May 31, 2024 Harvest day. Finally! Banana Purple Punch A was 22 oz wet trimmed. Day 3 drying Banana Purple Punch B was 20.5 oz wet trimmed. These 2 were a breeze to work with. Even though Banana Purple Punch A got some nutrient burn. She still pulled through with a happy wet weight. I'm guessing based on the size of the buds and how dense they are, we will have a decent weight retention. Maybe 4.5 oz for Banana Purple Punch A and 4 oz for Banana Purple Punch B. I'll say this. The aroma of these ladies was straight banana. And SUPER potent. Nealy overwhelming. I'll update at least the day of drying until they are done. I'm guessing 7 days for each. However, my dry tent is too dry. No clue why. I may have to put a humidifier in the tent. I know you shouldn't do that, but I need the humidity to be above 52%. June 1, 2024 Banana Purple Punch A Day 4 Drying. Banana Purple Punch B Day 1 Drying. Nothing to really discuss today. We are all looking good. Still need to install the humidifier. The temp is pretty good though. At 66°, but still way too dry. I'm concerned for Banana Purple Punch A. I don't need her drying out too quickly. I took a sample from Banana Purple Punch A today. The stem is completely wet, but the buds were definitely nearly dry. No gummy grinder, no grass smell, just some good weed. I'll keep I'll check her tomorrow. I'm assuming she will be done by tomorrow or the next day. Dry Tent Environment: Temp: 67.8° RH: 51.8% VPD: 1.12 kPa June 2, 2024 Banana Purple Punch A Day 5 Drying. The smallest of twiggy branches had a nice snap, but anything bigger isn't quite there yet. I'd say another day in the current environment. 60% humidity and 68° Banana Purple Punch B Day 2 Drying Update: I ended up manicuring and bagging Banana Purple Punch A. The moisture meter read 10.5, so I decided to finish them up. The humidity is super high today as it's raining, so the branches started absorbing water. The buds started as well, but now I have them in a Grove Bag. It's reading 63%, so it'll need a couple days of actual curing. I think it's a bit better to bag with more moisture and burp verses over drying and having to rehydrate the buds. I mean, of course the perfect time would be ideal, but I found that the fluctuation of the environment in my situation, needed to be bagged with even more control. I think I'll leave Banana Purple Punch B in the drying tent for as long as I can. So far the humidity hasn't gone below 58% so if I can keep it there and drop the temp, I can leave her in there for 10 to 14 days. Dry Tent Environment: Temp: 69.4° RH: 58.1% VPD: 1.03 kPa June 3, 2024 Banana Purple Punch A is smelling great! She's showing 64% in the grove bag, but that is probably because it's 68% humidity in my room. Unfortunately, this is the only place in the house I can store and cure my weed. So I have to fight it. I opened the bag and dumped the buds on a trimming tray in the dry tent. Not much happened except the humidity in the dry tent was 66% for the half hour they were in there, so it didn't do much of anything if anything at all. Banana Purple Punch B Day 3 Drying. Nothing else to say, she's drying and it will be SLOW. Very slow with this humidity climbing up above 65%. I'm afraid of mold. I have air circulation and the exhaust is running at about 40% power. So everything should be ok. I've also noticed the carbon filter for the dry tent is starting to lose its effectiveness. There is a slight cannabis smell coming from the outlet. It could just be how strong the aroma is for Banana Purple Punch B, cuz it's strong. That's it for today. I'm not bothering with the environmental readings. It's too warm and too humid. Lol. June 4, 2024 The humidity spiked yet again. Smh. I have the exhaust fan at half power now to keep the air flowing. Hopefully that prevents mold in this what looks to be a long dry. It'll be hot today, so the central air should kick on around noon. But for now the humidity is around 66%. Entirely way too high. The temp, however, is alright at 68°. I'd much rather the temp be below 65°, but I just can't get it down. I'm really hoping my hydrometer just needs to be calibrated or something. Reason being it's a dark tent with a fan going. The room temp is 69° and the humidity is 67%. One would think the temp would be much lower than 68° and the humidity should be higher in the tent. Alas, I have no idea how to fix this. I left the tent door open for a little bit to try and air out the tent, but there shouldn't be any old air issues. It's a 4 inch inline fan. No problems with suction in a 2x2. I'll keep fighting it until the A/C comes on. If anyone has any ideas, please leave a comment. I'd love a bit of guidance not only for this run, but future runs as well. Banana Purple Punch B Day 4 Drying. I'll note the current weight tomorrow. It makes sense