Starting to flush both Royal Jacks. The first day pouring 20L each plant and now wait for at least 3 days to soil get a little bit dry. Using tap water in the process. The Royal Dwarf still getting bigger and ticker, I'll give her one or two more weeks before flushing her. On the other hand, the Northern Light looks 3 or 4 weeks behind whats makes me believe that seed was a photoperiod. I was a little concerned about her but now I can bet that she'll be given the biggest harvest between all them.... let's wait to see.

Wedding Cake Auto is a vigorous growing strain with strong genetics. Do not forget your Cal-Mag. Caution on overfeeding I got lazy and didn't check the runoff the last month and the Ec reading was 2.8. Yikes, not good but lesson learned and quickly rectified with ample flush. Took to topping very well but I'd recommend some training as well to ensure an even canopy as I just let her grow resulting in me harvesting in sections to allow the lower nugs to firm up.

Well it seems i ran into some sort of issue and had to flush. I hope it fattens a bit more even though i feel like the issues may have something to do with the root system. I am at day 44 out f a 55-65 day flowering plant. I just hope i can get through this so that i can start flush this friday and harvest in like 2 weeks.

week 8

Good week... she's grown a lot, is looking VERY strong - #1's stem is already pretty thick for such a young plant.... so I think I'm going to let her get a couple more nodes on her and then top and clone her... #2 is a little weaker so I think I might top her this week. I've put them both on an aggressive veg feed and they're both responding very nicely to it... such a difference from autoflowers! I find it fascinating..... so much so that I tend to rather ignore them... for example, I think I MAY have given them a drink of something only 4 or 5 times in their lives (they've just celebrated their 4th week from seed)... never any complaints, never saying "hey, fool - pay attention to me!" .... I glance at them once a day and move on.... Still trying to decide where in my yard they're going to be planted - but I've got at least 4 more weeks before I'll feel comfortable enough with the weather to go dig a hole for them... SHOULD also start some LST, I suppose.... going to be relying on LST a lot outdoors so I can hopefully avoid the bud rot that plagued me last year... Great fun! May 4 - I've decided I'm going to top #1 today and stick the top in Clonex, into a RootRiot and plunk it into a DWC bucket ... so while I'll have these two plants out in the yard waiting for an October harvest, I can flip the clone indoors for an earlier harvest to see if I like the strain at all.... Hmmm... maybe I'll do that to both of them and keep one in veg while I flip one of them... This is kind of cool - I'm learning about all the possibilities growing photoperiods gives you... just amazing! I'm like a kid in a candy store! LOL! I'll put up a video when I top and clone... but don't take it as gospel because this will be my first time and I don't REALLY know what the hell I'm doing... just having fun and experimenting! May 5 - Happy Cinco de Mayo! Didn't get around to topping and starting a clone yesterday... but I've just now posted up two videos - the first where I'm determining where to top - and the second, longer one, where I place the top I've just cut off into DWC to clone... or ATTEMPT to clone! LOL! God knows if this is going to work... if you've got any comments on what I've done, hints for a better way of doing things PLEASE comment below! I could use all the help I can get! Should I, for example, chop off the lower fan leaves of the top? Or are they needed for the top to survive? I can't help but think they're a pretty big drain on the poor thing... #1, which is the one I topped, is really showing me she needs to get outside in the yard... her roots are starting to peek through the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot.... I THOUGHT a 2-gallon would be big enough to last at least a month and a half but..... I'm going to have to get serious about where to put these ladies!

Day 75 since seed and and day 5 since flipping to flower. New light came in last Wednesday so I did another round of light defoliation and LST before flipping. The new Spider Farmer G4500 light is AWESOME! LOVE IT! This plants has basically filled half of my 2x4 tent, essentially, filling up a 2x2 tent! I must say I've impressed myself by being able to keep her healthy this long. I hope she rewards me very well I'm the end! Let me know what yall think or what I can improve on.

