Common Doom

Pollination is well underway. The ladies are prego and the seeds are developing very rapidly! A few of the first flowers to get hit have there flower bracts already torn open. Exposing the growing seeds(still very green and immature). They are coating there flowers with protective trichomes like crazy! Sucess. All three ladies I have in there are heavily seeded! Now I'm watching them work their magic. Producing me some new killer crosses to phenohunt. The male flowers have been dried and stored. I'm slowly sifting the pollen into a vile. Whenever I get a chance to play with pollen lmfao. I've only made a dent in my freezer bag supply. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are topdressed @ ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had sunshine and a lite breeze. Day 2 and 3 we had sunshine and a lite breeze. I watered about 2 gallons from the water hose per plant day 3. Day 4 we had shower in the morning and throughout the day. Day 5 we had rain in the early morning, drizzle and afternoon showers. I added an additional 50ml of ferrous sulfate top dressed. I also spread just enough peat moss to cover the ferrous sulfate to prevent the rain from splashing it onto plants. Previously the rain splashed granules of ferrous sulfate onto the leaves, burning them. I used 50ml or 1.66ml/gallon of soil, as I've only got about 30 gallons of soil in the pots. I'm waiting to top off after this excessive rain is done. Day 6 we had intermittent rain, drizzle, and mist throughout the day. This weather has been very WET for cannabis.The good news is the ferrous sulfate is working. The soil pH is down around 6.4. There's still a small amount of excess phosphorus but these girls will grow into it. Day 7 we had rain all morning and into the afternoon. The pots are soaked. I noticed on day 3 that the #1 plant is falling behind the other two. The reason is the procession of the sun has caused it's path to create shade on the #1 plant. We have large trees surrounding the grow area and the #1 plant is receiving about a hour less sun in the morning. I waited for the pot to get lite and moved to a sunnier location on day 3. Everyone grew very good despite the excessive rain and cool nights. The plants doubled in height and overall this week was a success.

This beautiful girl Snow Panda from Atlas seeds has been growing amazing since the start she has been flourishing threw these 2 weeks of flower so far growing buds faster then all the other girls loving the medic grow fold 6 she's been growing under she is the 2nd biggest of the girls an can't wait to see her around harvest time

We just build +1 Room, about 9Sq meter with 2000w HPS. We decide, cos we see a lot more of potence by this genetic i have to tell now, ~less is more~ ..if i talk about ammount pro sqM... As well we gonna change all small 6L pots for 11L. Where i see our reserve is, that we need to cut much more, of lower level‘s „bat‘s“ in VEG.. ⚠️ actually i know: „dont touch girl in bloom“ , but it was necesary last week.. really necessry to cut all that shit stuff on „bottom“ ... 330 girls on 16m2 in 6L & 11L pots

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. So this is my first entry. A little late now but oh well. There seems to be a little too much heat from the light and possibly a nutrient deficiency. Since the leaves are showing necrosis and curling up of the edges. I decided to start with raising the lights. And under recommendation of a fellow grower I’m running half the recommended nurse and overwatering this morning to clear out some of the salts or something of that nature. Let’s see what happens moving forward.

These are doin pretty good. The 2 mac x's are doing the best and look promising. The rocstar breath and purple candy paint are a little smaller but doing well. Added some TNB co2 to give them a boost.

End of day 41 flower and will be flushing both girls on day 42 flower. Overall the buds don’t seem as fat as it should be but hopefully during the flush they should gain some weight. I took a bunch of clones so those will be going to flower soon and now I have a better understanding of how to treat these girls during the flowering stage. Also popped two Blueberry seeds so I will have a journal on that soon.
