Week 7/4 - 13/4 Lovely structure!

Day 70: Brain Cake seemed thirsty and wanting more nutrients: Topped off water yesterday, added +3ml of hyro A&B and +1ml of power roots & pure enzyme. EC went from 0.8 -> 1.0 Day 71: Brain Cake is showing symptoms, many top leaves have deformed tips and light interveinal chlorosis starting on opposite end of the tip and dark interveinal chlorosis at the end of the tip. EC is 0.8-0.9 (not very accurate meter :/ ) Not sure whether this is a nutrient deficiency or excess/lockout. The ph has been between 5.6 and 6.5 most of the time the past week, the reservoir change was 4-5 days ago. Plagron indicates to give more hydo A&B in proportion to their roots and enzyme nutrients in the first weeks of flowering (during veg these are given in proportion), so maybe these new problems are due to the different balance of nutrients that I may have times wrongly. Finally the problems may be due to the water reservoirs holding approx 12 liters in practice and the Brain Cake drinks approx 2-3.5L a day so maybe the water res is very unstable but after a day the PH usually remains in range and the EC usually drops a bit the first day after adding nutrients and stays pretty stable the rest of the week. Any suggestions are more than welcome! Day 72: Yesterday evening made an upgraded reservoir for the Brain Cake dwc (as we suspect the leaf problems may be due to instable water because of small res and roots nearly completely filling the res). Now the Brain Cake is in a 60L box with approx 32L of water, EC set to 1.0 and ph 5.7-6.5. She seems to be happy, nice and perky this morning. FYI the roots seem more orange in the video! They are on the white side though, just a bit of stain from the nutrients but looking very good overall.

Things are looking great. Now that it's September I thought I should really get that tomato roof up. But.... My idea of using stuff I already had didn't work out. So it looks like I'm headed to Lowe's on Wednesday! Barneys says 3rd or 4th week of this month, same as Critical Cure, but Cure is going to be ready much sooner (a week, maybe 2) than this Caramel, which makes sense since the Caramel is about 70% Indica vs the Cure being about 80% Indica.

Week 10 Flower — The Beauty Before the Finish This week marks a very special chapter in the Eternity Grow Cup. As we approach harvest, the garden is simply glowing with beauty. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. 26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

starting my second grow. *sorry for the fingermarks on the propagator* I am using the propagator pro 2 from Zamnesia as well as their smart start pots, I used some of the stimulator mix in 5cm lukewarm water. seeds usually sprout in 3-6 days. using half the advised water quantity with the perlite to avoid too high RH problems ( see my other grow week 1) Day 2- one seed cracked open and one is laying the first root. germination in 48 hours :) I am very excited about this one because I learned from my mistakes. my cups are ready. my 3L pot is on the way, no fimm or topping. just lst and defoliation as needed. first dose of bio heaven and root juice as soon as I plant update! Tuesday 21st. I started a second seed of GG auto in case the first one gives up, 5cm of water and a drop of root juice and bio heaven. Day 5 (wed 22) Sticky Beast is In a cup, as soon as the GG is ready I will put it in its 11lL pot. the SB gets a pot in 2 weeks when the pot is free Day 6 (Thu 23) my rescue seed got mold, the first GG seed that had a weird root that broke off (the tip) bounced back 2 days later, another 2 days till I intend to plant her, will seed what the rescue seed does till then

Just fed AgroThrive Organic Fertilizer - Fruiting & Flowering on Chemdawg on day 88, straight water on the rest PPMs are still high at 2914 average with acid run offs of 5 but plants look pretty good the CD looked hungry so fed it the PPM on it prior was the lowest of the 6. I ordered a High CFM Kit so I can get some of my space back, as is my 5x5 is more of a 4x4 & I could use the space right now.

