Welcome to the start of week four. We join her royal majesty as she begins what I suspect will be a big week. She has continued to impress every day and I am increasingly excited to see what she can do. I'm beginning to dream of my next grow [G3] a tent full of princesses. I still do not know what effect the attempted FIM has had but I suspect by the end of the week it will be obvious. Day 23: Secondary shoots have overtaken primary. I'm curious as to how the FIM pans out. Day 24: LST on lower nodes. Day 25: Citronella continues to show mortals of lesser breeding what royalty can do. Day 25.5: Scalpel! Wire! LST! HST! Defoliate! Defoliate! Defoliate! Her majesty has been adjusted (per royal decree). Day 26: Her majesty is thirsty... I'm having to feed her twice a day. I need to move her into a bigger pot. Day 27: Accidentally snapped off a side node attempting HST. Have dipped in rooting hormone and potted. Perhaps this will be the first Princess. Day 28: Photo before lights on hence wilting. Weekly summary: Because I took off four really big leaves Citronella's progress doesn't seem as impressive this week. However let me assure you it has been transformative. Her stem is thick, her colour is perfect, she responds willfully to my attentions (training). She is a mother plant so everything I do is geared towards producing more and stronger side stems.

Welcome to my Epic Buzz Diary sponsored my Anesia Seeds. Bit of lag in a few of my diaries. Apologise to the followers. Swapped atm. Veg Days 4-23 Days 8-28 3 weeks Plant grew really well. Really fast out the gate. Done a repeat of the hard Defoliation method used in my Ztrawberry to see can I replicate that even strong node growth. This was the 1st of very high stress defoliations that will be done. Y, well I wanna see how hardy these genes are. And how they respond to various stress factors. So, my 1st hard defol was done at the end of wk 3. I removed all the fan leafs and left the small nodes to fend for themselves in the hopes it would actually push an even node growth, instead of older bigger fan leafs drawing in more energy and therefore making bigger nodes. You may think she is small. But, look at it from the point of them just been nodes and no big ass fan leafs that make your plant look twice the size it really is. So, stripped her bare. And let her run, and oh boy she did. Lovely node growth. Very well defined. Explosive growth from about 5 days into the hard defol she took off like a bat outta hell. Really took off coming into wk 4. Sadly, this is where the good times kinda stop.. Next wk, its all down kill, hit with a serve Sulphur issue. That came on with hrs and looked like a wk old issue. The response time from growing in co2 is so quick. The plant is finding it hard to show symptoms like a normal grow, where you'd see a gradual illness occur. But, this way. You really have to be on the ball. Its definitely not something I'd recommend doing until you get a few grows under you. The slightest oversight will throw her into a tail spin. Feel free to message me if you're interested in using co2. I'm by far no expert but, I know a fair about of head knowledge and hopefully soon experiences in it also and fixes etc. Methods Will be using my hard defoliation techniques to push this girl to making nice strong nodes, hopefully, that's the idea. Thus far. Its been going to plan. I've achieved a really good solid base, to build heavy buds on. Soon I'll start to tackle some sort of shape. I had to do a repair to a snapped node. Was literally hanging on by a very thin bit. Recovered strong and has set. I might now HST the otherside to counter the energy that this side will have more of now. As when you HST break a stem and it repairs the stem itself hardens up, storing more energy/fluids and helps direct it better up through the full filled nodes, so they're not like straws. So, the broken side will act like it's been HST'ed now. OK, im doing an update now becouse my breakup cake is going tranny!!(hermie) I already have noiticed she was not growing as strong .. but u can blame that on anything , especially when growing outdoor.. but this morning i saw that she was g(r)oing 'bananas'!😢 I have put her aside from the rest (in the back of garden) but think gonna have to terminate her asap!..(and i will, right after this post👍) The weed she will give will be filled with seeds and those seeds will be hermies too, so wothless.. and if i dont throw her away quick she can infect the rest. So goodbye breakup cake..😢 who wants to eat a cake when they are breaking up anyway..😒 (just hiding my pain with lame humour 😳) happy growing for all ✊

From the very beginning she was strong and sturdy kept up great with growth and when it came to flower she just blossomed I think I might have cut her a little early but still the smell and bag appeal is top notch ! I give it 4 stars because I think the bag appeal could have been better but other then that this is a great strain!

This week I have the wood ready to set up the trellis frame and getting ready to do a final transplant on the plants. Only 4 more weeks of veg till we push these ladies off into flower

Another week down and things just keep getting better and better with this one. Big fat buds laced in resin and the smell is soooo good and strong! Very strawberry-like with a ton of gas that my carbon filter is doing a poor job of covering up. Oh well, smells good. :) I will start flushing about mid way through its growing week and then chop shortly after. It’s getting so close to finished I’m just waiting for more amber. I’m mostly cloudy right now.

