06/27: the small buds dry up quickly with the current climate near my house.... So I was able to taste the famous apple fritter. And I'm glad I dont know when I grow another AF. because what I like is to taste the novelties

Week update : I'm adding Bio-Grow to the feeding. I will slowly switch from fish-mix to bio-grow during the flowering. I'll probably stop Fishmix in one or two weeks. I also switched from 19 of light to 18. I saw her leaves going down before the end of her day, meaning she had enough. I must say that there is no cloud to hide the sun, the weather is verry hot and dry... Most of my garden plants are suffering. She's doing better now, and it's almost the end of the hot days. Last of week of heavy temp. i believe. Day 30 : Reajusting the LST. I'm going slow on this, not asking too much, since she is a bit small, wanted to avoid stoning her.

Starting to see some more amber, but minimal amounts. Definitely seeing the trichomes turning milkier though. Might end up cutting the plant down in half, maybe a week and a half tops, she's been going for sooo damn long. It's day 119 and we decided we're gonna take it down this weekend, the 19th of February will mark the 17th week since it first sprouted, so what better time to chop! 4/11 I am no longer skeptical. F1 technology is for real! Other than topping one, they’ve grown naturally. Grows so fast, has started to show signs of maturing. Harvest expected at 10 weeks after germination, on 4/22. Looking like about 1+ Oz dry per plant when done. Have selected OG Kush from RQS for next round. 😎

Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

09/06/2018 She has grow a little😀 bit,going to 1/2 strength nutes in res change today. Can't believe how thick her stem is! Had slight leaf tip burn from ferts but not enough to be concerned about. Started week with 9 liters in DWC bucket. Will top as needed with plain water. . Note: remember rinse hydroton! 09/10/2018 Getting nice growth this week,a little more leaf tip burn,but not excessive amount,also I topped her today I believe that I will go to 3/4strength next change and full strength for flowering.which is when I bring red spectrum up to 100%.

2nd week into flowering and she stretch a bit. Had to lst the sides more to get the middle nodes strecthing.. only fed tap water every 2 days as needed..kept an eye on the temps and humidity . 60°-80° / 40%-55%. .so far no issues. Easy enjoyable organic grow only using kindsoil super soil and cocoloco bush doctor with some cover crops alfalfa and clovers...some companion plants dill,basil,cilantro, clovers in a pot next to it to repel all sorts of critters....will update next week on the growth. Ladies are looking good the bubblegum is getting fat and and sticky also getting nitrogen deficiency which is normal at this stage of the grow. The chocolope is getting a whole lot of stickiness but not much fatness and it looks like I will be harvesting this plant last as its not showing any signs of finishing. so the chocolope will probably flower a bit longer then the bubblegum

2024-05-15 No big thing to report, The Planties doing well, established in the new Pot- I placed them in the youngsters room, so they will get stronger light, and gettting more solid structure. BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. The combination of citrus terps and plenty of resin makes thi a very good extract strain with the 'washing' method delivering very good yields of hash. The citrus terpene profile is reminiscent of mandarins and tangerines and also has sweet candy notes. THC production has been lab-verified at a strong 24% while CBD is low. The effect is uplifting and energising, perfect for use during the day and early evening.

The buds are starting to be big and smelly, they are fattening and we can see her grow day after day. We are super happy with this breed and we can't wait to see more from her. Some bigger leaves are full of pollen and that makes us hope for the best. Hoping everything keeps going well 😀
