Raised lights today as they go AG#5 is stretching 33" and was getting a little close for comfort, did a little bottom trimming this week but not enough to count as defoliating, otherwise just feeding a bit more & continuing to flower, some light bud color is starting to show. Also added some Dyna-Gro Zyme to clean the roots.

Wow she over doubled in height this week growing 20cm! But take a look at the video I took. She has 3x stalks!!!!!!!! One stalk has split, then split again! I have not topped/fimmed this at all. No training. Possibly the stress she suffered in her second week has triggered this? Not sure but she looks healthy enough so far! Also just entering flowering I think.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. Gave them their monthly feeding a few days into first week of flower with Gaia Green organic dry amendment slow release fertilizer. It really has allowed me to focus solely on watering technique and grow environment without worrying about over/ under fertilization. Plants and I love the product! New week so a couple new pics. She is a tall bushy wench. Tons of bud sights and man you can almost SEE these grow. Lol She is really getting big and fat buds everywhere. This is the fun part for me.

All these beautiful girls are going thre flush now getting ready to harvest up they are all very resiny an covered in trichromes all the nugs are nice an dense an are smelling amazing can't wait to be able to dry an start curing them

Plant is still not ready for full harvest on lower portion plant has had no issues with the cutting of branches or main cola. Growth has exploded on lower bud sites even a day after cutting. Was able to dry nugs for a week from first cut and have gotten to smoke it. Surprisingly has a good smooth taste and hits hard. Smells skunky with a little hay smell. (Was out bud) will try to cure for 3 months.

I think you know what it’s like. You made a mistake now you have to live with the results. They girl in the back is just angry and I get it. Most of her leaves dried up and are now very brown but we are near the end of the grow so I’m just waiting. The blue dream on the right is hanging in there also. Looking a little worse for wear but not as crispy as the wild Thai. Now you know the one I mentioned last week? The one plant that was slower to do everything and has always been a runt and a bit odd. It didn’t care if I overwatered it or under watered or it got too hot. It’s still growing as if nothing ever happened, soooooo I decided to take a clone… you know… for science. Maybe I should make it a bonsai or something with its gnarly leaves and stunted growth? Week 4 of flower in the books, transition over and cotton balls forming. All told and albeit a week late, they’re still doing real well in terms of overall health. Health (and stretch) in general, have been hallmarks of this Spicy Bitch cross project. We’ll see how she stacks through flower. Ultimately - I’m leaning towards this being bred against some sort of stunted strain to draw down the size. Either that or a scrapped line altogether… Here’s hope’n for a strong finish