Der Stretch war enorm... Sie streckte sich von 25cm auf fast 80cm nach oben. 3 x mal Lampe justieren war angesagt! Danach gab's Plagron Organic Linie nach Düngeschem + Power Buds zusätzlich. Sie hat so extrem geblüht .. teilweise über Nacht sichtbare Veränderung in Größe und Menge!💚 Top Pflanze .. hat sehr viele Fehler verziehen ..💚 Am Ende geerntet und direkt nass gestimmt. - 284 gr Nass auf der Waage 😳 - ... gr trocken auf der Waage (sobald trocken) Riecht herrlich zitronig frisch bis jetzt Ernte: 4 h lang geschnitten und dann alles gewogen und in den Trockenschrank gebracht. Es war sehr harzig .. aber eher trocken und nicht wirklich für Fingerhasch geeignet. Alles in allem eine sehr spannende Erfahrung mit dieser Sorte. Let IT grow 🌱 🌿 💚

Another straightforward week in the grow room. All three Phenos continue to look fine with good leaf color. I've been working on this super soil recipe for three grows now. I learn a little more with each attempt and come to find this particular blend in larger 7 gallon grow bags IMHO is passing the eye test. All three are in stretch, so I'll continue to keep an eye out over the next 2-3 weeks. In the 3x3, I have manage height. No additional feedings just watered ph'd between 5.8 and 6.2. I do water at top as well as bottom (wicking). These girls are already beginning to exhibit a loud smell. Just bought a new carbon filter, which I will swap out today. This closes out the week. Hey Guys! We are back at it again and wow thing's starting to pick up. I must be lucky with this bean's i guess, everything runs smooth and all the 4 girls just living a good life right now. Dinafem Diesel: flowers well under high RH. I have high expectations from this pheno, fingers crossed it packs a good punch and flavor. Overall really fun to grow. Seedsman c99 x Blueberry (fast): Preform really well in humid conditions both veg and flower (like most Thai i've grown). The smell is there from the start due to the terps in the juice is really strong smelling of "rotten dank meat" both in veg and in flower, but the trichomes on the flower smells like sour fruity candy right now in week 4 and it's really pleasant to keep smelling. Must say it's kinda addicting. Cali Connection Girl scout cookies: The size of this plant is quite good for indoor, as it didn't stretch much in flower. A faint smell of mint and cookies from the flower not too strong yet. I will try grow out this pheno under better conditions more suited for "Kushy strains". Greenhouse seeds Super lemon haze: Ok i need to say this first. Scrog or topping or even mainlaning is a must to grow this one. It grows big and have massive branch production and cannot support its own weight 9 seeds out of 10 (or maybe only me, idk). it preforms well under slightly higher RH then normal but i would not go over 50 % week 4. I started to feed Booster and Calcium just to get the plants to fatten up a bit. i will dry out the pot then start the Blumat system after a few day's in hope that plants will drink and explode in flower production. I might edit in new pics of a random plant over the week. Lets call them Bonus Pic's just to keep thing's fresh. Don't forget to leave a Like😄 Until next time Cheers!

Just like the other autoflowers in the room, she continues to behave in a way that closely mirrors the photoperiod plants — steady, structured, and rhythmically aligned with the rest of the genetics in the tent. Despite the diversity of cultivars running side by side, all plants are maintaining very similar height, pace, and development, each expressing itself slightly differently but moving forward together. This consistency speaks volumes about both the genetics and the stability of the environment. Growth & Structure • Vegetative stage: Ongoing • Flowering signs: None observed • Node count: 6 nodes • Growth habit: Compact, controlled, well-balanced • Leaf expression: • Lush, deep green • Broad, healthy leaflets • Excellent turgor and texture Growth this week can only be described as spectacular. Internodal spacing remains tight, structure is clean, and the plant shows no signs of stress, deficiency, or imbalance. Autoflower vs Photoperiod Behavior Even though GMO Cookies is an autoflower and has been run 12/12 from seed, she continues to challenge expectations. At this point, it’s still difficult to clearly distinguish behavioral differences between autos and photoperiods in this room. Start of week 4, she’s not stretching like I thought she would but she’s healthy no nutrient burns or adversity of any significance. Topped her in week 3 with success. I took a risk and transplanted her into a bigger pot on day 30. Seemed shocked at first but is now thriving ... onto week 5.

There are less spiders with the lowest temperature as possible. The smell of the #GAK is awesome ! They smell pineapple more and more ! She looks like more frosty too. T4k3 c4r3 all ! 🙃