as that would be midway through the drying time. I'm willing to bet she lost half her weight by now, if not more. June 5, 2024 Banana Purple Punch B Day 5 Drying. Day 5 Dry weight: 6.0 oz. That's a 71% loss so far. However, I'm guessing she won't lose much more weight. I ended up doing a snap test on some twigs and they are about 2 to 3 days out. Maybe 4 of the humidity doesn't let up. Speaking of humidity, it dropped down fairly low after the A/C kicked on. It was down for the majority of the evening and a few hours through the night. Unfortunately, it didn't last and is now back up to 63%. It's not too bad, but I'd rather the humidity be around 58% for this plant. Dense buds and all. But I'll take the higher humidity if it means a better dry. I don't think 63% is any good though, so I'll still try to keep it below 62%. Dry Tent Environment: Temp: 70.8° RH: 58.0% VPD: 1.08 kPa June 6, 2024 Banana Purple Punch B day 6 drying. It's humid. Like really $#@&ing humid. The dry tent is suffering horribly. It's 69% in there and there's nothing I can do about it. I can't seem to get the humidity to drop at all. I might put a dehumidifier in there to dry out out some, but then the temp will increase and that's already at 70°. That's too high on its own. All that being said, this will put major stress on the plant while it dries. And if I have learned anything, cannabis is like a sponge for water. So it's back to being wet now. I think it will be another 4 to 5 days. Which is about what I was planning on the first place, but that was with the correct environment. Not this horse shit. I should weigh it. It was 6 oz yesterday, so I wonder what it will be like today with all this humidity. 6.5 oz? Wouldn't that be insane? Dry Tent Environment: Temp: 70.1° RH: 59.3% VPD: 1.03 kPa June 7, 2024 Banana Purple Punch B Day 7 Drying The environment is still a little wonky. The humidity is just over 62% and the temp is just under 70°. Not ideal, but within range. Barely. I have a lot of airflow even though it's a dry tent. I need the airflow to keep mold spores from getting all over the plant. Banana Purple Punch A smells great. The Grove Bag is still sitting at 63%, but I plan on dumping the bag out later today. I want to air them out for a half hour or so. Dry System Environment: Temp: 68.5° RH: 60.3% VPD: 0.95 kPa June 8, 2024 Banana Purple Punch B Day 8 Drying. She needs another couple of days I think. No snap yet. The environment is starting to even out... For now. It's supposed to rain this evening, so the humidity and wetness will return. However, for now it's looking pretty good. The temp is still at 70°, but the humidity is at 61%. So that's good. Not the temp, but the humidity. Dry Tent Environment: Temp: 69.3° RH: 59.5% VPD: 0.99 kPa June 9, 2024 Banana Purple Punch B Day 9 Drying. I got a single snap from a small twig today. Unfortunately the rest of the branches are still bendy. But it tells me she only has a day or 2 left. She smells amazing. The sharp plant smell is finally gone and now it's just pure Banana Purple Punch. Sweet and pungent. And lots of Banana smell. The environment has stayed pretty consistent over the past few days. Hovering around 60% with a temp of 70°. I know the temp is a bit high, but it's the best I can do. Even when I bring the temp in my room down to 65° the dry tent only goes down to 68°. Dry System Environment: Temp: 69.4° RH: 58.9% VPD: 1.01 kPa June 10, 2024 Banana Purple Punch B Day 10 Drying. Still bendy branches. But getting very close. Sometime, within the next two days, she will be ready. It could be tonight, or in 2 days. At this point it's so slow I think I could push to 14 days. I most likely won't be doing that though. I need to either put a different plant in this tent or take it down for more space in my room. I'm pretty sure the environment is looking pretty good. The temp in my room is lower today and the humidity dropped a little bit. So we are definitely below 62% and the temp should be around 60%. My hydrometer shut off and I need to restart it. I'll update with real numbers later when I fix it. Update: The temp is at 68° and the humidity is at 58%. So looking good. I also took a small sample. No real snap, but the little twig snapped at the base of the side branch. Still... Not quite there yet. The grind is pretty good, but the bud doesn't stay lit as it should. So she's not ready. But the bud smells and tastes amazing. Curing will only make it better. June 11, 2024 Banana Purple Punch B Day 11 Drying. Yet another day of drying. I seriously cannot wait to sample this plant. She smells amazing. The buds look great. I've noticed that the branches don't seem to be hardening off. And if they are, I can't tell. It just feels the same as yesterday. Which felt the same as the day before. Or I'm just not paying enough