Hello Growmies, Two weeks into vegetation, our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is striking a fine figure in the grow tent. Each plant has achieved a notable height of 14 cm, an impressive feat for their age, suggesting that they are well on their way to becoming vigorous and bushy specimens. They've been root bound and only 2 survived that weren't male

Looking really good. Not super stocked on the structure of the buds themselves but can’t complain about anything else. Seeing lots of foxtailing in the GD and GG but not at all in the other two - which is interesting. My guess is that if I had thinned the plants much more aggressively I would be seeing more of the photogenic large colas that I was after. Next time!

Alright, I moved her into Homebox Q60+ now and provided some professional light Q3W from Sanlight with 120W full spectrum range. This setup is much better for the plant compared to my setup in 1st week. Now it is also much easier for me to keep stable humidity and temperature. Day 9 - Looks like she recovers from stress I gave her in 1st week. Stem looks quite thin to me - but since I have no experience I can't be sure if it is abnormal for this age or not.

🌿 Grow Update: Week 6 of Flower 🌸 Hey growers, We're cruising through Week 6 of flowering, and I gotta say, things are looking solid in my grow setup. This being my first rodeo, I'm pretty stoked with how it's all turning out. The plant's rocking a deep green, which could be a bit of nitrogen overload or just her natural vibe. Regardless, she's thriving, Ive been so stupid letting her get so big in a 5gallon i wouldn't be surprised if she is rootbound.. Got a bit of a snag with some lower bud sites getting overshadowed by the top canopy. Didn't want to push my luck with more defoliation i cant really at this point of flower, but hey, it's all a learning experience next round, I'll be more surgical. Already thinking about the next grow — tossing in a couple of plants in 5-gallon pots, keeping veg short and sweet at 4-5 weeks. Gonna tighten up the training game for sure. Despite the lower buds not getting as much love, the top ones are coming along nicely. She's a thirsty one, so I'm hitting her with 4 liters at lights on and another 2 liters a few hours before lights off to keep that coco from drying out. Got about 3-4 more weeks to go, and I'm itching to see how it all pans out. Can't wait to see the final yield and taste the goods. Buds are getting bigger and frosty. Still full strength on the bloom nutrients.

Spent the week playing around with a the temps/humidity to find the right setup to balance the numbers. VPD has stayed right around 1-1.18kpA. Starting to think I might have stunted grow a little at the beginning of flowering. Looking through other grows and progress at week 3 of flowering mine seem to be a little behind. Next time I will back of defoliation and lollipopping some lol. None the less everything seems to be going ok and plants still looking healthy. I’m hoping they stop growing as tent space is getting tight again. I’ve been building out an actual grow space and setting things up to try out a hydro grow. Picked up 4 Scorpion Diablo lights, quest70 dehumidifier, and going with a RDWC setup. Did a ton of research and Starting building my own system. Hopefully I can get things setup in the next week or so. I will update with a couple pictures as progress continues. Keep an eye out!

Here’s my try at lemon pie from Fastbuds, of the 3 beans I got 1 displayed traits of ruderalis is her fan leaves and stretched to 4 ft tall. The bud structure is a little fluffy but smells great and is a good stone. I would cultivate it again and I would recommend a scrog and not to put them too close together.

All three are looking great, with the #1 pheno having the darkest green coloration and super tight node spacing, and the #2 which is looking super healthy, with much wider node spacing. The #3's color is not yet where I'd like to see it, but it has been steadily improving over time. Their feedings of Plagron nutrients continue three times daily and I'm monitoring the reservoir before each, adjusting the nutrient level to 650-700ppm @ 5.9-6.2 ph. The tent environment has remained dialed in with the VPD averaging 1.40kpa over the last seven days. 10/24- Today I drained, cleaned and flushed the AirCube reservoir and 'brain bucket', then filled it with 70L of 74℉ well water. After filling I added the Plagron nutrients separately and also began adding in Plagron Royal Rush. The Tropicana Cookies are responding well to the feeding schedule, and are also tolerating the increased light output which I now have set to 80% along with setting the co2 levels to 1100-1400ppm. 10/26- The #1 pheno has some huge shade leaves that are blocking her side branches, and are an absolute bitch to keep tucked out of the way. I'm contemplating removing a few to allow the side branches more light so that they'll be able to grow out. Today I added 1/2 tsp. of Yucca Extract to the reservoir which will aid in feeding by acting as a surfactant, increasing the wetting ability of the solution. I am continuing the feedings of Plagron nutrients three times daily, and I'm monitoring the reservoir before each, adjusting the nutrient level to 650-700ppm @ 5.9-6.2 ph. The solution temperature is maintaining a steady 73-75℉. As a side note; as the weather gets colder I may install a heat mat, controlled by a thermostat, under the reservoir to ensure proper temp's in it. 10/28- There goes another week for the FastBuds Tropicana cookies and they're all shaping up to be beautiful cultivars, with some slight differences between them which makes the grow interesting! Our weather has warmed up the past couple of days. Because of this I've had to lower the light output to 55% in order to keep the tent temp's below 82℉. The Tropicana Cookies are showing zero sign of heat stress so I'm not terribly concerned, especially as the weather will be dramatically cooling off in a day or two. The #2 and #3 pheno's are showing signs of the beginning of flower, ans I went ahead and removed four of the huge shade leaves on the #1 as they were too big to tuck and blocked a ton of light from the side branches. Hopefully now the #1 will start to bush out with all the additional light reaching into the interior of the plant. I'm also continuing to tuck shade leaves daily on all three girls, and have been gently bending down their side branches as well. I upped the nutrient ppm level to 800 with the addition of Plagron's Royal Rush 8-0-0 which will continue in their feeding through flower. I'll also be adding Plagron Green Sensation in another 7-10 days which will also continue through flowering. I hope to see you next week... Hey y'all! I'm back with an early update because my biggest two plants are flowering! Hindu Kush looks like she's gonna grow some really thick buds. I'm super excited to see it flower. The GSC pistils are some clear, some amber. It makes me really excited for how she's gonna look as she develops buds. I wanted to give a better tour of how the plants look so I took a video to share as well! I am super excited, and I'm starting to get impatient quite frankly! Lol! But really, I can't wait to watch my plants grow day in and day out. I need to find a way to control the humidity, as it is getting hotter in my home and when my tent is closed the humidity climbs up to 82% and some leaves that touch condensate on each other. Not good! I leave my tent open for hours at a time to tame the humidity but this is not a full time solution. if anyone has suggestions please let me know! I will be asking a question soon on it!

I saw lots of development this week. I've top dressed with bat guano and alfalfa meal this grow to fortify the soil. They seem to like the advanced nutrients so far as well. It's getting a little smelly in the tent💪🏾

Just winding down. Gonna go lights off for a day or two now at week 10. Tangerine dream are close to done and grape ape are throwing bananas for past week so it’s time.
