It’s the start of week 4, day 21. Topped today at day 21. Day 22 plant is showing no signs of stress from being topped. I will start lst at the end of the week.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Last week I didn't have time to make an entry. But this week here I am, and with a video! The main stem and primaries are thick as f***. The bush has become monstrous but I manage to get airflow underneath the plant as well. Tied some of the main branches in the last week, but no more tying as it gets much bushy. As the fan leaves are huge and leaning down around the pot, added some side support to raise the sides so the air can go underneath the canopy. I'm tucking less as I think of switching to 12/12 in a week. I raised the lights but got less increase in height than the raised amount. I am not thinking on defoliation of any kind as I do not like taking living leaves away from the plant. But if it is too important and I am missing A LOT by not defoliating the lower leaves, please comment with detailed suggestions so I can apply them. But the leaves are very healthy, so I don't want to take any of them away. Now I have 6 white, 4 yellow bulbs and a 45w white cfl. But during flower, I plant on changing the white cfl to 32w yellow, and ad 2 more yellow bulbs. In total it will add up to 180w (18000 Lumens from the leds, 6 white 6 yellow) and 2250 lumens from the yelllow CFL. Maybe ı will add a second 32w yellow cfl mid flower. The girls took off after some training and topping. I broke a stem training the green crack so I had to make a splint for her. I’m also noticing the leaves starting to like pinch at the bud sites. I read that this may be wind burn? Help.

Day 1 of flo, description in OG Kush Diary, I'm really curious about this bush. I think I will taste great from what people told me it'd been really good for making some wax also, I like how I managed that canacopy I know I can do better but it's my first time trying this actually... I'm kinda beating myself up because I wanted a bit longer branching but next time I think I will try doing this with all 4 of my plants just because I like how it looks Day 3: sorry to see that beautiful bushy structure having to come off, I enjoyed looking at it but time to give those bigger buds some space and give the plant some energy to the top so I'm removing all unnecessary small little branching to increase the airflow etc.. I enjoy working on my plants. Day 4: flo so I managed to get rid of most of the bush and alot more of the plant has opened up, I removed mostly smaller branches and let the bigger ones stay just to see how I can further improve this In future and what to look for. I could watch all the videos I want but without a 1st hand experience it's always just a theory , there's always room for improvement every grow in my opinion. 8 Feburary Update: I flushed all 3 with some water and fed 10ml of each a and b + additives they responded very well soon on day 7 I'm planning to start giving them more bloom nutrients after flushing the medium just a little once more so I can really push it and make sure my ppm is high enough without too much salt buildup, for that I will be using cal mag water followed up by final dose of grow a + B with some big bud I'm trying to avoid that saltbuildup at all costs here as this is my first grow in 7 Years here in Germany 🇩🇪😁, btw the water quality here is so much better than in Ireland... I gotta be careful with pests alot living on the bottom floor, thing is a nightmare...

June 14th not a ton happened, I believe I watered them (It seems I am having to water every second day now as they start to get bigger) June 15th - still just growing away. I went out and got some different ducting so I could pull air from outside better with the ac infinity inline fan. I also received some insulated ducting from Amazon that is a hell of a lot better then the standard stuff I am using. I also grabbed a new 9 inch fan (still deciding the best place to place it, for now it is beside the door). I grabbed a larger oscillating fan aswell to keep air moving around. June 16th - decided I would do some lst and then I gave them some water. I have been feeding nutrients every second day. I have also on every 3rd watering been doing just ph’d water. The humidity seems to drop quite a bit within 10-20 seconds of the door being open hence the lower reading. I am sitting roughly at 45-55 depending on time of day. As for temperatures I’m still struggling to keep it down during the warm days and it seems the highest I am getting is around 29 since switching the lights off from 11am - 5pm June 17th - the girls seemed to have perked back up after yesterday’s lst. Not much new today just some growth! June 18th - Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures today. But not to much difference. I did feed the girls with some nutrient water today. June 19th - I again forgot to take pictures. They are just growing away and doing there thing. I did check for growth from the topped portion on the bigger plant, no growth from one of the 2 tops. So I indeed cut it to low… I won’t be doing that again haha. June 20th - finally grabbed something to deal with the heat since it is getting hotter everyday. I picked up a 10,000 btu air conditioner. I have it set at 23 degrees. I also moved the plants around and re-arranged some stuff. I took the inline fan that was taking air out and instead the ac output is going to there. I ended up having to make the vent into a 6inch vent on the trailer. Temps stay around 23 now. Humidity is still 45-55 depending on time of day.

For my 37th Autoflower and first try with a single plant in my tent, I am more than happy to have broken my previous record of 42g, with now 60g dry bud on this harvest. 2nd organic grow, never going back to mineral.

As I did the flushing in day 68 I was watching the trichomes and on day 87 I could see 25-35% amber so I decided to cut it. I cut the whole plant on the base and hang them all to dry. For this reason I will update my findings later when it gets dry and trimmed. So far really happy with the results. It won’t yield much but the quality is impressive

This week was amazing to see the growth really start. Felt like a little kid again when observing the first pointy leaves that come through! To think these 9 are going to provide us with the most beautiful, versatile plant on our planet, is just awesome. Eradicating the need to fuel crime by putting money in dealers pockets, and taking full control of the wonders I’ll be inhaling and consuming. They didn’t need much attention day to day, just moving windowsills morning/afternoon, and watering when the soil/pots looked dry. Thankfully haven’t had much trouble with them, although one of the FastBuds original AK’s isn’t looking so great. She’s not as developed as the others as you can see. She’s not received any different treatment or water or anything different at all to the others. Maybe I need to investigate more. I’ve decided to try stay as organic as possible with this grow. With that said, I’ve been brewing up a nettle tea to make a good nitrogen feed for the girls. Nitrogen is said to be needed most during veg stage, so preparing as much as I can.
