so i put a screen down. the light can only concentrate power in such a way that if i let them grow tall i will just have a huge central cola that stretches, which this was. i trimmed off some of the lower shit and everything that is more than 8cm below the top... would love to get a proper tent, im sure the reflection would boost my lights usefulness.. i persist..nutrients are by feel at the minute.. following bio canna guide but still adding a couple things like a drop or two of calmag or whatnot... now drinking a litre every 3 days. nice buds forming now. switched to flowering nute cycle now.... sort of... mad scientist shit. keeps me occupied. TENT

Grandaddy Purple is doing great, the shape is perfect, bud size and stretch is perfect so she will make some big flowers. The defoliation really works great every time. Feeding is the same as the others, Bio Flowering Booster, a bit of Bio Grow and SuperVit from RQS.

Seeds went into water on 1/20/22 and now an inch tall on 1/27/22. I'm super excited for this one because of the Black Widow!!! All the girls have names: Basha, Stefa, and Wandzia ❤️ I definitely like this new 5x5x6 tent that is not barn style, I won't worry about room come stretch time like I did last run! 6/29/2021 - New mains for quadlining growing out nicely since topping. - Watered with un-PH'd de-chlorinated tap water. - Foliar fed with DIY kelp extract. - She's jumping out the gym, very excited. - It's been 5 weeks of alternating DIY nutrient teas (coconut water + kelp extract + neem & karanja extract + water) and un-PH'd Toronto tap water, and I've seen no signs of deficiencies or lockouts. - She's taking well to the various DIY foliar sprays as well, no burning. 7/1/2021 - I think one of my bottle sprayers is infected with butyric acid, 'cause it stinks in here, loll. - SHE WANTS TO GROOOWWW! 7/4/2021 - Growth a week after topping is strong. Hoping the auxins in the kelp foliar, and nutrients in coconut water are responsible. - I barely need to train her right now, it's as if she wanted to be topped. Besides some periodic light bending, she seems to be leveling out her branches herself.

Flipped the lights to 12/12 for flowering on 01/25 Showing the white hairs to prove she's female. Tried to cut the amount of Nitrogen down to limit the stretch but she was still pretty hungry for it so I bumped it back up. She's pretty thirsty as well, watering every two to three days.. Stretched a good bit so far.. Did some light defoliation and cut two branches I thought were pretty weak to focus energy on stronger colas.. Pretty easy week and ready to see the buds start forming!! She's looking healthy and strong!!

I’m growing Purple Queen from Royal Queen Seeds, Citradelic Sunset & Zweet Inzanity from Ethos Genetics, and King Kong From Big Buddha Seeds. Germination happened within 24hrs on all but the Zweet Inzanity which took almost 48hrs and I planted the seeds straight into their pots. I’m using Redbud living soil with Cannaseur seed blend (Amazon find) which includes 13 different types of seeds for cover crops. Straw is being used as a top dressing/mulch. I’m growing under two Spectrum King 602GH LED lights. I have a 55gal reservoir with 2 adjustable drip emitters in each pot. I would not consider my living soil as perfect for planting at this point but I was eager to get started. I planted my seeds before fully establishing my cover crops. I have added red wigglers and nematodes. I breakdown some of this process in the video.

We had very sunny day this week 🌞🌞🌞, with very hot temperatures 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Fourth week of Light Deprivation 👉👉👉👉Every morning at 8:30 am I move the plants to the greenhouse. 👉👉👉👉Every evening at 8:30 pm I move the plants (together with some other strains) inside the growroom (which I don't use in the summer) ➡️ I defoliated the plants ➡️ The plants are making new flowers everyday 🌻🌻🌻, trichomes are appearing, and every day they start to smell stronger 👃👃👃 👉Two times a week I boost the plants with gift of water enriched with OPF 7:2:3 ; Fulvic 25 ; Yuccah ; Biovin liquid ; Earthworm compost extract ⭐Big Thanks to Luc from Plant Health Solutions / Bioplantenvoeding dot nl ⭐

She was always thirsty! She drank almost as much as my 10ft tall plant & she was under 2ft tall?! Handled LST very well. She had an abundance of leaves which looked like a beautiful canna-bush growing but come trim time ugh not so much. Her leaves started turning darker purple the last two weeks, making her even prettier! She was only 14 inches tall (LST) & wound up having 65 bud sites.