It's been 37 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. It really got my last grow extremely frosty and is doing the same so far for this grow. I'm very happy with every product I have gotten from mars hydro 👍👍There's not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Overall this week was very steady! They drank a lot, between Sat-Sat I had to fill res twice. I think my res is 50L, so they went thru 100 L (or so) in a week. Or about 2L per plant per day! Probably on Tuesday, I might defoliate again. It's a pretty solid sea of green, but there is a lot below canopy and these are Autoflowers, So I will promote the Larf growth, to use in edibles etc. Generally I try to avoid defoliating into flower, but desperate times! Haha The interesting thing is, when I look at my week to week data, I can see as the canopy thickened, the overall temperature of the Tent went down, then stabilized at about 24c. So to me, that indicates the canopy is absorbing much more energy than previously (avg was 27.5c). So what use to raise the tent by 3c, is now going right into the Plants. I'm very hopeful about this run! :)

Day 43/Flower Day 15 - Stretch, stretch and more stretch. Literally have all my headspace taken up and thats using flat LED Bars! Its not for want of light, these things HAVE to be getting a DLI over 45 now if not near 50 (I need to do a test)!!! Defs going to invest in 2 Royal Blue LED Bars for next grow. As soon as I bend over/tie down one set of big pushers, another pair start up that were not being shaded/shadowed by the previous set. Worried too with the stretch being as severe, the yield will suffer! As noted in comments, will be venting the building the grow tent is in better very soon but when I can get that done is another thing!!! Looks like I am going to have to pull my extraction out of the tent and run a blow through the carbon filter and get some more ratchet hangers to give me an extra 9-12"!!! Has to be Heat/Humidity and then the feed from the lights giving them what they need. Luckily, I am due to be receiving a 6" AC Infinity Setup tomorrow so may be the way to set it up just for the last 8 weeks of the grow. Also had 2 brand new RAM 7" Oscillating fans pack up within a few hours of each other...not 4 weeks old and they're done! The Sweet Cherry Pie defs not setting buds as quick as the Red Hot Cookies...they look a few days to a week behind. This also probably means the last of growing different strains in the same tent! I don't have the space/means to set up a drying tent and need to use the grow space for that so need them to finish the same time. Both these are supposed to be a same week finisher but with the slower budset, I don't know (@Kagonisss, did you notice a difference in the bud setting between the Red Hot Cookies and the Sweet Cherry Pie???) - I could over-ripen the RHC or take the SCP when a bit under. Basically, that's it though. Nothing more to report other than things I have to engineer to get around! From the looks of it, I'll have no room to get my UVB tube in when the time comes but, dunno...we'll see. Have upped the Bloom Nutes now to be higher than the base to fuel the initial flower set. Have a bit of lower leaf fall off from lack of light/plants using the reserves and probs going to have to do a bit of a defoliate by the end of the week to settle humidity and have them top buds concentrated on. Apart from that, Happy Growing all!!! 💪

I was unable to use the full use of the Optic 2 LED due to height and heat issues. Which were impacting the amount of light each plant was receiving this stunting their growth. I have now brought/installed the HLG 260w Rspec and have noticed a improvement. The new light covers the canopy well and I am now able to give the plants more light which will hopefully help them develop better buds. The Blue Gelato #41 has responded well and has started to drink less which hopefully means she be ready for harvest in 4-5 weeks time. Although I have stopped using my PK boost, on my next run I will start the PK at the first sign of flower as I feel from week 4 is a little late. Happy growing 🤙🏿

Day 43. Girls will get heavy training later today. They grow ... and because of that i had to move 3 Kushes to other tent and i will make separate diary for theirs flowering time. 3 Auto Blue Tooth by Real Gorilla Seeds took theirs place. After todays training i will give them 4-5 days to recover and will send them to flower hopefully on sunday after 24 hours of darkness. Skunks grow bigger plants, than Cheeses, despite theirs quickest germination and obvious lead in first 3 weeks or so ... Day 46. 3 days left to flower, finally made heavy training, way too busy for LST grows... but result is good, girls hopefully will show off in bloom ! Day 47. Girls loved training, 2 more days, 24 hours darkness and tuesday latest flowering starts. Got full feed of Biobizz, feed charts updated. Next feed = water + silica. Happy Growing !!!

Tropicana cookies autoflower from fast buds soaking for 24-48 hrs on 517 After soaking for 48 hrs i placed the seed in a damp paper towel with some great white for 2 days till the tap root got good size an then planted seed into coco an then she popped up 2 days later on 5/23 an is growing good so far under the medic grow fold 6 Comming up ending week 1 of seedling stage she is growing great an looking great Starting week 2 of seedling stage this auto has been doing pretty good so far she's starting to grow noticeable.more every day
