End of Week 9 of Flowering! I skipped Week 8 because I literally had no time for an update, but not much changed anyway. Temperatures spiked brutally - during Week 8, my growbox hit 32°C (90°F). To compensate, I dimmed the light to 75% power and raised it to about 60 cm above the canopy. This kept temps around 29°C (84°F), with occasional peaks at 31°C (88°F). Gotta say, the ventilation helps a ton, and I avoided any "foxtailing." Since mid-Week 8, I’ve cut all nutrients and only fed pH’d water at 6.2. The plants are still drinking, and under the 60X jeweler’s loupe, they clearly need more time. Most trichomes are still clear/milky, with very few amber ones—especially on the leaves rather than the buds. I’m a bit worried the heat might’ve delayed ripening. A good sign, though: the natural yellowing of leaves suggests we’re nearing the end of the cycle. The Sensi Stars (supposedly 8-week flowering time) still need longer, despite having the fattest, densest buds of the bunch. For now, I’m sticking to plain water and checking trichomes daily, hoping to chop some plants soon. Week 5 green space looking lovely

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

Now, let's talk trichomes. Oh boy, the trichome production this week has been off the charts! These little resin factories are working overtime, and the results are nothing short of mesmerizing. The numbers are outstanding, and the formation is simply beautiful. Our Tangie is turning into a trichome queen! But that's not all. This week, I've been all about that Zen garden vibe. I've been zenning out and sharing my herbal medicine not only with my plant but also with my ninja buddies. It's like a little garden party with a side of relaxation. Now, onto the numbers game – I raised the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) to 400 and bumped up the pH to 6.3. Why, you ask? Well, it's all about fine-tuning the nutrient solution. These adjustments ensure our Tangie gets the right balance of nutrients, promoting optimal growth and flowering. It's like giving her a customized meal plan for maximum ninja power! Hey everyone, All the buds have been sent to my cozy basement for curing. I cure the dried plants in glass jars, burping them periodically. I maintain a temperature of around 20°C (68°F). This process takes anywhere from 2 to 6 months. I do all this to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience later on. For consumption, I use my Xmax V3 Pro vaporizer. Cheers, see you all next time!

Plant is way heavy i dont do a trim when wet so i dont weigh it when its first chop. Will weigh when dry get a good weigh in. This stuff has a strong lemon smell but also tries to take ur breath with something else. Will be interesting cant wait must be patient. Do my drying in 60°f and 60% rh for 14 days or close to. Looks so juicy like disco balls!!!

Been flushing after a bit of leaf tips showing signs over over feed. Hit with typhoon and now tap water until I decide to harvest.

The plant has two colas with signs of polyploidy - both colas "twins" are on the same level, opposite each other 😍 I shot a short video - I still need to add special effects, for this blockbuster 😂 The height of the plant is only 23 cm 😀
