So... welcome back! Last week was rather uneventfull. Just the way I like it. They are all getting more substance though. The middle one is more leafy, the two outer ones are more developed and although the biggest buds are maybe only the size of a lighter. Most buds have filled out with calixes and only little leaves. They are dense and compact. The smell is getting heavier. When close to the buds it reminds of expensive herbal perfumes like Rabane. I distinctly have a 'hug from your poppa' kind of association with it and memories start flowing.... It is citrussy but in the ethereal way, it is spicy in the 'spicetrader' way, a mixture of ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, with a huge funky basetone. This combined, its as if a master perfumer had composed an exquisite fragrance. The funk of an attick full of weed to serve as the musky base undertones upon which, a layer of earthy spices, upon which a floral and citrussy fresh layer. It is bloody amazing and I wished ya'll were with me to smell it and taste it when the time has come. I want to exersize patience but my god this smells better than any weed I recently acquired and we have some excellent dispensaries here. So I've started giving them up to 4 ltrs ( a gallon) of water each, every two days or so. They seem to need it, no drooping but also bonedry earth till deep in the pot. SInce two days ago with less feed and today only the Biobizz Topmax and PH correction. Although not really convinced of flushing, Im trying it to see if I get a more pure taste and experience. So trichomewise I find it hard to see, my magnifier is not strong enough to see the individual trichomes. I do see area's on leafedges etc that seem more amber, trichomes look milky from this distance but have get a better magnifier to get better view. On the images I see that there are many clear ones and not many ambers so we have some weeks to go which is correct according to Advanced Seeds, this Gelato #33 Fast has to flower 45 to 55 days, We are on day 39... The plant itself seems utterly healthy. Some white points and very little heatstress from checking absolute minimum for these lights. You don't know until you find out. For anyone else looking for reviews on Rubol V3 100 watt QB's in a three in a row setup, with 10 cm spacing between each board, the minimal distance is 28 cm or one foot, when flowering, gradually lowering to this point btw. These lights are excellent, good value for money and with the two years of waranty a good investment. Also great service from Justin at www.rubol.nl. They are helpfull, considerate and very knowledgable. So far so good, the grand finale is coming in just one or two weeks and I want to thank you for taking time and read all this, everybody who had advice and answered my growquestions, wish you were here for the harvestparty and may your harvest be bountifull!! Day 32 - 12/01/20 Everythings going fine for the Pineapple Express 🍍 I swapped out the bungee cords holding my grow light for rope rachets today. it wasnt hanging level so i still needed to use the bungee cords but the light is much higher now to accommodate the height of this monster! current height is 46cm which is about 18 inches. Im feeding with my normal Canna and Vitalink schedule and watering with just phed water a lot too. they drink so much when in the proper temperature range and healthy! Nothing much to report other than that although i think im gonna invest in some more bud boosters and terpene boosters as im struggling to get a huge flavour from my buds. its noticable and its there after curing, each strain i have grown has its own unique flavour and smell but it just hasnt been potent enough for me yet. possibly due to my previous strain choices. anyways thats why im growing more fruity and higher thc strains. also for the medical benefit, the 1:1 THC/CBD weed was good as a supplemental medical weed i found that i still needed a high thc strain as a base to stay pain free and stoned. and the lower thc varieties ive tried are nice but just arent strong enough for a heavy smoker like me to relieve pain and help me sleep. Growth not looking good past 3 days😮‍💨 Any Tips? (Day 23) Did a lot of pruning today. Growth looks very good at NL (Day 25) Today i gave them 1 liter of Ph 6,5 Tapwater. Also did some light defoliation and LST. The smell is insane already ( Day 26) Ladys are overwatered should learn more about watering😮‍💨Special Thx to GreenConnectionSupport. I wrote them on Instagramm and they answer quick.💚(Day 27) Last day of week 4, ladys are beginning to Flower. Defoliate radical, so she puts energy into new Leaves. Gave them 800ml Ph 6.2 Water. ( Day 28)

Day 71 🌤️☀️🌤️🌥️ 13-23 degrees, humidity 53-78%. I start into the 11th week with an intense check of the trichomes. Tropicana started to produce amber and blue trichomes, next to purple and pink. The purple get’s darker and the appearance of the flowers change to a beautiful bouquet of fragrant colours. Day 72 ☁️🌧️☁️⛈️ 15-24 degrees, humidity 69-84%. Today my plants needed to be canopied again because of strong rainfall. I‘m glad that I have this opportunity while they continue standing outside and ripening. I take some fotos of Tropicana and her trichomes, gave her one liter of pure rainwater and let her wait for the next sunny days. And wait, and wait probably several more days. Day 73 - End of spring, beginning of summer! 🤓 🌧️☁️🌧️☁️17-25 degrees, humidity is 70-90%. Got to have an eye on the flowers, they are dry but the humidity is too high for doing nothing. Today in the evening I took a few leafs of my plants for a relax tee. A nightingale is singing next to our balcony. Love it! Day 74 🌧️🌧️☁️🌧️ 19-24 degrees, humidity is 75-90%. Tropicana is smelling wonderfully. It‘s like a bouquet of all her colors. My nose is in love! Day 75 ⛅️🌧️☁️⛈️ 13-19 degrees, humidity is 80-94 %. Waiting for sunshine. I decided after reading about, to flush the potting soil twice. Once I did today with 10 liter water and a lot of drainage wich was quit clear at he end. A second time I will do it in about a week then maybe stop watering her. Day 76 🌤️⛅️☁️🌥️ 12-24 degrees, humidity is between 60 and 80. Today Tropicana enjoys her life on our balcony. She looks fine after flushing yesterday early morning. I‘m looking once per day on three flowers at the same point if there‘s fresh growth, and there is. Found a Terpmonster this morning. Wake and bake. Psychedelic Sunday! Night 77 🌤️☀️🌤️☀️ 15-26 degrees and the humidity is 55-73%. I brought Tropicana inside to take some pictures with a flashlight. It’s not so easy to catch the real tropical colors, nearly this fotos give an idea. She is smelling very intensive. Very fruity floral fragrance stayed for hours in the flat. I really need to think where do dry our weed. Because of different reasons I won‘t do it in the flat. So I think about the basement or maybe on the balcony depending on humidity and weather forecast.

Happy 4/20 all... Still on auto pilot. I've made very few changes this week. Process/Environment changes: -turned one of my ts1000s down after chopping my cheese auto.. it wasn't needed as much and it helped cool down my tent around 2 degrees Celsius. - humidity is set between 45- 55 percent. (45 lights off, 55 lights on) - rotating each plant in the tent so they they can get even light coverage I'm going to do a trichome check on Saturday. They are both pretty much close to being finished at 62 days post germination. Both have heavy trichome production Both smell very sweet
