Easy strain to grow, it is true to it's name and grows some big buds. You will need to tie them up or use a trellis to keep them from dropping. Overall I am satisfied with my results with over 2 ounces per plant.

This is my first grow. And as a first timer I have many question on whether anything I'm doing is going to be the right things. So I got these seeds of a guy on Facebook and when they came in the mail I already had question in the origin of the seeds but nonetheless I got some seeds of super lemons haze and girl scout cookies and had them going in soil within a week or so. I used a mix of regular soil and supersoil as my soil mix as well as some Coco husk hairs mix in lightly. I water every 2-3 days as the soil dry almost completely within 3 days

The weather will be much more normal in the next 10 days, so I expect better progress. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

This week went pretty well for my sour diesel auto. She Finally stopped growing vertically at about 48 inches to the top of the highest cola. We did have a serious heatwave and high humidity I been dealing with as well, but so far so good. The only thing I changed this week with nutrients is I raised my ec value to 1.6, at the advice of another grower, and the sour diesel took it like the piglet that she is. I am still on an 18/6 light cycle,which I plan to stay with the entire grow, and still feeding Maxibloom, calmag, and koolbloom. I am seeing some bright orange colored spots on the top leaves, but I am hoping it is just a little light bleaching. I have no experience with this as I have NEVER grown anything indoors before other than vegetable seedlings. Day 51 20/08/24 Tuesday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. With Plagron PK13-14 and power buds. Noticing the stretch stop, and now packing out there bud sites 💪💚 ACOP , Melonade Runtz have Xmas tree structure where as orange bud is pure tall sativa structure... The Overdose is a compact indica looking dwarf but the bud sites are packing out a punch 👊🤣 Day 54 23/08/24 Friday Watering only today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, I'm watering in 350ml no run off. 400ml I'm seeing tiny run off. Since I can no longer get the humidity below 58% and the rust spots on some of the sugar leaves are getting bigger, I decided to harvest . Unfortunately I couldn't wait for the perfect time, so luckily I don't have any clear trichomes , about 75% cloudy ones and the rest amber. 67 Day's from Seed to Harvest

Hello Growmies, As we round up week 5 with our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, the growth has been nothing short of impressive. The choice to employ low-stress training (LST) rather than topping has paid dividends, with the plants responding well to the gentle guidance of their growth, seamlessly integrating into the SCROG setup. This method has allowed for an even canopy spread, optimal light penetration, and air flow, which is critical for the health of the plants and ultimately the yield. Observing the Watermelon Candy's development, we see a testament to our cultivation methods. The vibrant green leaves reaching skywards, the sturdy stems, and the strategic placement of each branch in the SCROG—every detail points towards a successful vegetative phase. In terms of environmental control, we've applied the lessons learned from our other strains, maintaining a stable and ideal VPD during the day with the Tent-X system. The nights, however, have brought forth the same challenges we've faced with other strains, showing fluctuations in VPD levels. The integration of the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is anticipated to solve this, and we are optimistic that this change will bring about the consistent conditions needed for the Watermelon Candy's continual thriving. Even with the small hiccup in the nighttime environmental control, the plants are flourishing. The robust health they exhibit is a sign they're ready for the flowering phase, and we expect nothing less than a bountiful harvest. And while we've experienced a bit of frustration with Secret Jardin and Mars Hydro for the integration challenges, we appreciate TrolMaster's efforts to assist. We are hopeful for a resolution soon, or we may revert to the reliable Prima Klima setup. Looking to move into 4x8 this week just want a little bit more growth before they’re exposed to the 1000 hps.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. The buds on Black Opium are looking so fat, and they're so heavy I've had to stake the plant with my new stronger stakes. I have tied the stakes to the stems with soft fabric ties. I couldn't be happier with the results that we have so far, and I think we are still a few weeks away from harvest. Quite a lot of the pistils are still white. I like to leave my plants a little bit longer. Just to make sure that they're ready. I always check the trichomes. Maybe she'll even stack on some more weight who knows, fingers crossed, and we'll see what happens! I'm just trying to keep the buds and the stems intact. The plant has definitely increased the need for water and feedings. I have added an additional 100Watt UVA/UVB lamp, as the uppermost canopy of Acapulco Gold is blocking pretty much everything in the tent. Hopefully, this will aid the shorter plants in surviving until I can harvest it. There will be so much more space and lighting. Can't wait! 😅 Here is what I did this week. 25.9.25: I watered with 3.25L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 Sea K 2.5TSP 💜 Cal-Mag 1.5TSP 💜 Biosys 2TSP PH: 6.5 PPM: 1020 The fungus gnats have really incresed since I did a watering of the whole tent. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm.