attention. Either way, I'm still waiting for a snap of any kind. It could be later today or tomorrow. At this point I'm just guessing. Eventually I'll get the time down and know how long it will take in the future. Update: So I checked the small twigs and a couple bud sites. I found that the small twigs would snap at different angles and some not at all. Same with the bud sites. However, while checking one of the bud sites, a part of the bud popped off. Like it was getting brittle. I don't know what that means, but I'm bagging this plant today. The cure will bring out the extra moisture, if there even is any, over time. I'll wait a couple hours and see how she looks, but she is getting bagged at some point today. June 12, 2024 Both plants are curing at 60%. Perfect. Just wanted to mention that. I'll come back in a few months to update. You know, after the curing process is complete and we are just in the storage phase.

📆 Week 6, 26 May - 1 June 2024 26-31 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 1 Jun - Did a light defoliation of plant (see picture) to allow light to reach all bud sites. 📑 This is her first week of true flower and she is still stretching some. Her size has doubled and as is now into more intense lighting, the canopy coverage reads at 40 DLI. It looks like the light power will need to only stay at 50% in this small tent. The new light is proving itself well so far, more light without added heat, no complaints - except for the dimmer switch. Week 3 Grow Diary Report: Days 15-21 As we progress into the third week each of our strains—Tropicana Cookies, Gorilla Zkittlez, and Apple Strudel—continues to showcase impressive growth and resilience. This week, particular attention was given to optimizing environmental conditions, including an increase in CO2 levels (Growbag), adjustments in lighting (PPFD increase) to support the vegetative growth phase and introducing some light LST. Tropicana Cookies: Significant growth was observed, with plant height increasing from 12.5 cm to 18.5 cm. This rapid growth spurt, referred to locally as "stretching," was noticeable mid-week. The plants have maintained their health with no major issues, responding well to environmental adjustments. Continued nutrient regimen with Alfa Boost. Since the soil is preamendet with nutrients, I just use PH-balanced water. Lighting intensity was increased progressively from 350 PPFD to 380 PPFD and then to 400 PPFD and CO2 supplementation was implemented to support enhanced photosynthesis. Environmental Conditions maintained stable with temperatures ranging from 27°C during the day to 21-25°C at night, with relative humidity around 64-68%. Gorilla Zkittlez: Growth was steady, increasing from 10.2 cm to 15 cm. The plant has responded well to environmental controls and nutrient supply. Gorilla Zkittlez remains in good health, with no signs of nutrient burn or deficiencies. Apple Strudel: This strain showed a healthy increase from 9.5 cm to 14 cm. Growth rates are slightly behind Tropicana Cookies but on par with expected metrics for the strain. She continues to exhibit good health, benefiting from the stable grow conditions and targeted nutrient applications. Week 3 has shown promising developments with all strains demonstrating robust growth and good health. The environmental adjustments, particularly the increased CO2 supplementation and lighting, appear to be positively impacting the plants' growth dynamics. Week 3. They have been topped and light defoliation happens on the first day of this week. One more week then we flip.... Should be very interesting to say the least.. Terps aren't as strong as the Grape Beyond but these plants look just as strong.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine for most of the afternoon. About 4 p.m we had severe thunderstorms and rain until about 6 p.m. There was very little hail and nothing was damaged. I went ahead and took the first node off to divert all the energy to the upper branches. Day 2 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏. Day 3 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. Highs in the upper 70's and 49% humidity. We needed the dryness. 🙏. Day 4 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's. Day 5 we had partly cloudy skies and temps in the middle 70's. I added some potassium and they seem to be responding well. Day 6 we had temperatures in the low 70's. Sky's were cloudy and we had showers in the evening. Day 7 we had rain the previous night and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the low 70's with cloudy skies. This week was a success. One plant doubled in height and the other two nearly did. The topping produced two beautiful new branches with lots of side branches. These girls are getting bushy, developing a little smell, and will make some fine buds.

