Here we are with another exciting new product from Zamnesia, Gush Mintz. Remember that we are growing one plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same strain. In this diary we find a plant worked with slightly different techniques, this time for a change and to be honest because I was doing a main lining and having broken a brunch I turned it into a plant with LST applied aggressively and the plant responded well, I also made a small break but it worked as an HST, to continue stressing I put some paper tape. Comparison is the salt of the experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to make a comparison. We started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is made up of recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). In the middle of the week the pre-flowering started so I decided to start the program for this phase: 1 ml/l of Power Roots - 1 ml/l of Pure Zym - 1 ml/l of Sugar Royal - 1 ml/l of Power Buds - 4 ml/l of Alga Bloom Remember the Green Sensation from the 3rd/4th week of flowering depending on the flowering speed or how you see the calyxes composing, when the calyx is in the swelling phase it is used. A diary dedicated to the rest of my special girls. Check out my profile to see the Gorilla Glue up close (she will still appear here from time to time). Germinated them directly in the soil with natural sunlight, achieving a 100% success rate. All came out the soil with remarkably thick stems already, excited to see how these old school genetics will behave. Lots of growth during their first week of life, reaching the end of it with 2 pairs of leaves each. We surely got some sturdy girls here. Sunset Sherbet had some damage from struggling to hatch and is now slowly recovering, I’m sure she’ll catch up with time. Nothing good nutrition and proper lighting won’t fix. Bruce Banner turned out to be incredibly big for her age, never grown a seedling like her! You can tell she’s already finding her germination vase too small. Making a statement with her presence. (Sensi Seeds warned me but I still goofed it)

Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Y ya superaron el shock provocado por el mismo trasplante. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

She had a great week! Not too much bud development, but seeing that she's mostly sativa, and I'm only really seeing a couple of brown pistils, I'm fine with her taking her sweet time! On Day 73 (39 flower) I installed a small co2 bag above my circulating fan; not sure how well it'll work, but a couple of my taller colas have been a little too close to my light but I didn't want to raise the Lumatek because I was getting really good amounts of light on the entire rest of the plant. Her colas are all super impressive and long. I really cannot wait to see how they turn out. I'm thinking 2/3 more weeks but who knows! Not much else to say really, she's getting really frosty as you can see from the pictures, other than that I'm just waiting for her to fatten up & ripen. Really wishing I did an indica strain but this seed was all I had as it was left over from my pops' last seed order. Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds.
