Auto Opium week 8 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debbie., in the 80 with low humidity Auto Opium is thin and spindly, branches continue to bend so I added hoop supports. I sure hope she makes it to the end in one piece. If necessary, I remove the colas and chuck into the freezer.. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. I made these seeds myself, letting the Male pollinating the Female in the same tent. I dropped pollen with a paintbrush on 2 different occasions, then shook the male over the female a couple times as well. Harvested most the seeds after the female plant died of thirst, around Bloom Day 65-67, but some earlier around Bloom day 53-55. These seeds were soaked then direct sowed. Originally using 6 seeds but settled on 10. Success germination rate of 100%. Bred by Dark Horse Genetics, purchased Chem Berry D from Parkland Flowers then reproduction by moi. Who knows where this project will go. I collected a whole bunch of seeds, they seem to be very healthy.

This grow will be a very humbling experience being this is my first full grow from seedling to harvest and figured I would bring others along for this journey with me, hopefully some of you viewers may even have insight to any future problems I should have or run into. Apollo is in early flower. I water and fertilize Tuesday, Thursday and water on Saturday or Sunday. Even though the plants started within 2 weeks of each other, Apollo is in flower now. Looking for some bud swelling to kick in!! Bud Fusion being introduced this week. Into the last phase of feeding during flower now. Nitrogen is continued to be reduced as its late flower. Keeping up the feeding ppm this week as we are getting to the end. May be pushing them a little more than I should but finding out how they react for next run. Still continuing to play with the light intensity and seeing how the girls react to my environment conditions when pushed harder. Could have backed off and stayed with 100, 300, 600, 900 PAR levels at the different stages but I have trying to go a little higher in the late stages and going over 1,000 PAR. Little more detail….. I think i Need More water events, with less time in between events in order to get a strong veg signal? 7/3 fed her some slf-100 and some recharge. She seems happy and super developed for how young she is. Not necessarily very tall but shes got a lot of nodes and seems far into her life for only just starting week 2 7/5 growing just fine. I attempted some LST that failed. Shes too short and stocky

She started out tiny but definitely surprised me halfway through. She doesn't really smell as a plant but in the jars and paper bags, she smells like berries and watermelons. Only been a week since I dried her in the fridge but I can't wait so I'm going to try to smoke some of her tonight. I also had to harvest partially as some of the lower buds are not quite ready yet which means I'm not done yet as of now. Will update more soon.

She’s a little taller than I wanted so I’ll be supercropping her for height control. She had a lot of stretch in veg due to the crowding. She has one lower branch that was taller than her meristem.

High, finally, after 65 days of flowering, they were ready to get their final cut. I flushed 16 days. Got some cal mag. My ph has been off and honestly these pots are huge and I’m back to work full time. It been hot and times been short so I’ve just been hiding these girls down when they get too dry. My well water is about 7.5. With some heavy rains I noticed it jumped up a bit close to 8. And some of the deficiencies on the leaves pointed to Calcium def due to high ph. Soooo order the cal mag and gave the whole crop a feeding. With PH’d water at 6.5 and 1tsp per gal and a 2 gallon water feedbing for the big mamas like my special queen here. Let’s see what this does. As I’m very new and this is my official first season. It’s all an experiment to me. I super appreciate all the advice I get here. I’m so glad I found this site. Everyone helps and points me in the right direction for better knowledge and learning. Some of my friends/family really enjoy watching this part of my garden grow and I’ve cloned some of this plant and the white og and gifted them. And am hopefully passing on some good advise for their first grow! Looks like 9/25 is when my sunlight will convert to 12/12 so I still have some veg time. This girl keeps out growing her space. “Gunna need a bigga boat”
