Erster Grow 2026

SmokeInParadise420 Unfortunately, I gave the plants a bit too much light at the beginning, which caused them to go into light stress and they didn't do anything for a week. The seeds from the Lemon Cherry Runtz unfortunately didn't germinate, so I let another Rainbow Melon (Fast Buds) germinate and planted it in the pot today. Let's see what the next few days bring.

SmokeInParadise420 In week 2 or almost week 3, the little ones finally look recovered again, and in the pot with the Gorilla Melon, the lemon cherry runtz seed finally popped up. I'll be transplanting it soon so that both have enough space to grow.

SmokeInParadise420 Due to time constraints, we could hardly take care of the ladies in weeks 3 and 4 and didn't upload any posts. But that has done the 4 good, as they are all looking very healthy, and the auto has already finished stretching and is now starting to produce flowers very well. The Papayton was topped around week 4 and otherwise just let grow, let's see how they develop in the future.

SmokeInParadise420 Finally, another update after over 5 weeks of inactivity. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to document the week properly, but luckily the plants are doing well, even though they hardly received any care. Now we have to wait until the auto is finished and we have space for scrogging so we can finally send the photos into flowering.

SmokeInParadise420 Today we filled all 3 pots with soil and defoliated them again. The left one, the Lemon Cherry Runtz, was also topped last today so that all the shoots come to the same height. In 3 days, the Strawberry Gorilla Auto will be harvested to make space in the tent. By the way, it smells very, very strongly of strawberries, as the name suggests, and I hope for just as delicious a smoking experience.

SmokeInParadise420 After 12 weeks, we finally harvested the Strawberry Gorilla Auto. Considering we didn't do anything else but let her grow, she turned out really well.

SmokeInParadise420 Finally, another update from our photos, which have been in the flowering stage for 5 days now and have already stretched very well. Since they've been in flowering, we finally have an Autopot system up and running again, which is the best watering solution you can provide for the plants (in our opinion). Now we're off to Spain for 10 days, Spannabis is coming up, and we hope the Autopot tank lasts long enough until we’re back.

SmokeInParadise420 Unfortunately, we haven't had much time lately to take care of updates, but that hasn't bothered the plants at all. They have grown almost up to the lamp, but that was our problem since they started flowering late.

SmokeInParadise420 All three ladies are doing very well so far. They all produce a decent amount of trichomes, but the Rainbow Melon is the most resinous of them all, and the scent is like biting into a fresh honeydew melon. The Papayton has a very fruity but also very gassy smell. When you smell the Lemon Cherry Runtz, you immediately think of creamy cherry juice. We have to refill our Autopot tank (47l) every 5 days, and otherwise, we do nothing to the plants.

SmokeInParadise420 Here are a few photos with the lights off, so far all 3 look really good and we're excited to see how big the colas will get. Since our lower buds are lagging behind quite a bit due to not getting much light, we will most likely do a partial harvest so the lower buds can continue to grow until they're ripe.

SmokeInParadise420 The last week for our three ladies is here, as the Mary Jane event in Berlin is coming up soon and we'll be there on-site for the whole weekend. And of course, we want to taste our homegrow there. The trichomes are starting to turn amber now, and we're absolutely satisfied with all three terps. The buds are already thick and firm, just like they are all very, very frosty.

SmokeInParadise420 The harvest was successful and we are very satisfied with the result. Now it just needs to impress in terms of the smoking experience, and when the weather gets cooler again, the trim and small buds can be processed into hash and rosin.
