Alrighty, guys and gals it's another res change and another opportunity to make mistakes haha. All in all, I actually got a lot of helpful advice through the questions forum so a big shout out to anyone that helped with those issues. Unfortunately with the rest of the canopy being somewhat the same height, I decided to leave the lights on 100%. I can't raise them any higher and I just have to better in veg when it comes to keeping the canopy even and encouraging bud sites. I'm super tempted to trim up the top big fan leaves but I honestly am not sure if it would help any at this point in time. I'm looking forward to giving the buds more time to grow though and I'm hoping a surprise myself with a great turnout. I'm still at a loss for when to harvest as far as what to look for with the buds aesthetically. I've heard the trichomes cloudy bit so many times but I guess I just cant tell if I should harvest what's larger done and cloudy then harvest the rest later etc.

This week went really great! Plants are looking super healthy today at day 22 from seed!! Today they got a dose of just pure water phd at 6.5 ! Temperature an humidity has been staying pretty stable everyday, staying around 70-75 degrees and 58-61 % humidity!! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! Happy 2 Months To These Lovely Ladies. I Will Be Harvesting The Purple Purple On Friday, I Wanted To Harvest It Today But The Soil Is Not Fully Dry Out And I Don’️t Want To Harvest It When The Soil Is Still Wet. I Bought A Pocket Microscope To Check The Trichomes And Although There Are Only Literally Only 1 Or 2 Amber Trichomes On The Purple Power Some Of The Upper Buds Are Showing Signs Of Overripe By Getting Dry & Crispy And Stretching Apart. I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. The Flowering 5 Have Such Lovely Scents Coming Off Them From Sweet Berries And Pine To Different Types Of Lemon I Just Love When I When The Tent Is Close Up And I Open It And All The Flavours Just Hits Me All At Once. Whats going on ladies and gents we on the start of week 3 !! CH#2 did not make the cut so she has been removed from the tent and replaced with a mystery strain in the dome that will be revealed soon enough ! That being said CH#1 has been turned into a cloning project for future breeding projects that I have lined up . We are boosting up the nutrients from 0.5 ml/l to 1.0 ml/l CH#1 is responding well to the nutrient regime she is just really stretched out but I will be transplanting her soon enough and that problem will be fixed . Other then that no real complaints from this cat this week , just sailing it smooth . A big thank you to everyone who comes out and checks out the diary . The strain is a easily maintained but yet very durable plant to grow from nutrient deficiency, climate to even pests. A recommended strain if you are looking for a nice smooth smoke that's a hard hitter and a lasting effect

Partially drained the tank at the start of the week and topped up with ro water and 1ml of final solution per Litre. Last 2.5 days were in darkness. I trimmed the majority of fan leaves before hanging up to dry in the tent today. Started out trimming with the plants in the tent and soon realised it would be much easier to just cut them down whole, hang them upside down outside the tent and trim them up a bit. I have a small dehumidifier and a small fan heater setup in the tent and they have been keeping a humidity level of about 60% and a temp of 16 Celsius for the last few days while the lights have been off. I figure that's a good starting point for drying and I can increase the temperature if needed, that will drop the humidity also. Intake fan at the bottom and extract fan at the top are running constantly as they have been since the grow started (low power 4" fans). I might add back in a fan for circulation depending on how the drying goes, or maybe even trim or hang the plants better to get more airflow around the buds

Grow Diaries Report: Flower Week 1 – Stretch Madness & Heavy Grooming 🌿🚀 Week 9 – Flower Week 1 Update The flowering phase has officially kicked off, and wow, this plant is on a mission to touch the sky! The stretch this week has been intense, with the plant shooting up significantly. To manage her vigor and focus her energy on bud production, I’ve had to step in with defoliation and additional lollipopping. This Week’s Highlights Massive Stretch: The plant stretched dramatically this week, filling up the vertical space in the tent. Defoliation: I removed a significant amount of fan leaves to improve light penetration to the lower branches. Lollipopping Redux: Further cleaned up the lower parts of the plant, focusing her resources on the top colas. What I Did Lollipopping: Removed more of the lower branches and leaves that were unlikely to contribute to bud production. Defoliation: Took off some large fan leaves to improve airflow and light exposure throughout the canopy. Nutrients: Continued with the bloom feeding schedule, ensuring a balance of phosphorus and potassium for flower development. Environment Management: Adjusted the light height to prevent light burn and tweaked the fan placement to improve airflow in the now more open canopy. Observations The plant’s stretch has been both impressive and challenging, but the defoliation and lollipopping seem to be working. The top canopy looks well-lit and primed for flower development. No signs of stress from the grooming, which is always a relief during such an aggressive stretch. Challenges The rapid vertical growth is pushing the limits of the grow tent. I’ll need to monitor her closely to prevent overcrowding or light burn. Next Steps Keep monitoring the stretch over the next week—potential supercropping if necessary to control height. Fine-tune the nutrient schedule to ensure the plant has everything it needs as bud sites develop. Maintain low humidity to reduce the risk of mold or mildew during early flowering. Conclusion The first week of flowering has been an explosive start! The flowering stretch seems to have slowed down and most of the growth is going into the buds now. The buds are forming up into long colas, and trichomes are forming up to frost the buds a little bit. One of the buds in the middle of the canopy grew into the light on f26 and got a little bit burnt. Otherwise coming along well and getting pretty smelly when touched. I trimmed off some of the lower branches towards the end of the week, and will probably be trimming more off on res cleaning day.

She’s growing fast. Developed some CalMag issues this week but she perked up after a bit of silica and CalMagic. Flowering has begun as of the 14th (day 18 of the grow roughly. Roots are looking good.

She is really starting to take shape now growth rate has slowed down but not stopped. Bud sites forming nicely. Having had a problem consistently for the last couple weeks every time I check on her more aphids! Few days ago I noticed a small spider had made home under a fan leave and had 2 aphids trapped and another previous meals shell used as camo I presume to capture another meal. Now with 3 odd weeks left, maybe more as I've read outdoor autos can take up to 2 weeks longer than indoors.(not sure if true yet) I impulsively brought some nutes for the flowering stage. Bio Bizz Bio Bloom 1ml/1l Fed once at lowest feed as don't want to jump the gun and nute burn her. Will feed her next watering in next 2-3 days.

Week 4 Day 2 - Moved into hydroponic system from Soil compound, where they will remain. Looking healthy and strong thus far. Week 4 Day 3 - keeping an eye on stats and root growth. I've increased the pH level to 6.5 now and added in luqid silicon. Week 4 Day 4 - Roots starting to hit the water, plants looking healthy and strong still.
