Loving it! Harvest

14 days on the auto watering system and the girls are looking happy. Everything survived well and my reservoir size was just right. They are looking a little hungry, but nothing s fresh mix of nutes shouldn't fix. Things are starting to look frosty. I'll Be pulling all the Larfy bits this week to optimize my tops.

Day 44 All the girls are blooming now. Today, I fertilized with bloom nutrients for the first time. Unfortunately, I’m currently traveling a lot, so there's less care. This weekend, I'll thin out the leaves again and train the branches. Day 48 Unfortunately, the girls have a small thrips problem. I will spray the plants with Coat Leaf from Biobizz over the next few days, and the issue should be resolved in about a week. Today, I also removed some leaves again to ensure more light reaches everywhere. Day 49 Today, they were watered again 2.5 liters per plant.

4 plants out of 6 are growing quite well, I only need 3 so it's alright. The growth is a bit slower than during my previous Sensi Seeds grow (if interested, see here https://growdiaries.com/diaries/157797-grow-journal-by-smokingtiki/week/869197). In my previous grow I was using a 24h light schedule so that's maybe the reason. The roots continue to reach the bottom of the pots. I increased the light power again. Eccoci qui!!! Tutto procede per il meglio, i pistilli sono usciti e ora si va dritti dritti alla maturazione, NE VEDREMO DELLE BELLE!!! La piccola cresce molto vigorosa ed in salute, ed è un vero piacere coltivarla. Reagisce molto bene alle fertilizzate e non vedo l'ora di vedere i frutti!! Grazie a tutti per il supporto ❤️🔥🌲

Deceded to cut! Perhaps a little prematurely but I was seeing cloudy and some amber so decided to pull the trigger. First grow and all so hopefully only up from here! Not much to note apart from the buds fattening up and further fading in the leaves as expected. I dropped the temp a bit and they spent their final 48 hours in darkness. Literally just going off what I have read and I will have nothing to compare this to as this is my first grow! Very happy with what i see and I am now hanging the plants whole. I am expecting some nice clean smoke as these were flushed for their final 3 weeks. Hoping for a 7-10 day dry and then into jars for curing after trimming over screens Will update harvest for all 3 plants once this stage is complete with dry weights. Thanks to all that have commented and I will be planting 4 mephisto seeds from a mystery pack once the tent is free.

Day 2 flip: Due to the other plants in the room , I needed to flip the lights to flower. I was worried she wouldnt really be big enough to benefit from the flowering yet but ad it is a tester seed for my own cross , I wanted to see the buds it creates rather than a big yield yet. I have about 15 of these crosses that I separated as they popped out and among the many that I mixed together during the panic to remove the offending male, "Billy big bollocks", to stop him ruining anymore of my vestal virgins. The result of the Gorilla Zkittelz/Blue Gelato41 is impressing the hell out of me so far. She is a lot younger than her neighbours by 2 weeks in some cases but she is the biggest in her NFT tray now. I have been training her with bends and squashes into a quadline of sorts and I am not dissapointed either response. The below decks nodes are stacking right behind each other's heads and look like they will remain close together. This is a bonus as I have a friend growing another cross of my gelato (RQS Hulkberry/Gelato)that is 1.2M tall and colas from the base to the many tips. I dont have space for any more monsters with the fastbuds testers going wild. lol The Zkittel pheno can go two ways too as I had two different ones in a previous grow that both produced rock solid buds but were very different in growth rate and structures. The Gelato gene is also a lanky lady from her sativa background so seeing a squat ,thick plant at this stage indicates a fat colas short girl is coming. I will be popping a cross in each new run i do as I want to see what I have created here with these and also as I a have always fancied a go at breeding seeds. Ok just finnished a blunt of this a out an hour ago, and I do not smoke blunts lol But it seems only right too do a real smoked reveiw , So the fbt7 has been dry now for about 2 weeks and in a jar and today was the day too take the first bud too try so I rolled a fat one " fat one in photos lol , So for me the flavour just isn't there yet and am hoping that will come after a cure , So I smoked this all too my self and qiukly , Within a few minutes I went white as a ghost as was twitching the the corner hehehe, This is very strong bud and I would go as far as saying it's probably the strongest bud I've had in years , I am what I would describe as a joker smoker , as I turn my bud into oils and do not smoke it , But any serious cannabis smoker will absolutely love this strain , Well done fast buds and thank you :)

Week 11 has passed. Weather has been amazing as predicted, with temperatures reaching 30°C on some days, but pas 3 days have been milder, around 20-22°C. Flowers still seem to slightly increase in size, and the smell is great. Almost no glassy trichromes anymore: vast majority is (slightly) milky I'd say, and around 10-15% is getting amber. One of these days, I'll put her in a dark place for 48 hours to give the THC level a last good push before harvesting. D77: there she goes, final 48 hours have started! I'm putting her in a closet during the day so she stays at a dark spot for twose last two days. After that it's harvesting time! D79: Harvested tonight! No molds or anything, only a small caterpillar that had found his shelter in the flowers. Cut it out, impact on the flowers was negligible. D4 of drying: Plant is drying out slowly, humidity levels have been around 70-80% as weather has been quite bad the past few days. Also, all branches are all still attached to the main stem, which slows down the drying process. To mitigate the humidity, I put a fan to keep air circulating, which is successful up until now. Drying will probably still take a bit longer. Smell has definitely decreased while drying, so after that I'm planning on curing it a few weeks. Buds are not the densest, but definitely not bad either! I'm really happy with the results given that she was grown outdoors and using only granular organic nutrients. D7 of drying: decided to cut the nugs from the branches. Definitely still not sufficiently dry, but we're getting there. Large branches were still a little bendy but quite stiff already. Smaller bud branches we're almost snappable. Storing them in a room with 60% humidity now, where they can dry out some more. They're currently weighing 80g, don't know how much will still evaporate and how much of the weight the branches account for. Anyone has an idea on what I might expect? I'll be really glad if it's anything around 30 to 35g!

well, another week and just watering as needed, it should have yielded a lot more this strain is also not known from a local seed bank but no problem. I think the temperature, because I spent most of it being very hot, didn't let them grow, well, but I'm already starting another cycle and soon I'll start posting more here in another grow =D
