Pulled the second cherry Cola today and it looks and smells just like heaven , some nice pinks , purples and greens . Plants look to be around 12 oz together but we’ll see how they dry .

Day 48 - 11/11/19 started this week early by accident. Plant smells like tropical cheese and i cant see the stalk anymore except from the leaves, very bushy and seems to be in a mid stage of flowering. buds are getting bigger by the looks of it. very sticky also! Ive been removing about 2 leaves per day from this one, started with a couple touching the soil and removed a few higher ones today to expose the buds to more light and fresh air. when looking at this plant side on the main cola looks huge and growing more every day. im assuming this is about 2 weeks away from harvest so il probs flush next week. roll on harvest time! other than that the humidity has went up to 50-55 the odd time when watering all the plants. it doesnt stay high long with the heat from the lights so it should be fine. Day 51 - 14/11/19 Still removing the odd couple of leaves every day to let the fresh air get near the main cola, i still cant see it very well but it looks like what a 6-7g bud looks like when its dried aha. the smell can be described as if someone took a cheese strain and added something powerful and herbal/tropical to it. cant wait to order my jewelers loupe in a few days to see where im really at :) and i added a video to show the plant looking all frosty. a few weeks to go now!

This Xtrakush keeps surprising. What a vigorous plant it's a pleasure to grow. All week we've seen huge bud formation and shes filling out. Only the last day growth has stunted a little. I think it was heat and I was pushing the light to its max. She seems to recover and I might have lost a day or two of growth. Her roommate, the Orange Hill Special, outperformed her a little in bud development. It was my mistake and this sort is made to grow outdoors in N European conditions. When we push for the limit, it's logical we find or sometimes go over the edge. Thank you for checking in this week, Im getting more and more impatient to see these plants develop and the harvest. During week 13 I stop giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants. The 12 AK-47 plants from SERIOUS SEEDS are in their last week of flowering (=9th week) and have developed into huge little trees. The size of the colas is ASTOUNDING to me at this stage, bigger than anything I have seen on plants in 7 liter pots. Unfortunately I see first signs of bud-rot on some plants, therefore its time to soon harvest the plants. The humidity during the late stages of flowering has been much too high due to bad weather outside. The high humidity with the huge size of the buds are the perfect circumstances for bud-rot beginning to grow INSIDE the buds (it always starts at the stem and grows to the outside). I spot a yellow sugar leave on a top and pull it out, since I feel no resistance at all, I take a closer look and open up the bud carefully. I spot grey mold at the center of the bud growing out of the stem and want to start to cry...my worst fear has come true...BUD-ROT is inside my beautiful plants! The only thing to do now is to cut off any infected parts and finish the grow as quickly as possible. The SANlight Q5W-Gen.2 LED-lights are still in full-power mode and some plants now show signs of light-bleaching at the very top of the plants. This means the plants grow white new flowers instead of green ones. The plants look like they have small snow-caps on top of the plants...an AMAZING THING to see. This can be avoided by dimming the LEDs during the last week of flowering or by hanging the LEDs higher. The white parts of the bud have the same quality as the rest, therefore i dont mind a little light-bleaching. What makes my heart hurt is the parts with bud-rot. Since mold can cause cancer when burned and inhaled, it is of utmost importance to cut off any infected parts off the plants when they are harvested. This means I will get much less medicine that I hoped...😢 At least the quality will be GREAT, since the buds are glistening with trichomes now and they SMELL AMAZING. The aroma is heavy and thick and lightly sweet with hints of Sandalwood...simply DELICIOUS!

1/25 - Day 70 / Day 43 Flower - Feeding day I prepared a feeding solution that consisted of the following: - 1 gallon spring water - 5ml of FF Tiger Bloom (1/2 dose) - 10ml of FF Big Bloom (2/3 dose) Adjusted the solution to the following conditions before feeding: - pH: 6.5 - TDS: 328ppm - EC: .7 I gave each of the 5 gallon pots about a half gallon each of the solution, followed by enough non-fertigated spring water to induce runoff (approximately another half gallon). I tested the runoff for both of my 5 gallons and returned the following readings; Z51: - pH: 6.5 - TDS: 799ppm - EC: 1.6 Z52: - pH: 6.5 - TDS: 683ppm - EC: 1.4 Even though I've had my soil conditions dialed in over the last week, I'm still plucking off 5-10 leaves per day that have succumbed to chlorosis.

Started in shot glass with 6.0 150ppm achieved using superthrive and a drop of calmag. Soaked 24hrs, then placed on damp paper towel in Tupperware on a heat pad. Following morning, taproot had formed so transferred to rockwool. With same 6.0 solution. Following morning, they had broken ground. Update, they have developed their first true leaves and were starting to stretch under 7k, so I turned the lights up to 13k then 15k lux and they seem to be loving it. The rdwc has been running for days and no leaks or malfunctions so far. Once I harvest my 4x8 I will be building a similar system in it, but with 2, 2 site totes with the intention of vegging in this 2x4 for 4-5 weeks then taking the entire lid with the plants and putting in the 4x8 tote for flower. Then immediately start 2 more in the veg tent. Keep 3 sets of 2 in 4-5 week rotation and potentially harvest every 1.5 months, depending on how long it takes em to finish of course.

Wachstum fühlt sich jetzt mega langsam an. Aber ich bin auch ungeduldig af 😅 Tropimango weiterhin kranke Blätter. Hab leider keine Idee woran es liegen könnte. November Habe feststellen können, dass der Wasserbedarf doch deutlich höher war als ich vermutet hatte. Alle drei reagieren sehr positiv auf die erhöhte Menge Wasser. 🚿 Ich hätte wohl großzügiger sein dürfen in den vergangenen Tagen. Habe der Cookies gelato einen Edgar mit taperfade geschnitten (Mainlining). Eventuell habe ich an den unteren beiden unteren Mains ein Blatt Zuviel abgeschnitten? Ich werd’s im verlaufe der nächsten Tage sehen. Der unfreiwillige fimming schnitt bei der Runtz war wohl „unsauber“. Einer der beiden Triebe ist dominanter als der andere. Vermutlich liegt es am schrägen Schnitt. Tropimango macht tropimangosachen. Weiterhin mit kranken Blättern. 🤝.

Another great week spreading and training the arms to fill the screen. Screens almost full! Flipping to 12/12 in a few more days. She's in a 1 gallon Geopot by the way.

Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.
