 60w led bulb i hope this helps the growth. Day 21 - I Changed the lights back to the blue ones as it was advised better.
