I am doing a light defoliation ✂️on my 3 Noris Cakes, I will continue in the coming weeks to reduce the humidity in the tent starting with the leaves and new shoots from below which capture less light from the lamp👌 ⌚️At the end of this week I start to reduce the schedule where my lamp is on by 1 hour per day to reach 12 hours of day and 12 hours of night next week and start flowering. ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering each pot: Day 25 : 0.5 L Day 28 : 0.5 L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water ------------------------------------------------------------ 🔥❄️Temperature of the week : Day : 19-23°C (Humidity : 60-75%) Night : 14-17°C ------------------------------------------------------------ 🚀Equipment of the week ⭐️ : Light FC3000 Mars hydro. power 95% at 50cm Extractor 6 inch Mars Hydro. power 1/10. The pistils on all plants are getting more and more brown, its time to check the trichomes now. I check with a handheld microscope and they are getting milky, but not yet amber, which means they are ALMOST READY TO HARVEST, but not yet. The amount of crystals produced under the Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps from SANlight is astounding, the plants are coated in trichomes! This week I stopped giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants, this is VERY IMPORTANT in order to get a smooth smoke of the dried end-product. The aroma of the plants is VERY STRONG NOW, they smell mouth-watering. The Shiva Skunk has a sweet, musky smell with a fresh citrus note to it, its a delight to smell those plants. The Serious Kush smells EXTREMELY fuely and gassy, like the OG-Kush, but with an amount of buds like the White Russian, its FLABBERGASTING. I cant wait to try those two strains...😎

Currently sitting at day 38 of flower. Forbidden Soda- Looks incredible, buds are a pinkish purple. Smell is a fruity tangerine Forbidden Dream pheno #1 - this pheno is the beat smelling and looking, started turning purple from the onset of flower, the smell is like grape soda mixed with sour patch kids. Forbidden Dream kush pheno: this was the pheno that I though hermied, it’s not possible that they were just calyxs building on the top buds. They never got bigger, didn’t release pollen, and some now have pistils thru them, but will see once harvest time. Very impressed with the forbidden Dream strain, as for the forbidden soda while it does look incredible , this was selected from 3 different 12/12 seeds where the other two were not good. The forbidden dream seems to have better phenotypes overall and buds are a lot denser..

Woche über haben sich die Blüten weiter entwickelt. Die Trichome wurden mehr und man fängt an erste Terpene zu riechen. Wir haben Donnerstag (BT 2) stark entlaubt und schauen jetzt wie die Pflanzen wachsen. C.C ist bissl kleiner aber trotzdem hat sie starke Triebe und scheint gute Blüten auszubilden. Der Geruch ist aufjedenfall schon funky.

The buds were very fluffy not very frosty and the effect was mild and the smell was week. When you looking the plants they look like they have a shitload of weed but it's just volume, they have no mass. With so many colas i usually take about 400-450 gramms. All these problems came from the heat and it's not from bad genetics.Unfortunately i don't have photos from the hole harvest because i pretty much forgot about grow diaries and didn't took any.I will upload what is left... I think i am going to give it another shot when temperatures go down as i am very satisfied with the auto version from previous grows . For now i am starting 2 new diaries with an auto dinamex ( i hope :P) and an auto girl scout cookies from fast buds.

Day 15— Topped her at the 4th node . It looked like if I waited another day the 6ths would pop out Watered her with coco a 0.45ml coco b - 0.45ml . Calmag o.4ml katana roots 0.2ml in 1 L jar Ph 5.96 Ppm 472 Run off 200ml atm but more just keeps coming out so might have to lower the amount of water Ph-6.33 Ppm -156 14+18 Day16– took off leafs from first node Day17— Nothing Day18— Watered 600ml water Day —19 Watered with 1L water till run off Day —20 Watered with nutes 1 L Day 21- Did some lst and watered Day 21- Did some LST, and pruning and watered

Los últimos tres días de la semana pasada fueron cruciales , han evolucionado super bien, espero poder mejorar esta semana enormemente Le voy a aplicar enraizante de top crop y top veg cada uno 2 ml por litro de agua , esta semana para poder mejorar mas aun el crecimiento Actualizacion de la semana Su crecimiento han sido notable, la altura del foco la bajaremos para ver si podemos subir la temperatura Actualizacion Estos ultimos 4 dias han sido un huracan de crecimiento, ayer en la noche la ampolleta de haluro que ocupaba para el crecimiento de vegeta se quemo y bueno siempre tengo otra ampolleta por si acaso pero esta es una ampolleta que sirve para todo el proceso de vida! el color es amarillo por eso de aqui en adelante estaran coon esta luz que nos acompañara hasta el final si es que no explota tambien jajaaj

Started LST to try and get them a little bit bushier. I FIMed the purple lemonade but won’t do the other two. Just testing how different methods affect yield and growth

Goodday growbrethren and sistren hope yal r enjoying the green life 😸 Dosidos is doing great, despite of being eaten alive by Caterpillers ATM.. She is almost done so i cant spray anything on her ... 'luckily'the CP's are big now, so i can spot them more easily But dammit!, they have eaten almost all the leafs! She has had a lil accident too this week, Runtz has fallen on top of her!! (sudden strong winds..they were standing on the ground) But luckily nothing was totally broken.. I gave her some bandage for the cola that was injured (i use bandage and not tape, bc thats more flexible) and some support with wire 👍 and another luck we are having here rn (im so lucky, im gonna fall under a bus!) is that we are having a nice 'late summer' here.. temp is still above 20C with lots of sun and now and then a big rainfall...(she goes in safehouse then) so i think(hope!) she can finish her buds before the CP's do!!(next year, im gonna throw a net over the safehouse, over the openings, to protect from evil butterflies😳 and such. think its gonna help.. a bit) happy growing for all✊

Week 12 Grow Report: The Flowering Stage Continues Hello dear grow community, We have successfully completed the third week of the flowering phase, and I am pleased to report that everything is going according to plan. The stretching of the plants should calm down by the end of next week, and then the focus will shift more to the fullness of the buds. Flower Structure and Volume The plants have already developed an impressive number of flower structures, and I hope to significantly increase their volume in the coming weeks. The harvest promises to be something very special. Legal Changes Another reason to rejoice is the approval of the cannabis law in our country. This means that from next week, we can legally grow and also smoke on the streets. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported us – without you, this would not have been possible. Fertilization and pH Value The Biobizz fertilization schedule is still being applied 100 percent, and so far, there have been no problems. The pH value was slightly increased to support the Cal/Mag uptake. I am very satisfied with the progress and optimistic that the coming weeks will continue to be exciting. Banana, Do-Si-Dos, Gorilla Zkittlez, Frosty Nightmare, Pink Rozay, and Girl Scout Cookies continue to show what they are made of. I look forward to sharing the progress with you. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems.