Beginning of week 8: Tropicana is 24 cm high and the stem is 36 cm long. She is a legal frosty angel (10 degrees last night) growing on a rotten balcony in a small town in germany. Day 50 🌥️☁️☁️ 10-19 degrees, humidity 78% I noticed that the soil has sunk. It moved downstairs, between the drainage I guess. New pots problem. Got my compost, summer will be long and there will be a second round for sure. So I prepared bigger pottery pots, maybe 15 liter, which will be ready for seeds in about a month or two. Tropicana needs rainwater now, some sunny hours during the day. That’s all. I like how she develops. Day 51 ☁️🌨️☁️☁️☁️🌦️🌈 14-19 degrees and humidity is around 77%. I gave Tropicana too much nitrogen. Spotted some signs and stop with fertilizers for now. It‘s ok but the comfrey manure had more nitrogen than I expected. In the next days we‘ll have a lot of rain, so Tropicanas soil will be washed and this will solve the problem maybe. It‘s a big difference to grow cannabis in a pot then veggies in the ground in a no dig garden with yearly compost mulching. My Tomatoes in ground loved this 1:5 comfrey manure breakfast but for Tropicana less would have been more. Maybe 1:15 or 1:10. It always depends on the raw material for the liquid manure. This year we had a lot of rain and the comfrey had maybe more nitrogen as usually. Day 52 🌥️🌤️🌦️🌤️ 13 - 19 degrees and the humidity is 69%. Tropicana had about 0.8 Liter pure rainwater today. It was raining the whole night. Day 53 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 13-17 degrees, humidity is around 90%. Me and Tropicana have a rest. We chill with a tasty vape on the balcony while doing nothing more then chill. Day 54 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 13-18 degrees, humidity is around 93%. Saturday, time for cleaning the balcony and take some fotos of my flowers. Her smell is getting much more intensiv. I see that the color of the buds is getting diverse. The soil is moist from the rain. Day 55 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-18 degrees, humidity is falling, now 69%. Tropicana spend the day chilling with her friends on the balcony. They talked about the weather and what to do in the next week. Day 56 ⛅️🌤️☀️🍉 12-24 degrees, humidity is around 78% Tropicana had a sunbath for hours. I bought a cheap magnifying glass today and I‘m so happy with this one. It have 30x / 60x lenses and two LEDs. I found it in a shop for mycologists. I‘m crazy about mushroom hunting. Normal mushrooms, yes. So this is absolutely relaxing viewing the structure of fruits, my homemade soil, little insects living inside. Actually this was a tip out of a blog article of Fast Buds Tropicana Cookies week by week guide, which I can highly recommend. I gave Tropicana in the morning a 1:20 field horsetail tee, ~ 0,7 liter in three steps. 100-200-400 milliliters. She was drinking it till sunset. The pot got lighter till evening, around half a kilo or maybe more.

May 26, 2024 Day 36 The first week of flower has started. Bring on the stretch! All 4 ladies are just finishing up with pre-flower and are looking wonderful. A bit to do today. We have watering, photos, reorganization and maybe a tie down or 2. We will see about the tie downs. Also need to measure height and light distance. DLI must be recorded as well. All 4 ladies are getting a half gallon of water today. And the start of the flowering nutrients. This week we start small with Bud Candy and Sensizym. There's more I could add, but I don't have it. Next week we will add Big Bud and week 3 will be B-52 and Tasty Terpenes. I may also add Cal/Mag Xtra at some point as well. Probably next week. Just to keep it all happy. I also have Recharge and may use that depending on how we are doing in a week or so. I don't have much so I don't want to waste any if I don't need to. Because this soil is hot, I don't expect to use much in nutrients. So it should keep my costs down. Just a little added boost. I also have Overdrive which I will be using the last 2 weeks of flower. At half strength instead of quarter. Sour Diesel A looks great. A little lopsided, but I can fix that next week when the tent frees up. She is roughly 16 inches tall and is missing a branch. I just noticed that today. There's a fan leaf there, it no branch. Weird. Sour Diesel B has the best structure of the group. She's about 15 inches tall with a perfectly level canopy. Some of the newer side branches have a little bit to go to get up to the rest of the canopy, but the lower side branches are all caught up to the top. They are also pretty well spread out around the containers edge. Sour Diesel C is looking like the smallest of the bunch. It's to be expected as she got a later tie down. She'll bounce back in no time. Her side branches are pretty level with her top of not a little taller. Her structure is shaping out to be pretty nice. Maybe a little on the shorter side and a bit more bushy. Sour Diesel D is starting to stretch now. She went from the shortest and smallest to the same height as B. Around 15 inches. Still no training. She has pretty good internodal spacing now and looks like she will be a standard Christmas tree structure. Eventually I'll have to pull her branches out to make room for more branches and better airflow. So far I don't have to do anything. I got a light measurement today at 30 mol/m²/d. About 10 mol/m²/d too low. Apparently it should be at 40 mol/m²/d, but I think the calculator I'm using isn't counting for the weeks difference from photos. I'm pretty sure it should be at 35 mol/m²/d now. Still 5 off, but at least it's not 10. That's a hell of a difference. So is 5, but it's only for another 5 or so days. Not to mention , they seem to be growing into the light quite nicely. It's still a long distance, but the power is up to 80% so it should be fine. The environment is really messed up today. Yet again it's super humid out. The temp was too low earlier, but now it's back up to 75°. The humidity is back up over 60% and was super high this morning at close to 70%. No damage that I can see and I know what happened and it's been resolved. My ac was set to 66° for the night and it didn't pull the humidity air out. It took me nearly 4 hours to get it to budge, but finally it seems to be leveling out. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.0° RH: 61.2% VPD: 1.13 kPa May 27, 2024 These ladies are looking great! They still have nice and moist containers AND some significant growth from Sour Diesel D. So far nobody seems to be unhappy with the watering and the nutrients. I know it was a small dose, but still a dose in hot soil nonetheless. Sour Diesel A looks fantastic! I did a different kind of bend today. Instead of following the edge of the container like I normally do, I bent the top back in toward the center of the plant. So now the big open space in the center is all filled in. It should also help increase some of the upper nodes growth speed. All in all, she looks great! I can't wait to see what happens with this bend. Sour Diesel B is still the start of the show. She has a flat canopy with long side branches. As she grows, it'll be really easy to access the base of the plant. Very excited. She'll definitely need some tie downs when the rest of the tent frees up. Only to spread out the branches and allow access to the auxiliary branches. It will all be done in 4 to 6 days. Sour Diesel C is now my small one of the bunch. She's not too tall and her branches are a bit short. I have a feeling if I don't get her into her own quadrant soon, she will end up being cannibalized by the other plants in the tent. It should t be a problem. Not to mention I have risers for such occasions. So we are definitely covered for this one. She also has some weak side branches. I believe it's due to being pressed against the walls of the tent. Or just not the strongest