This strain was a pain in the ass honestly. I will never grow bagseeds again, when real genetics are so cheap. This plant hermmed so I have a metric fuckton of seeds that I have no idea what to do with. But for a first grow, this plant was really good at letting me know when I was doing something wrong. My other runs suffered the same treatment, but their strong genetics didn't mind as much. But this plant, this plant bitched and moaned about everything. Its leaves faded like 2 weeks early. It had all these weird mutations. When she was a babe (Weeks 1-4), I literally thought that she died from how she didn't grow much at all. Every other plant I've popped since, has been a dream compared to this one. But now I know how to diagnose all these things. I feel like I got 10 grows worth of wisdom in one. So for that, I am thankful. RIP Big Bertha. You may be gone but, with the amount of seeds you've given me, your lineage will never die.

2018-07-17 Start of week 16 of veg. The girls is doing awesome and growing like crazy. I have topped them hard from the beginning and i will do a final topping this week. I will start flower as soon as i get my 4 x HLG 260W QUANTUM BOARD KIT V.2 that i have ordered.

Once again these girls don’t really need much just watering when dry but other than that we are on cruise mode. I have been checking trichomes for about a week now and man is she almost there I should be giving them lights out with in another week or two can’t wait

Day 99 - Cleaned all of the underside below the second net. Watered with 4 litres of water with nutrients listed above. Day 104 - Watered with 6 litres of water with nutrients listed above. Day 105 - All flower sites are shooting out lots of Pistils, plant still shows signs of stretch and I think she still has a bit more to go before she settles into her finishing height.

Week 13! I have decided to stagnant harverst her in two parts as there is fresh growth in her lower half that the light cannot reach and the top buds are mature now and at the optimal cloudy trichomes I'm looking for are present. Look at all those trichomes heavy leaf and buds! She is heavy and smelling amazing with hints of fruit and cookies. I will also be flushing her next week! What an amazing journey, coming to an end!

The permanent marker plants I think they are really going to stack nicely they didn't seem to like being topped the greatest they are healthy it's just the growth after topping the nodes are so close together it's hard for it to develop leaves. I think these plants would if done nicely growing them without topping them they are going to be nice and short. I'm still excited about bith the phone being very different and they are really starting to show different structure along with leaves This past week, the plants went from being weak little plants that had just been top and now they are on there way to being nice and sturdy. I could flip them to flower now if I wanted. I plan on letting them grow a few more nodes on each branch before I give them the flip. My hopes is I get longer colas if I let it ride out longer in veg cutting off all the lower growth b4 flower. I have had the light on 25% still but today I raised it up to 3o% I like to have them handling 40% nicely before I turn them to flower

Went a little crazy on the nutes this week so had to flush her out. Shes bounced back now so hoping it doesnt have any effect on the end product. Very easy to grow. No where near as bushy as my other plants so I'm not having to do any defoliation at all. She just keeps soldiering on. Looking forward to the next few weeks of flower.

Gave water at 6.5ph will feed on week 3. I think I've had the light to close. On day 10 pictures you can see the leaves look like there burnt 🤔 or that's what I'm guessing it is. I've raised the light to 1meter it's only at around half power at the moment and showing 21000 lux.

Hello :) this is my second growth in nature this year, the first one was drowned...... but I hope it won't happen again and I will try to do it with car flowers :) I will leave the little ones on the balcony for another week :) and then they will move to their permanent place :) so far the girls look quite good, knowing that it's only been a week:).

Day 64 - beastmode - ripening time a. this plant is huge, drinking 7L a day, almost 8 b. the buds are like rocks, so dense, ive never felt stems this rigid c. keeping her nutrients up high by changing DWC out to Ripen blend, and the PH at 6.0 - it is this plants favourite in DWC d. will ripening these for 2 weeks, then flush and harvest, trichomes are 50/50 clear milky, pistils are just starting to turn pink e. all of the big main colas have been tied back because they are huge Day 65 - explosions a. calyxes are exploding all over the buds b. buds are covered in resin, it was the perfect time to start the ripening process c. she is drinking 7L of ripening formula a day, the buds are rock hard, I had to tie them all back further d. I think we have about 3 more weeks to go! 2 ripening, 1 flush! Day 66 - buds are still swelling up a. the pistils are beginning to turn pink, some of the tips, 1/2mm are orange b. drinking 6-7L a day still Day 67 - monster a. the buds are covered in crystals, the trichome heads are 50% clear still b. the pistils are just starting to turn a little orange 1mm tip of pistil is orange Day 68 - maturing nicely a. the buds are very fragrant and floral, alot like pineapple express b. she is drinking 6L a day right now, ripening blend at 1500ppm Day 69 - buds are rocks a. these buds keep growing! they are very hard, and very sweet smelling b. there is oily sticky resin all over the place c. if you ever want to grow big fat buds like this, and all my plants use Ripen! Day 70 - growing very well! a. will be reducing the light next week to 8 hours off and 16 hours on, the following week 12/12 this will allow the buds to mature properly b. adding some plain PH 6.0 water to start slowly dropping PPMs
