An explosion of growth this week and increased LST. All girls have now shown their white pistils and look like they are kicking into gear ready to start flower this week. I have increased their feed slightly and will be adding a few additives throughout the coming weeks. I will be sticking with the AN range this grow so I'm very interested to see how that goes as I haven't used them before. The plants are already starting to give off a lovely skunky aroma so I have a feeling these are going to really stink the place up! Next week will be defoliation and more LST as these start to go even wilder! Peace QB

The addition of an enzyme has produced amazing results that were shocking and worrying at first. Massive rise in EC and PH every 24 hours from 5.3 - 6.8. Research yet no sign of any harm to the plants, in fact they seem very happy! The enzymes has created an environment friendly to the beneficial microbes and fungi that has lead to a feeding frenzy (Which wouldn't have happened ad I used Hygrozyme from the start.). EC rises a point or two as the microbes and plants expel waste and create a plethora of negative charged hydrogen ions. Thus, the PH rises. Never above 6.8, strangely. Because the microbes are eating and shitting so well, they have added a lot of chilated nutrients that are easier for the plants to uptake at a wider range of PH (Yes, some as high as 6.8). The fact that there are so many bunches of calyxes sprouting and exploding, filling in the flower space is proof enough for me. So she was chopped (wet trimmed) yesterday (F74) and is now hanging up to dry at 55% RH and temps between 15 and 18ºc. I made fresh frozen dry ice hash today using a 160 micron bubble bag, a flat surface, 8kg of dry ice and a couple 5 gal buckets. I already have the weights for that, which far exceeded my expectations. Those figures I will post once she is dried and in 1 quart screw top glass jars. People suppose dry ice hash is inferior quality vs bubble hash. I am not experienced enough to comment on that but must say it is extremely easy to make hash with dry ice, it took 40 mins to process 995g of trim which included sugar leaves, some stems and popcorn buds. I then pressed it into 3.5g briquettes for storage using a pollen press. As you can see from videos, this stuff is all blonde - and after already trying some today with some friends, it knocked our boots off! Will be back in 5-7 days with harvest figures, smoke analysis and other details! Happy growing all! Strange week for the plants as I switch in Hygrozyme Enzyme to help with the roots. A lot of dead tissue being consumed by beneficial microbes and fungi. PH rise more than 10 fold every 24 hours while EC levels rise by a point or two. The old roots are dying and being consumed new while bright, crisp, white roots are appearing. New growth is vigorous and the plants seem to enjoy the transition as hard as it is. Pretty quiet week in the tent. We did a little defoliation during the middle of the week but they are already full little bushes again. We raised the light up a bit to try and get them to stretch from the pots so we can lollipop in a few weeks. Our soil plants are doing very well too, @Foxfarm has really proven to be a great soil and the northen soul strain loves it. The smell inside the tent is definitely strong and they have been drinking alot more water.

This was the last week of veg for these girls. Flipped the light to 12/12 on day 33 and added a pinch of maxibloom to the reservoir. Will be upping the maxibloom as I lower the maxigro a little over the next couple weeks until the stretch is over. Then will start adding some flower boosters to try to build some fat sticky buds. Couldn't ask for a smoother veg as far as nutrient maintenance goes. The plants have required defoliation pretty much daily and their growth rate has been great so having to readjust their tie downs every couple days. Will continue to spread the branches out a little as they make their stretch. Most of the girls are pretty uniform other than there is a sugar cane that is turning into a monster. Pretty sure she is going to put on a huge stretch. And one of the slurricane is a bit of a runt compared to the rest but I like that there is some difference because it means I have a better chance of getting to sample more phenotypes. I have started a breeding project diary on the strawberry eclair already, but keeping my eye out for a couple more candidates to clone. Going to wait until they show them trichomes before deciding though. Should start to pop some pistils and stack some calyxes in about 2 weeks.

Onto flower nutrients last Friday - change reservoir fridays - this is A MONSTER.. This is insane - currently adding 14ml A+B a day to one on left Absolute beast mode engaged Friday - I thought about this alllast night , do I risk it ? So as you know me by now , I did , I’ve moved them into the 35 litre DWC I made , they are just drinking too fast out of the 19 litre, I have a 17 litre reservoir now , and on the ball ache scale ( my own invention ) it was as 4 where 5 is no ball ache and 1 is having to put up a new tent ⛺️ .. I was so careful with the beautiful white roots , fingers crossed 🤞 it will either work amazing or Fuck the whole thing up 😜

Day 43 : All of these girls are doing great now. They have been topped and quadlined and we have a few breaks to heal along the way but all in all doing good. #7 looks the most productive so far but they are very close to each other on vigour. They have been given MC to this point but once in their final pots , its water and teas for their full cycle only. I have finished the rebuild with better insulation and a lot more reflective surface for this run so let's see if I can squeeze another 41oz + from this run. So far a very impressive tester batch. I am hoping to flip them in about 2 weeks time so let's see how they do.

Okay growmies here we are at the end of our cream cookies by fast buds. It was such a pleasure to grow, i learned so so so much this run that will help me through the rest of my adventures. The beginning was tough as i am new i over watered and did not ph the water and what i mistake. But its okay i learned. She bounced back like nothing and produced these awesome buds and beautiful smoke for me. Watching her change colour and grow was amazing. It was topped and lst, she reacted amazing to it and grew more and more. Fast buds has not let me down. I cant wait to grow her again and see what happens next time! I washed the trim and made bubble hash with it! Pressed some of the flower to make some rosen!!!

Week 10 their wasn’t any real changes. Girl #1 starting to gain more weight. Her smell is also increasing. She smells like citrus/ pineapples undertones. Girl #2 still hasn’t shown any flowering. It’s been 70 days and I’m starting to get worried. I’m gonna let her go until girl #1 finishes than I will start to panic. I fear she may be a 100 day to flower pheno . Still 3 plant in the tent at the moment , 2 of them are harvested and drying right now :) another should be ready for harvest this week :) I do have a plant that seems to be late compared to the other , although she is now massive compared to her sisters
