Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk update 5th Jan 2020 11th week of veg over and done with. Ive done quite a bit since the last update as far as this girl is concerned 1st of all i erected a greenhouse that covers all of my Photo period plants. and secondly I transplanted the Pineapple chunk out of the pot she was in and put her straight into the ground so I'm expecting and hoping that she will explode once the stretch starts in about 5 weeks or so. The soil I moved her into is really nice and fertile as it was used to grow winter vegetables and Broad beans. The growing of legumes can benefit the soil by bringing nitrogen to the surface to be made available to anything else growwing in the same soil. I gave the area I transplanted her into a good dose of Azospirillum and Mycorrhizal innoculants after she went into the ground. Thankyou for checking out my update see you next week 👍

Alright alright… getting to that fun stage. Flowers are fattening and we are going to run them another week and a half for the effects I’m looking for. They have been de netted and trimmed up to expose all bud sites. There will be no larf or popcorn this run.

(Days 28-35) (Day 29) Everything seems to have recovered fine from topping so I transplanted into their 1.7 gallon pots. They were pretty rootbound so this should make them nice and happy. Going to start LST after recovery. Got a ton of holes poked around the rim of the bucket which should make tying down easier. I’ve been asking around on some forums and reading some articles and I’ve decided to switch out my MH bulb for the included HPS bulb. Apparently HPS bulbs will stretch the nodes out quite a bit more and provide higher PAR value for the same amount of electricity. My plants are looking pretty small for day 29. Although, that could just be from stuffing 15 plants under one 250-400w light. I’ve been powering the lights up to 400w at night and back down to 250 during the day. 400 just gets it too hot during the day (86-88) without ventilation. That temperature should be fine in veg once my co2 has really built up some mycelium. (Day 32) Just got 14/15 topped. The BCTG runt is just going to be lst’d and not topped or fimmed. I decided to just fim the plants I started later so they’d have a bit more time to recover and catch up to the others. I also LST’d all 9 quite well. Almost had a stem break but she’s doing just fine now. The deformed bbb was accidentally fimmed and as a result it’s got a very trippy looking main stem that has branched off into 6 mains. I definitely have fungus gnats. Fuckers must have got in with that coco I bought from hydro store. This has never happened to me with just promix but the benefits of coco are too much to pass up. I might order an OG BioWar/capsbennies/grubgrenade to help naturally get rid of them. I’m getting some confirmed yellowing on bottoms of the zkittlez and WW’s. They must be heavy feeders because no other plant in the tent is getting yellow like that. I’m going to feed a compost tea, top dress everything at full strength and mulch in some worm castings to help break it down faster. Will also do a foliar spray with some insect frass, microbes and m1pps. (Day 33) Got some more of that marine phytoplankton stuff to help stabilize my RO water. It’s got a good amount of soluble magnesium and trade minerals in it so that should help stop the yellowing on the zkittlez and WW. (Day 34) Things are looking great so far and they’re all recovered from topping/transplant/lst and thriving. Some slight yellowing and a few of the plants are cupping from heat and high humidity. I just put in a dehumidifier to help bring the rh down. The m39/zkittlez bagseed plant is just outpacing everything in the tent by 4-6 days. No wonder organized crime used to grow it. I hear it can completely flower in 45 days with a solid yield and very little trimming or leaf matter. It’s very weak on the high and smell though. Nonetheless it should be nostalgic to try those old terps. There is still a small chance that it’s a super vigorous zkittlez plant too. Plants should be showing sex this coming week. Hoping for 8+ fems but I can make do with just 4. 1-3 is unlikely but that would piss me off beyond belief. I’ve heard of it happening though.

Gorilla cookies is a great beginner plant. I had my humidifier too close to GC early on causing rust spots. Week 6 there is no signs of rust spots and growth is consistent with the bigger plants in the tent. I was thinking this plant maybe behind given the rust spots, it caught right up, healthy hardy strain.

I joined Grow diaries late in my growing career... I wish I would have found this site sooner.. Enjoy! I personally enjoy growing mephisto genetics. I was very happy with the toof decay grow and end result. I ended up letting this cure for 2 months. It is number 2 in my book so far for my adventure with Mephisto seeds. Walter white is #1. I grew this in colder conditions through the winter of 2019. Super dense buds loaded trichs, very loud smell, and great appeal! I have more of these seeds so I will do a start to finish eventually. Did this lady in a shared DWC bucket. Great auto yield. No herming and beautiful red buds. Gave the floraflex lineup from veg to bloom. Had some issues with leaves burning up close to the lighting but the buds are a beautiful color and smell like a nice piney gas. Cannot say anything but great things with this plant! Very happy and results are great.

Off to another great start, with feeding can’t wait to see what adventures these girls will test my learning knowledge in this hobby I’m enjoying!!

the last week was really sunny again and the temperatures are also constant. it is growing and growing. it has now reached a height of 100 cm. it has become beautifully bushy. i am really looking forward to seeing when it finally starts flowering.

Right back this girl don’t know what to think she’s back to front half of her has been in flower about 2 weeks the other sides just started just hopeing she’s not a dud like most of barneys autoflowers not showing any frost yet so could be getting rid of her will see over the next couple weeks 😤👎

J’ai effectué la technique avec le verre d’eau et ça a fonctionné en 1-2j. Semaine 1 demain. À très bientôt ! We chopped down the plants. Now they hang out to dry in the tent. The Trichs looked very good. Some milky, some amber, hardly any clear. Just the way I want it. The popcorn buds were rather milky. So we have more of a couchlock effect on the head buds and the maximum THC on the popcorns. I'm really looking forward to the taste💚

5 week was very intense, it showed itself in all its glory. i have now moved it to its last pot. it was a bit stressful for it and i hope it recovers well. the root formation looked really good. it is now in an autopot system and is being fed with HESI fertiliser.

The Runtz auto girls are doing 😊. They have settled in and are fattening and stacking nicely. They are only about 16-18 inches total, but have some nice fat buds, should be some good weight. They are starting to develop some frost, but are very greasy to the touch 🤤 Trying to keep them in a sweet spot so they keep developing. RH around 55-58 % and Temps between 77-80 degrees. They are in week 8 now, and suggested harvest is about 70-75 days… Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️🌱

good flowering, everything is stable, a lot of inflorescences appeared this week, next week it is planned to remove the lower leaves. We had to tilt two branches from the middle, as they stretched out very much and there was a risk of burn, we are waiting for 7 weeks!