9/15 I'm starting by saying that the plant doctor is a great product. For the first time in forever I have no traces of wpm. The fusarium doesn't seem to be spreading g either. Blueberry is exploding in growth. It seems like everyday the buds are bigger. We had a MASSIVE wind storm. I mean a windstorm that knocked down trees. The blueberry was the only one that wasn't properly vertically trellises. My tiny little supports didn't hold. Nothing broke and there's no damage but I had to move the plant and secure it better. I didn't have time before the doctor but I HAD to do it. I used the trellis from another plant to keep the branches upright as they're so heavy. If it RAINED those branches would've snapped for sure. I put the little one in the lean-to beside the barn out of the wind. Blueberry is getting closer. I really think k it'll make it. UPDATE: I took some buds from the plants that died in early flower and washed them for ice water hash. Well I'm in the process of washing some. There's a lot and I want to see if it's any good before I kill my arms. It's a great forearm workout though. Although it's hard to take a drink now. Of course that's when it REALKY started bubbling furiously. I know I'll get double the next pull at least. I'm going to let it sit and maybe add some more when I do it. I'll post a temple ball if it works out. If not I have other stuff to wash. I may do a diary on that. Went back over and all plants seem happy despite the gusts of wind. Luckily I was able to get the tarp up. I'm taking a break before I die from exhaustion. I felt off the ladder earlier this morning..... 9/16 I watered the plants a little. The soil was dry to the touch but i noticed the container was still heavy so I lightly watered. With all this sun and it supposed to be 80 today I felt I needed to water. The wind is still horrific. I have my blueberry trellises pretty good. Others have wind breaks. I fell hard yesterday morning hurrying around. I was on an upside down bucket on one foot and it kicked put from under me. Legs flew in the air. Luckily I wasn't injured. At least that's something I've taken from martial arts that's benefitted me. Knowing how to fall. Anyway everything is progressing nicely in flower. I'm goi g to continue with beastie bloom but I'll switch over shortly to cha ching. I'm getting close. Also ran a batch of water hash with the buds of dead plants. I didn't think I'd get anything but I did. Now to properly dry it and see if it's any good. Still a heart break. Oh well. 9/17 I totally fucked everything up. I uploaded a shit ton of pictures to the wrong week. The app wasn't working. Hope I didn't fuck or too much. Fed everything today. The blueberry is in late flower. Some buds look REAL close to being done. My wife keeps talking to me so I can't finish this. I have to do things one at a time sometimes and this just isn't working here. Massive wind storms but no broken branches. Temps get down close to freezing at night. Low Temps are bringing out fall colors. I took a video of the blueberry. the other two won't be done for a little bit though. Oh well. I'll just bring them inside the garage at night. 9/18 I've been out multiple times to shake the buds today. It's not raining now but it did last night and today. Another day or two of rain and then some. I che ked some trichs and some buds are done. I'm just waiting for the rain to clear up and we get some sun. Wish I checked the trichs before this bout of rain. It's not raining now though and hadn't for a little while. Prime for thieves but I'm not realky worried. To much hassle for one plant and there's dogs. I may harvest in sections. I was going to do plant doctor today but it will have to he tomorrow. 9/19 It's been raining but today looks good. Treated with plant doctor. I can't say enough good things about that product. I got the trich scope out after a few friends said my plants look ready. Some buds are. That's how it goes. Buds don't all mature at once. I like a solid couch lock though. If the forecast is just going to he more rain then I'll do a selective harvest. It's about the same time the strain finished last year. Now I've got earwigs eating my buds from the bottom up. UPDATE: I found my old trich scope but couldn't find the right batteries anywhere. I wad able to buy a new one for ten bucks. I went back over having more time. After ACTUALLY checking the trichs they were mature. Obviously the whole plant can't be at the same stage but everything is nice and milky. Earwigs were starting to eat the bottom of buds and had stripped a couple lower branches. After seeing this and having a nice day where the flowers dried out and an upcoming rainy forecast I chose to harvest the majority of the blueberry plant. I left some small branches but I'm almost positive it will just turn into earwig food. Seems early to ke but looking back this was about the same time this strain was ready last year. Same problem with the ear wigs only I let them eat the while inner plant before I called it quits and took what was left after it was my finally my perfect stage. I was using a USB microscope and was being to picky. I think I made the right choice.

Normal week just gave water ph to 6.2 her fad has started leaves not standing like they should , again not sure if it's becaise of the ph issue I had from weeks 2 to 5 of flower . Leaves dieing off very quickly now much quicker than they should be I wanna feed but it's 2 late and I don't want to smoke chem. Filled weed. I want to go 10 weeks but she's looking like 9 weeks because of the issues. Flower looks good for a noob like me basically my first indoor grow .

Week 6 for the gorilla gas has finished up. These girls are showing their phenotypes and it's awesome. 3 different plants. One tall and lanky, one in the middle and one runt. All smell amazing. Finished up giving it bulk of the nutrients now it's a downward slope from here. Gradually decreasing every day till flush. Looking forward to the harvest!!!

The Apple Betty babies have gone through a lot this week 😬After a couple of days of LST, I let them recover for a few days. Once they were looking perky again, I decided to top all three. Day 31 - topped the girls after some deliberation. I had been undecided, ultimately figured that it was best for my situation, whether or not I decide to use my DIY scrog screen. For those unsure of when to top, 5 nodes or true leaf sets seems to work for me. Find the shoot at the very top, make sure it’s got some small shoots on either side started, and snip! It’s that easy. Topping will disrupt the hormones being distributed through the plant instead of the top, and force your plants energy and growth to the lower branches. Not to mention you will now have two main tops growing instead of one 😎 Give the plants some time to recover before doing anything major again, and you should he able to see your plants get bushier instead of taller. Once they were topped I bent and worked all the stems and branches between my fingers making sure to get all of them. As you can tell from the main stalk, the twisting and bending works, she thicc already! I also put their wire ties back on and bent all three over as far as I could get them to go comfortably before feeling like they would snap. This was a lot of stress for these girls, but they have shown they have a great stress response, and recover quickly. Can’t wait till the weekend, my big tent will be cleaned and ready to go for these girls, they are growing so fast! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨
