Mañana cosecharé una de las plantas mas lindas que me ha tocado cultivar, lleno de aprendizajes. Buds are coming along nicely, they started off with a not so appealing smell but eventually started to smell very sweet. Increased dosage for increased blooming and ripening. Missed update for day 49 but vids from previous day makes up for it. Side note, I created a homemade Co2 bag with ingredients that is easily available and affordable. I don't think I let is have an effect on my buds but it sure did smell awful. After the 5th day, I got rid of it.

Last week I tried to fix the calmag issue, since it was my first time using calmag from biobizz, I didn't know how to apply it and got the nutrient deficiency. This week was time for the base plan from advanced nutrients, and I could saw a sign of nutrients oversode, hence I used 1.5ml/L of each base plan (micro, grow, and bloom), and I set 200 µS/cm as base for the solution. Then I used some befetial bacteria as usual from the "Colectivo cientifico" (scientific hub) from Chile. I gently watered my girl and applied some leafcoat to prevent plagues. Next week I want to apply other natural anti-plagues, since I had plagues in my prior grow. I also decided to apply LST, the plant has more branches and it's ready for it. I really like how LST improves the yields and helps the plant develop several "colas". I final note is that the plant now has a strong smell compared to, lets say, my prior grow (think different from dutch passion). Please let me know any thoughts about my girl, the nutrients or the LST technique.

Today is day 61 and she is maturing nicely.. trichomes are still mainly clear but this girl's had orange hairs for a while now.. interesting how some get orange hairs quick and then some hairs never turn orange.. gained 10" in the last 7 days. 19" in the last 2 weeks. doing extremely light stress training. just enough to get the light evenly to the leaves. there are multiple colas coming up together. hoping for a decent amount from these plants. im doing a light defoliation each week. changed the way the lights hang in the 3rd tent to give more room to grow and light covers more of the plant now

AMAZING WEEK! The environment is reading for flowering. Lighting, feeding, watering, air temp and CO2 are all stable and should give my plants a stress free life. Humidity is still high, so I'll need to come up with a plan for dealing with that ASAP. I've introduced CO2 into the grow with my brand new AirBomz unit. It uses a light sensor that releases CO2 when the lights turn on, and then uses a timer to release every 2hrs until the light switch off. I doubt I'll reach the 1200PPM stated by the manufacturer, mainly because I'm running an extraction, but I figure some is better than none. Cool controller also included. After doing some reading I can see there's two things that I need to look out for: A) Switching off the extraction so it doesn't suck away the precious CO2 before the plants have had a chance to absorb it B) Making sure the room doesn't get too hot whilst the extraction is off, causing heat stress My solution is: A) Switch off extraction for 15mins at the AirBomz 2hr interval B) Use the Temp Controller the switch off the circulation fan when temp exceeds 27C C) Controller then switches on the active intake when temp exceeds 28C D) Temp is held at 29C whilst the extraction is off D) Extraction turns back on after 15 mins, temp drops below 27C E) Temp controller switches off active intake... F) ...And switches on the circulation fan G) Repeats every 2hrs NEXT WEEK: Work out how much the girls are drinking! I'll know when I change the reservoir.

Had some crazy root growth this week and have put the girls in their final 11L pots already. They became rootbound in their last pots within 5 days of being potted up and started showing rootbound behaviour such as spots on leaves and droopy behaviour, also soil was drying out super fast. At first I was panicking about leaf septoria, had that before :/. Only when i checked the roots that I confirmed it was cos they were rootbound. I'm hoping this isn't an issue within the grow bags. I've never really played around with potting up before as mainly grown autos until now. Topped the girls a few days ago and have done some LST today to spread them ready for the scrog. Was a real experience to grow the Darkdevilauto, with these Strain we could see a lot of what a ganja plant can resist, the two ladys are amazing but the vipaspectra has a bigger, strong and clear smelling, the second Lady look also greatly under the Mars hydro pannels but in thc production we see a gigantic difference. This week was about pushing in to full flower. I am more than happy with the size, reaching a meter in length and in width. The side shoots caught up beautifully with the main cola and we have a lot of bud sites with great spacing.