performer. Maybe she will end up in the 2x2 after all. We'll see in about 2 weeks. I'll do my best to not move her though. The light in the 3x3 is just better. Sour Diesel D took off last night. She started at 14" yesterday and today she is over 16" tall. She's definitely the first one to take off. It's because she didn't get my training, so there's no hormone changes or anything like that from LST. I think I figured that out. Even LST causes some stress, but mostly the hormones change and redirecting energy to the side branches. Tht has to take some time. Maybe a day or 2. We shall see. No one has had much training so far. Not like I normally do. The lighting is fine. They are definitely growing into it. I'm still going to adjust it ASAP though. I like perfect lighting. The environment is a bit wonky for them at the moment. The temp is a bit low and the humidity too high. The temp is t 74° with the humidity at 65%. Not good. I'm working on it, but it's really humid today. I'll be opening the tent periodically throughout this time to get fresh air in there immediately. It might not drop the humidity that much, but enough to give the plants a break from the wet air. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.3° RH: 60.9% VPD: 1.11 kPa May 28, 2024 More space opened up in the tent today. Harvested another plant. Sour Diesel A is looking great with her inward bend. She has a bit more space now that D is in another corner. I'll be able to train her out in just a few days. Sour Diesel B is just vibing. She looks great and has some fantastic side branching. can't wait to see how she turns out when I train her. Sour Diesel C got her own quadrant today. Let's hope the extra light helps her catch up to the rest of the group. She's not really that much smaller than everyone else. But she is smaller. Sour Diesel D grew another inch last night and isn't stopping. Her side branches are looking really nice and I believe she is shaping out to be quite a nice plant. The lighting will be fixed for these ladies in just a matter of days now. Until then it stays the same. The environment wasn't too bad today. Still super high at around 62%, but nowhere near 70%. It was up like that early this morning. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.6° RH: 63.3% VPD: 0.98 kPa May 29, 2024 Not much going on today. All 4 ladies will be watered tomorrow. But today was just the one pic. Sour Diesel A is looking spectacular. Her branches are all caught up and her canopy is nice and level. In just a few more days, I'll be trimming her out. Sour Diesel B is still the star of the show. Excellent side branching and beautiful canopy. She'll especially need water tomorrow. Sour Diesel C is looking really good. Shorter, but a nice level canopy. Healthy as a horse and doing her thing. I moved her out of the single quadrant and moved in Sour Diesel B. It just fit better this way. Sour Diesel D is hanging out in the back just doing her thing. She has excellent side branching and her Christmas tree structure is really starting to show. The light is the same. A few more days. The environment is even worse today. It's all humid and rainy out. Killing the good vibes. Temps is hovering around 75° and the humidity is spiking up to 65%. (It's even worse on the dry tent.) Quick update: I took the risers out from under the other plant. Now everyone has plenty of light space and no plants overshadowing. I also got to lower the light to 24". The power is at 60% and the DLI is 38 mol/m²/d. Looking good. Grow System Environment: Temp: 73.3° RH: 63.2% VPD: 1.01 kPa May 30, 2024 All 4 ladies now have their own quadrant. The last plant was finally moved to the dark tent. Let the training begin. I'll start that tomorrow. They will also be getting a half gallon each and I'll be activating the bottom feed system. Sour Diesel A looks great! She will be a lot of fun to train out. Such good branching. Her canopy is already pretty level, but there's lower branches that need to catch up. The auxiliary branches also need to catch up. Best way to do that is to flatten out the canopy and give them plenty of light. Sour Diesel B is the same as A. She will definitely be a lot of fun to train. Same great branching. I may have to do it slightly different as I don't have an inward bend on this one. Her top is really tall like her branches, but also super stiff. I need to bend it down again to level out the rest of the branches. Just one more time. That will be the last top bend I would need. The rest will be side branching. Sour Diesel C is looking pretty good. She won't need as much training. As A and B, but training she will need. Mostly to keep her level with the rest of the tent. Sour Diesel D is looking really good without training. She seems to be staying the same height as A and B. She hasn't shot up yet, but I think that may happen in the next few days. The environment is still a bit of a mess, so I'm working on it. It should adjust over the next day. It's warm and dry out now, so the temp and humidity should level out. I'm looking for 77° and 50% humidity. I might have to put my second dehumidifier back in the tent to get it down to 50%. The temp is a bit lower than I want and I may increase the light power and raise it just to bring in more heat. I've turned the exhaust fan down and will sacrifice a little humidity. But I don't think I'll gain all that much. We shall see tomorrow once the reservoirs are installed and the ladies are trained down. I'm going to have to mess with it anyway. Grow System Environment: Temp: 71.7° RH: 59.0% VPD: 1.06 kPa May 31, 2024 Watering day! All 4 ladies got a half gallon top feed each. None of them had runoff, but they are still showing signs of too much water. It will be perfectly fine in a matter of hours. Anyway, I watered in a quarter gallon at a time, switched to another plant and back again to make the intended half gallon. I did add the nutrients as well. It's only 1 ml per gallon, so it should be perfectly fine. What I didn't do today is install the reservoirs. I just changed the light yesterday, so I don't think I want to mess with it again. So I'll install the reservoirs next week. They will need watering and then I can fill their reservoirs up and never have to top feed again. Sour Diesel A looks really good. Nice and strong side branches. Very healthy. Sour Diesel B got the same inward bend as A. The stem was finally long and pliable enough to get a really nice 90 degree bend. I also got to pull down a couple side branches. Now the canopy is spread out but still level. Looking great! Sour Diesel C got a couple tie downs as well today. I also had to anchor her trunk as it was leaning too far to the side. It worked a charm. I tied down a few branches to keep the canopy level. She's still pretty short. And I'm not sure how tall she will get, but I'm hoping the hormonal reaction to the tie downs will speed up growth. Sour Diesel D is the picture of health. Her side branches are nice and strong. Main trunk is hardening off and she's now taller than the rest by about 2 inches after they were tied down. This is, of course, to be expected with a plant I'm not training. It was a little cool in the tent today and I think a lot of it has to do with the light power. At 60% the light just isn't warm enough to carry the temp of the tent. So I increased the power level to 70% and checked the DLI. It's perfectly at 38 mol/m²/d for each plant. Dead center of the tent is about 45 mol/m²/d. I also added the second dehumidifier back into the tent. I think it will be a lot better than the other when the reservoirs are installed. It's smaller and blows from the top instead of the sides. Hopefully it's the only one I'm going to need during late flower. The current temp and humidity are perfectly fine for these ladies. 78° and 55% humidity. Just right for this week of life. I'll work to get it down to 50% over next week. I think I'll try to leave the temp at 78° it's great for now. I'll drop the temp to 74° in 3 weeks when the buds start to really swell. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.3° RH: 54.8% 1.21 kPa June 1, 2024 Last day of the first week of flower. All ladies look great! No watering today, no training, just pics. Sour Diesel A looks fantastic. Her structure is a bit wonky. More triangular than square or rounded. I'll have to fix that tomorrow. Sour Diesel B is the biggest of the 4. She has a fantastic structure and wonderful side branching. She'll need a bit more training tomorrow. Just to pull down a couple branches that are getting taller than the rest. Sour Diesel C also looks great. Her structure is that of B, but smaller. Very healthy plant. She will need more training, but I'm trying to see if she will catch up with less training. Sour Diesel D looks absolutely perfect. No training and no defoliation and she's still pretty open and has wonderful air flow. She's also starting to get taller than the rest, but that is to be expected. The light is perfect. I have the power level at 70% and the height at 24" (my favored height) the DLI is at 38 mol/m²/d. Next week we will bring it up to 40 mol/m²/d and the week after will be 45 mol/m²/d. The environment is starting to look better. This morning the temp was only at 70°, and it took nearly 2 hours to get the temp back up to 77°. The humidity is really weird. It's dry in my room. Like 44% dry. The tent is still stuck at 57% humidity. I don't understand. I have 2 dehumidifiers, low humidity and my exhaust fan on a lower setting to keep the dry air in there and it's still high. The stretch is now over and you can see that the plants are now putting all their energy into the flowers. These swell more and more and gradually the filaments start to turn brown. However, the trichomes are still mostly transparent
